Abstract

A multifunctional cylindrical stationery case, including a bottom shell provided with a trough; a first side edge of the trough is provided with a case cover having the same shape as the trough and which is capable of being flipped open; a second side edge of the trough is provided with a trough covering panel which is capable to be flipped open; a cover trough is provided in the case cover; a side edge of the case cover is provided with a cover trough covering panel which is capable to be flipped open; openings are provided at a corners of the cover trough covering panel and the trough covering panel respectively; one end of the bottom shell is provided with a circular platform; when the case cover covers the trough, an outer contour of the case cover aligns with an outer contour of the circular platform.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to educational products, and more specifically relates to a multifunctional cylindrical stationery case.
A stationery case is a case for storing stationery such as pens, pencils rulers and rubbers etc. A stationery case can be made of many kinds of materials like wood, metal or plastics, and it may be made into different shapes, but mostly in a rectangular shape. A wooden stationery case is very uncommon, which contains different patterns carved on its surfaces, however, primary and secondary school students will not use a wooden stationery case because it is not colorful. A metal stationery case does not have patterns which are too showy, and it is not easy to be bended and damaged compared with a wooden or plastic stationery case, moreover, a metal stationery case is very suitable for primary school students due to its great utility. A plastic stationery case is colorful and pattern-rich, but it is less resistant to bending and crashing than a metal stationery case. A plastic stationery case is very popular among primary and secondary school students in the market, and is even used by college students.
Apart from a square shape, a stationery case can also be made into different shapes like a mini-car shape, a rectangular shape, or even a rabbit shape which can be cute and pretty. Despite its small size, a stationery case is very functional in that it helps students collect and store different kinds of stationery for the ease of carrying and use and thus prevents the students from losing their own stationery. Time is precious for all students when they are burdened with greatly increased pressure nowadays. A stationery case saves much time for the students to tidy up their stationery. Therefore, it is necessary to modify a stationery case by equipping it with more functions so that it serves better for the students' lives in schools.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the aforesaid disadvantages now present in the prior art, the present invention provides a multifunctional cylindrical stationery case.
The technical solutions provided by the present invention are detailed as follows: A multifunctional cylindrical stationery case, comprising a bottom shell; the bottom shell is provided with a trough; a first side edge of the trough is provided with a case cover which has the same shape as the trough and which is capable of being flipped open about the first side edge of the trough; a second side edge of the trough is provided with a trough covering panel which is capable to be flipped open about the second side edge of the trough; a cover trough is provided in the case cover; a side edge of the case cover is provided with a cover trough covering panel which is capable to be flipped open about the side edge of the case cover; openings are provided at a corner of the cover trough covering panel and at a corner of the trough covering panel respectively; one end of the bottom shell is provided with a circular platform; when the case cover covers the trough, an outer contour of the case cover aligns with an outer contour of the circular platform.
As a modification, an outer surface of the cover trough covering panel and an outer surface of the trough covering panel are each provided with a note pad.
As a modification, an inner surface of the cover trough covering panel is provided with a calculator.
As a modification, a mirror is provided on an inner surface of the trough covering panel.
As a modification, a circular carve board is provided at a periphery of an outer surface of the circular platform; letters, alphabets or numerals are carved on the circular carve board.
As a modification, a cross sectional surface of the trough and a cross sectional surface of the case cover are both in a D-shape.
As a modification, when the cover trough covering panel is flipped to close the cover trough, the cover trough covering panel aligns with edges of the cover trough.
As a modification, when the trough covering panel is flipped to close the trough, the trough covering panel aligns with edges of the trough.
As a modification, when the case cover covers the trough, edges of the case cover align with edges of the trough.
As a modification, a top part of the case cover is also connected with a foldable LED table lamp.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: the present invention is a stationery case which can be flipped open towards both sides. The bottom shell and the case cover are each provided with a trough for storing stationery. As a result, the stationery case has increased internal volume. By virtue of multiple flipping structures, the stationery case has a reduced size which renders the stationery case more portable. The stationery case of the present invention has a cylindrical shape when completely closed, and when it is flipped open, there are two troughs; a note pad and a mirror are provided on the trough covering panel, and another note pad and a calculator are provided on the cover trough covering panel. The note pads can record school time tables or self reminders. Therefore, the present invention is simple to use and is multifunctional. When the present invention is presented as a gift or souvenir, information like the presenter's name can be carved on the circular carve board on the circular platform.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying figures and an embodiment. However, the present invention should not be limited to the disclosure below.
