Description
- The present utility model relates to the field of exercising device technologies, and in particular, to a handle of a jump rope.
- As an excellent body-building exercise, the rope jump exercise can effectively train people's reaction and endurance capabilities and help maintain people's fitness and body coordination, thereby achieving an objective of building a strong and healthy body. The outfit for the rope jump exercise is quite simple, which requires only one rope, light clothes, and a pair of suitable sports shoes. In addition, the rope jump exercise does not need a large space, for which no special venue needs to be rented. Moreover, the number of participants is not limited, and either a person alone or multiple persons together can do the exercise. A common jump rope comprises handles and a rope, and the handles are not provided with any bearing. Consequently, the rope is easily rolled, there is no sense of rhythm, and it is strenuous for people to do the rope jump exercise. Further, there is no length adjusting apparatus. As a result, the jump rope cannot be adjusted according to people's heights, making it inconvenient for people to use. In addition, an insufficient rotational speed of the jump rope is easily caused during rope jump, making rotational speeds of the rope and the handles cancel each other.
- To resolve the foregoing technical problem, the present utility model provides the following technical solutions:
- The present utility model discloses a handle of a jump rope, comprising a handle body, a handle joint, and a rotating connecting piece. The handle body is in a bar-shaped structure to be held by a user. One end of the handle joint is connected to the handle body, the other end of the handle joint is connected to the rotating connecting piece, and the end of the handle joint away from the handle body is a groove. The rotating connecting piece comprises a rotating sphere and a rope threading portion. The rotating sphere is located inside the groove of the handle joint and can rotate freely. The rope threading portion is configured to install a rope body of the jump rope.
- Beneficial effects thereof are: The present utility model mainly implements rotation by means of rotation of the rotating sphere in the groove, so that the rope of the jump rope is not knotted due to rotation when being used, and rotation is easier.
- In some implementations, the groove is a spherical groove. A beneficial effect thereof is: The spherical groove can better fit the rotating sphere, thereby facilitating rotation of the rotating sphere.
- In some implementations, the groove is a cylindrical groove. A beneficial effect thereof is: Contact between the cylindrical groove and the rotating sphere is still smooth point-surface contact, so that the rotating sphere can also rotate easily. Comparatively, processing of the cylindrical groove is easier.
- In some implementations, the groove is provided with a lubricant inside. A beneficial effect thereof is: The lubricant may be a liquid-state lubricant such as machine oil or lubricating oil, or may be a solid-state lubricant such as grease or graphite, so that the rotating sphere can easily rotate inside the groove of the handle joint freely.
- In some implementations, a ball is disposed inside the groove. A beneficial effect thereof is: The ball is externally tangent to the rotating sphere, thereby achieving omnidirectional angle rotation of the rotating sphere in the groove of the handle joint, and facilitating free rotation of the rotating sphere in the groove of the handle joint.
- In some implementations, an opening portion of the groove is provided with a locating collar, an accommodating space is bounded by the locating collar and the groove, and the rotating sphere is located inside the accommodating space. A beneficial effect thereof is: The locating collar can prevent the rotating sphere from falling out of the groove. In addition, with the locating collar disposed, the lubricant can also be prevented from falling out of the groove.
- In some implementations, the handle joint is directly fixedly connected to the handle body. A beneficial effect thereof is: The handle joint is directly fixedly connected to the handle body, so that it can be ensured that the connection between the handle joint and the handle body is securer, preventing a case of loosening.
- In some implementations, one end of the handle joint close to the handle body is a first threaded rod. The first threaded rod is provided with an external thread. The handle body is in a hollow structure. A fixing clamp is disposed inside the handle body. The fixing clamp is usually ring-shaped, or its parts are distributed on an inner wall of the handle body to form a ring shape. The fixing clamp and the handle body are integrally formed. One side or two sides of the fixing clamp is or are provided with a bearing. The first threaded rod extends into the handle body and passes through the fixing clamp and the bearing. An end portion of the first threaded rod is fixed by using a nut.
- A beneficial effect thereof is: Because the fixing clamp is disposed, the bearing disposed on one side or two sides of the fixing clamp can be fixed. The first threaded rod fits the nut, so that the bearing can be fixed on the fixing clamp. In such a fixing manner, only the external thread of the first threaded rod is needed, thereby facilitating processing.
- In some implementations, a bolt is further comprised. One end of the handle joint close to the handle body is a butt end. An internal thread is disposed inside the butt end. The bolt comprises a second threaded rod and a locating end on a tail portion of the second threaded rod. A head portion of the second threaded rod protrudes out of the handle body and passes through the fixing clamp and the bearing. The head portion of the second threaded rod is finally connected to the internal thread inside the butt end.
- A beneficial effect thereof is: Because the fixing clamp is disposed, the bearing disposed on one side or two side of the fixing clamp can be fixed. The bolt fits the butt end, so that the bearing can be fixed on the fixing clamp. Compared with the previous fixing manner, an installation process in this fixing manner is more convenient. In the previous fixing manner, the nut needs to be installed inside the handle body, and the installation process is generally blind installation because of a small space inside, leading to inconvenient installation. However, in the fixing manner of this solution, the second threaded rod protrudes out of the handle body, and then the rotating-type thread of the butt end is connected to the second threaded rod. These operations are visualized, making installation more convenient.
