Description
- This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201820597502.0 with a filing date of Apr. 24, 2018. The content of the aforementioned applications, including any intervening amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by reference.
- The present disclosure relates to the field of folding stools, and particularly to an external sleeve type folding storage stool.
- A stool with small occupied area and convenience to store and carry is needed under the conditions that seats of tourist buses and ships are limited, passengers exceed the rated number and household space is small. In the prior art, the stool is generally designed into a folding stool, and a stool surface is connected with stool legs by virtue of hinges. However, the folding stool with this structure is large in volume and heavy in a folding state, and is particularly unfavorable to store and carry in height and length directions.
- With respect to the above existing problem, the present disclosure provides an external sleeve type folding storage stool with improvements. The external sleeve type folding storage stool is portable while going out for a trip, and has the advantages of quick and convenient assembly and disassembly and convenient storage.
- Technical solutions adopted by the present disclosure are as follows:
- An external sleeve type folding storage stool comprises an unfoldable stool cap and a folding stool seat; the stool cap is nested or embedded onto the unfolded stool seat; a lift structure convenient for pulling up the stool cap is formed in a surface of the stool cap; the stool seat is of a first cylinder structure with an inner cavity; a storage bag with a pocket is adhered to a surface of the stool seat by virtue of a bonding structure; an inner stool body is arranged in the inner cavity of the stool seat; supporting plates are arranged in the inner stool body; the inner stool body includes a plurality of mutually connected plate bodies that are connected to form a polygon; and the plate bodies are connected with one another to form longitudinally arranged fold lines, so that the inner stool body is folded along the fold lines and forms a rectangular body to match with an inner wall of the stool cap.
- Advantageously, the first cylinder structure is cylindrical, a soft closure is arranged at a bottom of the stool seat, and a stool wall surface of the stool seat is made of cloth material.
- Advantageously, the inner stool body forms a second cylinder structure to match with the inner cavity of the stool seat while unfolded, and an inner cavity for storing articles is formed inside the second cylinder structure.
- Advantageously, the plate bodies comprise soft surface layers and hard sandwich boards wrapped in the soft surface layers, and sizes of the plate bodies are the same.
- Advantageously, the bonding structure includes a female connection buckle arranged on an outer surface of the stool seat and male connection buckles arranged on inner sides at both ends of the storage bag.
- Advantageously, the storage bag is formed by sewing an inner cloth layer and an outer cloth layer.
- Advantageously, the stool cap nested with the stool seat and the stool cap embedded with the stool seat have different structures. When the stool seat is nested with the stool cap, the stool cap is circular, and a stool cap opening matching with the stool seat is formed in an inner side surface of the stool cap; and when the stool seat is embedded with the stool cap, the stool cap is also circular, and the inner side of the stool cap extends outwards to form a stool cap bulge to match with an opening of the stool seat.
- Advantageously, the lift structure includes a pair of pull rings; each of the pull rings is semicircular; and a fold is arranged between two adjacent pull rings, so that the pull rings is capable of being folded along the fold.
- The present disclosure has beneficial effects as follows:
- The present disclosure is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the stool seat and the inner stool body can be folded and arranged inside the stool cap, so that the occupied space is greatly decreased. The storage bag is arranged on an outer surface of the stool seat, so that some small articles with higher fetching frequency at ordinary times may be stored and hidden in the storage bag. Therefore, the storage stool has the advantages of being simple and attractive in appearance. The stool seat and the inner stool body can be folded when not used. After the stool is folded, the volume of the stool can be decreased, and the stool is small, convenient and convenient to carry. Through the arrangement of the pull rings, the stool cap and the stool seat are rapidly and conveniently separated. The inner stool body is mounted inside the stool seat to support when used, so that the stool has the advantages of quick and convenient assembly and disassembly and convenient storage.

- Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described below.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 toFIG. 10 , an external sleeve type folding storage stool comprises an unfoldable stool cap 1 and afolding stool seat 2. The stool cap 1 is nested or embedded onto theunfolded stool seat 2; a lift structure convenient for pulling up the stool cap 1 is formed in a surface of the stool cap 1; thestool seat 2 is of a first cylinder structure with an inner cavity; astorage bag 5 with a pocket 501 is adhered to a surface of thestool seat 2 by virtue of a bonding structure; aninner stool body 3 is arranged in the inner cavity of thestool seat 2; supporting plates 4 are arranged in theinner stool body 3; theinner stool body 3 includes a plurality of mutually connectedplate bodies 301 that are connected to form a polygon; and theplate bodies 301 are connected with one another to form longitudinally arrangedfold lines 302, so that theinner stool body 3 is folded along thefold lines 302 and forms a rectangular body to match with an inner wall of the stool cap 1. - The first cylinder structure is cylindrical, a soft closure is arranged at a bottom of the
stool seat 2, and a stool wall surface of thestool seat 2 is made of cloth material. Theinner stool body 3 forms a second cylinder structure to match with the inner cavity of thestool seat 2 while unfolded, and an inner cavity for storing articles is formed inside the second cylinder structure. Theplate bodies 301 comprise soft surface layers and hard sandwich boards wrapped in the soft surface layers, and sizes of the plate bodies are the same. The bonding structure includes a female connection buckle 6 arranged on an outer surface of thestool seat 2 andmale connection buckles 502 arranged on inner sides at both ends of thestorage bag 5. Thestorage bag 5 is formed by sewing an inner cloth layer and an outer cloth layer. - The stool cap 1 nested with the
