Abstract
The present utility model discloses a full face dive mask, comprising a facial mask, a head strap connected with the facial mask and a respiratory pipe connected with the facial mask, wherein the side surface of the upper end of the facial mask is provided with a guide rail, the side surface of the lower end of the respiratory pipe is provided with a fixing shaft slidably connected with the guide rail, and the respiratory pipe is pulled outwards along the guide rail and revolved to fold in the facial mask. The utility model is simple in structure, small in size for the respiratory pipe can be folded to place, easy to store and capable of guaranteeing smooth breathing of a user.
Description
- This application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201830403931.5 filed Jul. 25, 2018, and Chinese Patent Application No. 201821298629.9 filed Aug. 13, 2018.
- The present utility model relates to the technical field of diving supplies, and particularly to a full face dive mask.
- The existing full face dive masks in the market have the following defects: firstly, the respiratory pipe cannot be folded to place, but only be disassembled to store, which leads to a greater possibility to lose it; secondly, a double-passage design is used for the respiratory pipe (two passages are respectively used for inhalation and exhalation), consequently a narrow inhalation air passage is formed, while the exhalation air passage is too long and narrow, which causes a difficulty for the exhaust gas to be discharged in time, hence a user may inhale a large amount of exhaust gas circularly with little fresh air inhaled, and adverse reactions such as dyspnea caused by hypoxia are generated.
- In order to solve the above technical problems, the invention provides a full face dive mask which is simple in structure, small in size because the respiratory pipe can be folded to place, easy to store and capable of guaranteeing smooth breathing of a user. The utility model is implemented by the following technical solution:
- A full face dive mask, comprising a facial mask, a head strap connected with the facial mask and a respiratory pipe connected with the facial mask, wherein a side surface of an upper end of the facial mask is provided with a guide rail, a side surface of a lower end of the respiratory pipe is provided with a fixing shaft slidably connected with the guide rail, the respiratory pipe is pulled outwards along the guide rail and revolved to fold in the facial mask.
- Further, a first one-way air inlet valve is provided where an inner upper end of the facial mask communicates with the respiratory pipe.
- Further, the facial mask comprises a facial mask frame, a facial mask lens and a silicone cover, the facial mask lens and the silicone cover are fixed together through the facial mask frame, and the silicone cover and the facial mask lens form a facial compartment and a nasal compartment, air inlet holes are provided on both sides of the nasal compartment, a second one-way air inlet valve is provided over the air inlet hole, the nasal compartment is communicated with the facial mask compartment and the respiratory pipe through the second one-way air inlet valve to form an inhalation passage.
- Further, both sides of the facial mask frame are provided with exhaust holes, one-way exhaust valves are arranged over the exhaust holes, and the one-way exhaust valves are communicated with the nasal compartment through an exhaust passage arranged at the inner side of the facial mask frame to form an exhalation passage.
- Further, exterior ornaments are provided on both sides of the facial mask frame, and ventilation holes are provided on the exterior ornaments.
- Further, an upper end of the facial mask which is sleeved in the respiratory pipe is provided with a silicone waterproof ring.
- Further, a bottom of the facial mask is provided with a drain hole, and a one-way drain valve and a drain cap are provided over the drain hole.
- Further, a respiratory cap is provided at a top of the respiratory pipe, an air inlet passage and a floater compartment which are communicated with each other are provided in the respiratory pipe, the air inlet passage is communicated with the facial mask, a floater is provided in the floater compartment, and an air inlet hole is provided on the outer side wall of the floater compartment.
- Further, the floater is composed of a floater upper cap and a floater lower cap, and features in a capsule shape.
- Further, the top of the respiratory pipe is provided with a silicone waterproof pad. The present utility model has the advantages as follows: 1. a guide rail and a fixing shaft are provided, the respiratory pipe can slide out of and be folded in the facial mask, small in size, easy to store, and the possibility to lose it is reduced; and
- 2. the independent inhalation passage and exhalation passage ensure smooth, safe and robust breathing of a user.

