Description

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION 1. Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates to an exercise chair, and more particularly to an exercise chair with multiple effects.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Nowadays yoga exercise or massage often uses a roller as an auxiliary device. By resting the body part against the roller, the user can apply his or her own weight on the roller, so the roller can simultaneously relax and massage the muscle during the rolling process, which increases the blood circulation of the muscles. However, the structure of the traditional yoga roller is mostly formed in one rigid piece with limited size and shape, it cannot be adjusted according to different movement styles or different users and can only provide a rolling massage effect than other effect.
  • Therefore, it is desirable to provide an exercise chair to mitigate and/or obviate the aforementioned problems.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An objective of present invention is to provide a driving device for electric doors, which is capable of improving the above-mention problems.
  • In order to achieve the above mentioned objective, an exercise chair has a base, a top member and an at least one middle pad disposed between the base and the top member. The base has an assembling face and a curved face. The assembling face has a plurality of the assembly rods. The top member has an engaging face and a seating face, and the engaging face has a plurality of the engaging apertures. The at least one middle pad has a plurality of the engaging indentations on the lower surface, and the upper surface is formed with a plurality of the engaging protrusions. Therefore, by combining the exercise chair together, the number of stacks of the middle pad can be adjusted according to the movement form or the height of the user, so that the users can assemble structure by themselves.
  • Other objects, advantages, and novel features of invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Please refer to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. An exercise chair comprises a base 10, a top member 20 and at least one middle pad 30 disposed between the base 10 and the top member 20. The base 10 has an assembling face 11 and a curved face 12. The assembling face 11 has a plurality of assembling rods 111. The top member 20 has an engaging face 21 and a seating face 22. The engaging face 21 has a plurality of engaging apertures 211. The at least one middle pad 30 has a plurality of engaging indentations 31 on a lower surface and a plurality of engaging protrusions 32 on an upper surface.
  • The base 10, the top member 20, and the middle pad 30 are correspondingly provided with three assembling rods 111, three engaging apertures 211, three engaging protrusions 32 and three engaging indentations 31. The assembling rods 111, the engaging apertures 211, the engaging protrusions 32 and the engaging indentations 31 are arranged evenly around a center point of the exercise chair (as shown in FIG. 5).
  • For an assembly example, please refer to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. The assembling face 11 of the base 10 comprises a plurality of assembling grooves 110 adhered with the plurality of assembling rods 111. The top member 20 has an upper portion 201 and a lower portion 202. The upper portion 201 is provided with a seating face 22, and the lower portion 202 is provided with a plurality of engaging apertures 211 penetrating through the engaging face 21. The at least one middle pad 30 further comprises a plurality of through apertures 301 for respectively accepting a portion of a column member 302, another portion of each column member 302 is configured as an engaging protrusion 32, and the lower surface of the middle pad 30 is provided with the plurality of engaging indentations 31. Therefore, the column member 302 of the middle pad 30 removed corresponding to each through aperture 301 are able to be reused as the engaging protrusions 32 corresponding to the engaging indentation 31. In other words, the design of the exercise chair is very ecofriendly.
  • For another embodiment, please refer to FIG. 4. The assembling face 11 of the base 10 is formed with the plurality of assembling rods 111, the engaging face 21 of the top member 20 is formed with the plurality of engaging apertures 211, and the lower and upper surfaces of the at least one middle pad 30 are from with the plurality of the engaging indentations 31 and engaging protrusions 32.
  • The middle pad 30 can be added or removed according to the height or the movement of the user, due to the engaging indentations 31 and the engaging protrusions 32 on both sides, and the engaging indentations 31 at the bottom engage with the assembly rod 111 of the assembly face 11 of the base 10, then the engaging protrusions 32 engage with the engaging aperture 211 of the engaging face 21 of the top member 20 to form an exercise chair.
  • The usage of the preferred embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. The seating face 22 of the top member 20 of the exercise chair provides seating area for the user, and the curved face 12 of the base 10 is placed on the ground to present the exercise chair in a vertical position. When the children sit on the chairs, the curved face 12 can be used for the coordination training. Adults can use the exercise chair at home or office, with the curved face 12, the user can sway and swing to strengthen and train the core muscles.
  • When the exercise chair is vertical standing, the user can bent down the upper body to hold the top member 20 with both hands, as shown in FIG. 8, in order to use exercise chair to train the strength of upper limbs and waist.
  • Another practical use of the embodiment, please refer to FIGS. 9 and 10. The exercise chair can be laid down on the ground and allows the user to place legs on it. When the user lays on the ground, the legs are lifted up by the exercise chair, by doing sit-up movement, the user can exercise the waist and thighs. Furthermore, the exercise chair can be placed under the thighs and the calves, by rolling the exercise chair back and forth the muscles can relax and relieve fatigue. Meanwhile, the waist and hip of the user are lifted up, for the purpose of training the abdominal muscles and strengthening the muscles around the pelvic region.
  • With the structure of the above specific embodiment, the following benefits can be obtained: The seating face 22 of the top member 20 of the exercise chair provides seating area for the user, with the curved face 12, the user can sway and swing to strengthen and train the core muscles. The exercise chair can be laid flat on the ground for rolling massage or height of support purposes.
  • Furthermore, the exercise chair is configured to have a base 10, a top member 20 and at least one middle pad 30 in combination, so that the number of the middle pad 30 can be adjusted according to the movement styles or the height of the user. Also, the users can assemble and disassemble the exercise chair by themselves, or increase the length of the exercise chair to allow two or more people to use it at the same time.
  • Although the present invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of invention as hereinafter claimed.
