Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to a textile manufacturing field, in particular relates to a novel knitted fabric.
- Traditionally, sportswear is majorly fabricated by polyethylene terephthalate and nylon. Polyethylene terephthalate and nylon are petroleum products and most dependently obtained therefrom, but these products surely cause lots of pollutions to our environment. Pure natural cotton fiber is characterized with excellent moisture absorption, moisture retention and skin-friendly effects, but defects such as inferior elasticity, extensibility and strength, tendency to tension fracture, and less wear resistance are relatively existed, incapable of satisfying requirements of sport fabrics. Fabrics made of natural fiber or a viscose mixed with polyurethane fiber can have excellent wearing comfort, but they still have defects of less strength and bursting effect, inferior tension fracture, and tendency to wrinkling and deformation are existed. Fabrics made of nylon, polyethylene terephthalate and polyurethane fiber can have excellent strength, and difficulties of being burst and torn, but they still have less skin-friendly effect and cause serious pollutions to our environment. In America, Du-Pont Company disclosed a sorona polymer which contains a raw material of 37% obtained from nonpetroleum regenerative sources, capable of greatly reducing the human dependency of acquiring materials from limited petroleum sources and therefore obtaining reductions of a source consumption of 30% and a carbon dioxide gas discharge of 63% so that a perfect combination of functionalities of the related textile productions and purpose of environmental protections can be attained. Besides, sorona fiber is characterized with excellent stretchability and recoverability and properties of chloride resistance, ultraviolet resistance and anti-pollution and easy-to-clean effects, thus to be extensively applied on different kinds of clothing fabrics. However, fabrics made by adding sorona into the natural fiber or the viscose only can provide a slight flexibility, i.e., without high flexibility and high recoverability, and imperfect plastic effects. To overcome the above difficulties, technicians in this field shall study and develop how to apply an environmentally-protective fiber materials to allow a knitted fabric for preserving excellent functions of traditional chemical fiber fabrics and how to particularly provide advantages of skin-friendly effects, comforts, natures and environmental protections, which are also the production of the invention accordingly.
- The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel knitted fabric, which comprises advantages of excellent stretchability, recoverability, plastic and packaging functions, wearing comfort, and conformation of modern environmental thoughts.
- To attain the purposes above, the technical project of the invention is to provide a novel knitted fabric characterized in that a double-sided structure is weft-knitted by a natural fiber or a viscose, a sorona and a polyurethane fiber, in which a first side of the double-sided structure is constituted by the natural fiber or the viscose and the polyurethane fiber, a second side of the double-sided structure is constituted by the sorona, and a yarn ingredient proportion comprises 60-50% of the natural fiber or the viscose, 40-30% of the sorona, and 5-20% of polyurethane fiber.
- A yarn process for manufacturing the novel knitted fabric comprises steps of: in a first step, feeding the polyurethane fiber, and providing an upper pin-tray high-pin loop tucking, a lower knitting cylinder high-pin loop tucking, an upper pin-tray low stitching and a lower knitting cylinder low stitching which are float stitches; in a second step, feeding the sorona, and providing an upper pin-tray high-low pin looping and a lower knitting cylinder high-low pin which are the float stitches; in a third step, feeding the natural fiber or the viscose and the polyurethane fiber, providing an upper pin-tray high-low stitching which is the float stitch, and providing a lower knitting cylinder high-low pin looping; in a fourth step, feeding the polyurethane fiber, providing an upper pin-tray high stitching and a lower knitting cylinder high-pin which are the float stitches, and providing an upper pin-tray low stitching loop tucking and a lower knitting cylinder low stitching loop tucking; in a fifth step, feeding the sorona, and providing the upper pin-tray high-low pin looping and the lower knitting cylinder high-low pin which are the float stitches; and in a sixth step, feeding the natural fiber or the viscose and the polyurethane fiber, providing an upper pin-tray high-low which is the float stitch, and providing the upper pin-tray high-low stitching.
- The natural fiber or the viscose is a tight sirospun, and the sorona is Du-pont filament.
- According to the above-mentioned project, the knitted fabric of the invention using the natural fiber or the viscose, the sorona and the polyurethane fiber is formed by the application of the unique yarn count allocation and the weaving process, so that the knitted fabric of the invention can have excellent properties such as natural warmth, soft hand feeling, moisture absorbing and perspiration dissipation and unidirectional moisture transportation, etc. Therefore, the invention can not only preserve excellent properties of strength, bursting effect, packaging and plastic functions in traditional chemical fiber fabrics, but also provide advantages of skin-friendly effects, comforts, natures, and conformation of modern environmental thoughts.
