Description
- The present disclosure relates to a fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks.
- Due to the international restrictions on the powder weight of individual fireworks products, the powder weight has been limited by the standards including PRC National Standard GB16031-2013 in China, the European Standard EN15947, and the AFSL (AMERICAN FIREWORKS STANDARDLABORATORY) in the United States. Although the standards vary from country to country, the restrictions on the powder weight of individual products purchased by consumers greatly limit the burning time of fireworks and the effect of fireworks.
- On the basis of the above international standards, since the burning time of individual fireworks products is limited, and only one green safety fuse is generally provided as an initial ignition for each firework cake, or a green safety fuse is provided as an initial ignition and a spare fuse is used at the terminal as a standby ignition, the consumers are only able to ignite the fireworks piece by piece. If consumers need to extend the burning time and the effect of fireworks, the fireworks device with green safety fuses can be connected by external fuses; in the case where the fireworks device has no spare green safety fuse, the external packing of the firework tube must be removed to expose the connection fuse between the cakes and connect the plurality of tubes by the safety fuses additionally affixed. Both ways are time-consuming and laborious, and the continuity and safety of the burning cannot be guaranteed either.
- The present invention provides a fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks which meets the requirements of the international standard for the products and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient connection and high safety comparing with the deficiencies of the prior art.
- In at least one embodiment, a fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks is provided. The fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, including a group of fireworks formed by a plurality of firework tubes, wherein the group of fireworks further comprises female connecting firework tubes arranged at the head end of the group of fireworks for igniting the group of fireworks and at least one male connecting firework tube matched with the female connecting firework tubes; the female connecting firework tube can be amounted above the male connecting firework tube of another group of fireworks; the female connecting firework tube is equipped with a fuse inside, of which one end is inside the female connecting firework tube and the other end extends beyond the female connecting firework tube for igniting the group of fireworks; the fuse is positioned in the female connecting firework tube in such a manner that after the female connecting firework tube is amounted above the male connecting firework tube of another group of fireworks, the male connecting firework tube of another group of fireworks may ignite its fuse.
- In at least one embodiment, the fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, wherein the female connecting firework tube can be amounted above the male connecting firework tube so that the two are combined to form a complete tube.
- In at least one embodiment, the fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, wherein the firework nozzle of the male connecting firework tube is an upward cylindrical part, of which the outer diameter matches the inner diameter of the female connecting tube.
- In at least one embodiment, the fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, wherein the position of the fuse in the female connecting firework tube corresponds to the position right above the firework nozzle of the male connecting firework tube; after the female and male connecting firework tubes are connected, the fuse may be ignited by the fireworks in the male connecting firework tube.
- In at least one embodiment, the fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, wherein as the ending firework tube, the male connecting firework tube is the last one in the group of fireworks to be ignited.
- In at least one embodiment, the fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, wherein the female connecting firework tube is provided with a fuse inside, of which one end connects the rest tubes in the fireworks group, the other end extends beyond the female connecting tube for ignition.
- Due to the adoption of the above structure, the present invention is provided with a female connecting firework tube on a group of fireworks. The fuse in the female connecting firework tube may be ignited by the fireworks ejected from the male connecting firework tube of the adjacent group of fireworks through the connection of the female connecting firework tube and the male connecting firework tube of another group of fireworks to enable continuous discharge. The present device achieves the connection of groups of fireworks through a physical means called splicing, and can be both discharged independently and in combination in the form of groups of fireworks in series. The connecting method of the present invention is convenient and simple for there is no need to connect the fuses manually, so that the risk of accidents upon connecting fuses may be prevented. Moreover, with this method, groups of fireworks can be connected and detached quickly, without any damage to the fireworks devices, making possible versatile combination and arrangement between fireworks groups in an easy manner.
- A detailed description of the invention is illustrated below according to figures and embodiments.
-
FIG. 1 is a top view of the fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic of the female connecting firework tube. -
FIG. 3 is a schematic of the male connecting firework tube. -
FIG. 4 is a schematic of the connected female and male connecting firework tubes. - The present application will be further described below with reference to the Figures and specific embodiment. In one embodiment of the invention, there provided a fireworks connection structure for continuous discharge of groups of fireworks, shown as
FIGS. 1 to 4 , wherein compromise a group of fireworks formed by a plurality of firework tubes 1 connected together; the group of fireworks comprises female connectingfirework tubes 2 and male connectingfirework tubes 3, in which the former is used for igniting the group of fireworks and the latter is located at the end of the group of fireworks as the last firework tube in the group of fireworks to be ignited; the female connectingfirework tube 2 is provided inside with afuse 21, and thefuse 21 has one end connecting the remaining firework tubes 1 of the group of fireworks in series and the other end arranged in the female connectingfirework tube 2 and extend out from afuse hole 22 on the top of the female connectingfirework tube 2. The fuse may be used as an ignition strand for a single group of fireworks to achieve a separate discharge of the group of fireworks. As the endmost firework tube, the firework nozzle of the male connectingfirework tube 3 is acylindrical base 31 protruding upwards; as the beginning firework tube, the female connectingfirework tube 2 is provided with a through hole inside that is matched with the outer diameter of thecylindrical base 31. The female connectingfirework tube 2 can be amounted above the male connectingfirework tube 3 so that the two are combined to form a complete tube, so that groups of fireworks may be connected in series. The position of thefuse 21 of the group of fireworks in the female connecting firework tube corresponds to the position right above the firework nozzle of the male connecting firework tube; after the female and male connecting firework tubes are connected, the fuse may be ignited by the fireworks in the male connecting firework tube to achieve continuous discharge of groups of fireworks. - The foregoing descriptions are merely for the specific implementation examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of claims of the invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the contents of the claims and the specification of the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