stool seat 2 and the stool cap 1 embedded with thestool seat 2 have different structures. When thestool seat 2 is nested with the stool cap 1, the stool cap 1 is circular, and a stool cap opening 101 matching with thestool seat 2 is formed in an inner side surface of the stool cap 1; and when thestool seat 2 is embedded with the stool cap 1, the stool cap 1 is also circular, and the inner side of the stool cap 1 extends outwards to form a stool cap bulge 102 to match with an opening of thestool seat 2. The lift structure includes a pair ofpull rings 103; each of thepull rings 103 is semicircular; and afold 104 is arranged between twoadjacent pull rings 103, so that thepull rings 103 is capable of being folded along thefold 104. - The specific operating process of the present disclosure is as follows:
- As shown in
FIG. 6 andFIG. 8 , since the stool wall of thestool seat 2 is made of the cloth material, due to softness of the cloth, thestool seat 2 can be optionally folded when not supported by theinner stool body 3, and theinner stool body 3 may also be folded along thefold line 302, so that the stool is convenient to be stored. - In a usage state, the second cylinder structure may be arranged in the inner cavity of the
stool seat 2; thestool seat 2 forms an external sleeve type structure nested with theinner stool body 3; outer wall surfaces of theplate bodies 301 are attached to inner walls of thestool seat 2 after theinner stool body 3 is unfolded; and the stool cap 1 covers one end of thestool seat 2 so as to complete installation. Meanwhile, thestorage bag 5 is adhered onto thestool seat 2 on an outer surface of thestool seat 2 by virtue of themale connection buckles 502 and the female connection buckle 6. The articles with higher fetching frequency at ordinary times are stored in the storage bag by virtue of the pocket 501. When not used, the storage bag can be removed at any time. - In a storage state, the
plate bodies 301 on one side of theinner stool body 3 are folded along an arrow direction by virtue of thefold line 302. After two groups ofplate bodies 301 on opposite sides in theinner stool body 3 are positioned on the same horizontal line,outer side surfaces 303 of the rest ofadjacent plate bodies 301 are attached to one another, so that theinner stool body 3 is folded into the rectangular body. The length of the rectangular body is mutually to match with an inner wall of acircular cavity 101 in the stool cap 1. Both ends of the rectangular body are abutted against the inner wall of thecircular cavity 101, and the foldedstool seat 2 can be arranged in the stool cap 1. Then, another external cover body (the cover body is also circular, an inner diameter size of the cover body is smaller than an outer diameter of the stool cap 1, and the cover body and the stool cap 1 can be to match with each other) is to match with the stool cap 1, so as to realize the storage state of the present disclosure. - In the above storage state, when the stool cap 1 needs to be separated from the
stool seat 2, the pull rings 103 are folded along thefold 104 until the pull rings 103 are perpendicular to the surface of the stool cap 1, and the stool cap 1 is lifted by virtue of the pull rings 103, so that the stool cap 1 can be rapidly separated from thestool seat 2. After separation is completed, the pull rings 103 are downwards folded along thefold 104 until the pull rings 103 are parallel to the surface of the stool cap 1. - The above description is an explanation of the present disclosure, rather than a limitation to the present disclosure. A scope defined in the present disclosure should depend on claims. The present disclosure may be modified in any form without deviating from a basic structure of the present disclosure.
Claims (8)
1. An external sleeve type folding storage stool, comprising an unfoldable stool cap (1) and a folding stool seat (2), wherein the stool cap (1) is nested or embedded onto the unfolded stool seat (2); a lift structure convenient for pulling up the stool cap (1) is formed in a surface of the stool cap (1); the stool seat (2) is of a first cylinder structure with an inner cavity; a storage bag (5) with a pocket (501) is adhered to a surface of the stool seat (2) by virtue of a bonding structure; an inner stool body (3) is arranged in the inner cavity of the stool seat (2); supporting plates (4) are arranged in the inner stool body (3); the inner stool body (3) comprises a plurality of mutually connected plate bodies (301) that are connected to form a polygon; and the plate bodies (301) are connected with one another to form longitudinally arranged fold lines (302), so that the inner stool body (3) is folded along the fold lines (302) and forms a rectangular body to match with an inner wall of the stool cap (1).
2. The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the first cylinder structure is cylindrical, a soft closure is arranged at a bottom of the stool seat (2), and a stool wall surface of the stool seat (2) is made of cloth material.
3. The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the inner stool body (3) forms a second cylinder structure to match with the inner cavity of the stool seat (2) while unfolded, and an inner cavity for storing articles is formed inside the second cylinder structure.
4. The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the plate bodies (301) comprises soft surface layers and hard sandwich boards wrapped in the soft surface layers, and sizes of the plate bodies are the same.
5. The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the bonding structure comprises a female connection buckle (6) arranged on an outer surface of the stool seat (2) and male connection buckles (502) arranged on inner sides at both ends of the storage bag (5).
6. The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the storage bag (5) is formed by sewing an inner cloth layer and an outer cloth layer.

The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the stool cap (1) nested with the stool seat (2) and the stool cap (1) embedded with the stool seat (2) have different structures; when the stool seat (2) is nested with the stool cap (1), the stool cap (1) is circular, and a stool cap opening (101) matching with the stool seat (2) is formed in an inner side face of the stool cap (1); and when the stool seat (2) is embedded with the stool cap (1), the stool cap (1) is also circular, and a stool cap bulge (102) is extended outwards from the inner side of the stool cap (1) to match with an opening of the stool seat (2).
8. The external sleeve type folding storage stool according to claim 1 , wherein the lift structure comprises a pair of pull rings (103), each of the pull rings (103) is semicircular; and a fold (104) is arranged between two adjacent pull rings (103), so that the pull rings (103) is capable of being folded along the fold (104).