- As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 6 , the full face dive mask comprises a facial mask 1, a head strap 2 connected with the facial mask 1, and arespiratory pipe 3 connected with the facial mask 1, wherein the top of therespiratory pipe 3 is provided with arespiratory cap 4, the upper end of the facial mask 1 is sleeved into the lower end of therespiratory pipe 3, and the upper end of the facial mask 1 is provided with aguide rail 6, afixing shaft 7 which is slidably connected with theguide rail 6 is provided on the side surface of the lower end of therespiratory pipe 3, therespiratory pipe 3 is pulled outwards along theguide rail 6 and revolved to fold in the facial mask 1. - In the present embodiment, an
air inlet passage 31 and afloater compartment 32 which are communicated with each other are provided in therespiratory pipe 3, theair inlet passage 31 is communicated with the facial mask 1, anair inlet hole 321 is provided on the outer side wall of thefloater compartment 32, afloater 33 is provided in thefloater compartment 32 and composed of a floater upper cap and a floater lower cap, featuring in a capsule shape. - In the present embodiment, a silicone
waterproof pad 34 is provided at the top of therespiratory pipe 3, and the inner upper end of the facial mask 1 is provided with a first one-wayair inlet valve 8 communicated with therespiratory pipe 3, the first one-wayair inlet valve 8 allowing only external air from thefloater compartment 32 into theair inlet passage 31 and not allowing air or exhaust gas to flow backward. - In the present embodiment, the facial mask 1 includes a
facial mask frame 101, afacial mask lens 102 and asilicone cover 103, thefacial mask lens 102 and thesilicone cover 103 being fixed together through thefacial mask frame 101 and forming afacial compartment 111 and anasal compartment 112. Air inlet holes are provided on both sides of thenasal compartment 112, a second one-wayair inlet valve 9 is provided over the air inlet hole, and thenasal compartment 112 is communicated with thefacial compartment 111 and therespiratory pipe 3 through the second one-wayair inlet valve 9 to form an independent inhalation passage. This configuration enables external air to enter thenasal compartment 112 through the independent inhalation passage formed by theair inlet passage 31, thefacial compartment 111 and the second one-wayair inlet valve 9 for breathing of a user, and smooth breathing of the user is ensured. - In the present embodiment, both sides of the
facial mask frame 101 are provided with exhaust holes, one-way exhaust valves 10 are provided over the exhaust holes, and the one-way exhaust valves 10 are communicated with thenasal compartment 112 through exhaust passages provided on the inner sides of thefacial mask frame 101 to form an exhalation passage. Both sides of thefacial mask frame 101 are provided withexterior ornaments 11 corresponding to the one-way exhaust valves 10, and theexterior ornaments 11 are provided with ventilation holes. This configuration enables the exhalation passage to be independent being outside of the inhalation passage, exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust passage and the one-way exhaust valve 10 through the ventilation holes of theexterior ornaments 11 on both sides of thefacial mask frame 101, hence mixing of fresh air and the exhaust gas is avoided, and smooth breathing of a user is guaranteed. - In the present embodiment, a drain hole is provided at the bottom of the facial mask 1, and a one-
way drain valve 12 and adrain cap 13 are provided over the drain hole. This configuration allows water to drain through the one-way drain valve 12 and thedrain cap 13. - The utility model has the advantages as follows: 1. a foldable design: the
respiratory pipe 3 is connected with the facial mask 1 through aguide rail 6, therespiratory pipe 3 is installed into a locking and positioning position when put to use, and therespiratory pipe 3 is firmly connected with the facial mask 1. After use, therespiratory pipe 3 is pulled out and folded in the facial mask 1, so that it's convenient to carry therespiratory pipe 3 and the possibility to lose it is reduced; - 2. a capsule floater design: when the respiratory pipe is submerged in water, the
floater 33 floats upwards automatically, the semi-circle head of thefloater 33 is tightly attached to the siliconewaterproof pad 34, and the capsule floater with significant buoyancy is more perfect in sealing and waterproof effect to prevent being choked by water entering therespiratory pipe 3;