FIGS. 1-8 illustrates a multifunctional cylindrical stationery case, comprising a bottom shell 1; the bottom shell 1 is provided with a trough 2; a first side edge of the trough 2 is provided with a case cover 3 which has the same shape as the trough 2 and which is capable of being flipped open about the first side edge of the trough 2; a second side edge of the trough 2 is provided with a trough covering panel 4 which is capable to be flipped open about the second side edge of the trough 2; a cover trough 5 is provided in the case cover 3; a side edge of the case cover 3 is provided with a cover trough covering panel 6 which is capable to be flipped open about the side edge of the case cover 3; openings 7 are provided at a corner of the cover trough covering panel 6 and at a corner of the trough covering panel 4 respectively; one end of the bottom shell 1 is provided with a circular platform 8; when the case cover 3 covers the trough 2, an outer contour of the case cover 3 aligns with an outer contour of the circular platform 8. The openings 7 allow insertion of fingers to flip open the cover trough covering panel 6 and the trough covering panel 4. The end of the bottom shell 1 is provided with an analog clock 13 or an electronic clock 14.
Preferably, an outer surface of the cover trough covering panel 6 and an outer surface of the trough covering panel 4 are each provided with a note pad 9. The note pad 9 records information like school time tables and homework.
Preferably, an inner surface of the cover trough covering panel 6 is provided with a calculator 10; since the calculator 10 is integrally provided together with the stationery case, a separate calculator is not required, thereby reducing the stationery items to be carried.
Preferably, a mirror 11 is provided on an inner surface of the trough covering panel 4.
Preferably, a circular carve board 12 is provided at a periphery of an outer surface of the circular platform 8; letters, alphabets or numerals can be carved on the circular carve board 12.
Preferably, a cross sectional surface of the trough 2 and a cross sectional surface of the case cover are both in a D-shape.
Preferably, when the cover trough covering panel 6 is flipped to close the cover trough 5, the cover trough covering panel 6 aligns with edges of the cover trough 5.
Preferably, when the trough covering panel 4 is flipped to close the trough 2, the trough covering panel 4 aligns with edges of the trough 2.
A top part of the case cover 3 is also connected with a foldable LED table lamp 15.
The present invention is a stationery case which can be flipped open towards both sides. The bottom shell and the case cover are each provided with a trough for storing stationery. Although the present invention is illustrated and described as above, it should be understood by a person skilled in this field of art that different changes, modifications, replacements and variations of the embodiment as disclosed can be made without deviating from the principle and structural concept of the present invention. The scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims or their equivalents.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A multifunctional cylindrical stationery case, comprising a bottom shell; the bottom shell is provided with a trough; wherein a first side edge of the trough is provided with a case cover which has the same shape as the trough and which is capable of being flipped open about the first side edge of the trough; a second side edge of the trough is provided with a trough covering panel which is capable to be flipped open about the second side edge of the trough; a cover trough is provided in the case cover; a side edge of the case cover is provided with a cover trough covering panel which is capable to be flipped open about the side edge of the case cover; openings are provided at a corner of the cover trough covering panel and at a corner of the trough covering panel respectively; one end of the bottom shell is provided with a circular platform; when the case cover covers the trough, an outer contour of the case cover aligns with an outer contour of the circular platform.

2. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein an outer surface of the cover trough covering panel and an outer surface of the trough covering panel are each provided with a note pad.

3. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 2, wherein an inner surface of the cover trough covering panel is provided with a calculator.

4. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 2, wherein a mirror is provided on an inner surface of the trough covering panel.

5. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein a circular carve board is provided at a periphery of an outer surface of the circular platform; letters, alphabets or numerals are carved on the circular carve board.

6. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein a cross sectional surface of the trough and a cross sectional surface of the case cover are both in a D-shape.

7. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein when the cover trough covering panel is flipped to close the cover trough, the cover trough covering panel aligns with edges of the cover trough.

8. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein when the trough covering panel is flipped to close the trough, the trough covering panel aligns with edges of the trough.

9. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein when the case cover covers the trough, edges of the case cover align with edges of the trough.

10. The multifunctional cylindrical stationery case of claim 1, wherein a top part of the case cover is also connected with a foldable LED table lamp.