3. an ventilation design: 1) when a user inhales wearing the full face dive mask, fresh air enters thefacial compartment 111 through therespiratory pipe 3 and the first one-wayair inlet valve 8, and then enters his nose through the air inlet holes on both sides of thenasal compartment 112;
2) and during exhalation, second one-wayair inlet valves 9 on both side of thefacial compartment 112 act to prevent exhaled exhaust air from escaping through thefacial mask compartment 112 into thefacial mask compartment 111. Meanwhile, the first one-wayair inlet valve 8 in thefacial compartment body 111 prevents air passing herethrough, so that the exhaled exhaust gas is forced to be led to two side exhaust passages on the side surface of thenasal compartment 112, and discharged out of the full face dive mask through side exhaust holes. - The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the utility model is explained in detail, the principle and the implementation of the embodiment of the utility model are described by employing specific embodiments, and the description of the embodiment is only suitable for helping to understand the principle of the embodiment of the utility model; meanwhile, a person of ordinary skills in the art, according to the embodiment of the present utility model, may change in both the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the contents of the description should not be construed as limiting the utility model.
Claims (10)
1. A full face dive mask, comprising:
a facial mask, a head strap connected with the facial mask and a respiratory pipe connected with the facial mask,
a guide rail disposed on a side surface of an upper portion of the facial mask, and
a fixed shaft disposed on a side surface of a lower end of the respiratory pipe and capable of slidably connecting with the guide rail, and
wherein the respiratory pipe can be pulled outwards along the guide rail and rotated to fold into the facial mask.
2. The full face dive mask according to claim 1 further comprising a first one-way air inlet valve disposed at an inner upper end of the facial mask and coupled with the respiratory pipe.
3. The full face dive mask according to claim 1 , wherein the facial mask comprises:
a facial mask frame, a facial mask lens and a silicone cover, the facial mask lens and the silicone cover being fixed together through the facial mask frame, and the silicone cover and the facial mask lens forming a facial compartment and a nasal compartment,
air inlet holes disposed on both sides of the nasal compartment, and a second one-way air inlet valve disposed over the air inlet hole, and
wherein the nasal compartment is coupled to the facial mask compartment and the respiratory pipe through the second one-way air inlet valve to form an inhalation passage.
4. The full face dive mask according to claim 2 , further comprising:
exhaust holes disposed on both sides of the facial mask frame,
one-way exhaust valves arranged over the exhaust holes, and
wherein the one-way exhaust valves are coupled to the nasal compartment through an exhaust passage disposed on the inner side of the facial mask frame to form an exhalation passage.
5. The full face dive mask according to claim 4 , further comprising exterior members disposed on both sides of the facial mask frame, and ventilation holes disposed on the exterior members.
6. The full face dive mask according to claim 1 , further comprising a silicone waterproof ring disposed on the upper portion of the facial mask that connects to the respiratory pipe.
7. The full face dive mask according to claim 1 , further comprising a drain hole disposed on the bottom portion of the facial mask, and a one-way drain valve and a drain cap disposed over the drain hole.
8. The full face dive mask according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a respiratory cap disposed at a top of the respiratory pipe,
an air inlet passage and a floater compartment coupled to each other and disposed in the respiratory pipe, wherein the air inlet passage is coupled to the facial mask,
a floater disposed in the floater compartment, and
an air inlet hole disposed on the outer side wall of the floater compartment.
9. The full face dive mask according to claim 8 , wherein the floater comprises an upper floater cap and a lower floater cap, and has a capsule-like shape.
10. The full face dive mask according to claim 8 , further comprising a silicone waterproof pad disposed on the top of the respiratory pipe.
