discharge plate 36 is attached to the upper surface of thedistribution plate 34 by a double adhesive tape. - In addition, the
inner container member 30 is formed on an upper portion thereof with the fixingmember 50 for fixing theinner container member 30 and thebutton member 40 so as to prevent theinner container member 30 and thebutton member 40 from being separated. - A mounting
groove 51 is formed at an outer periphery of the fixingmember 50 so as to be coupled with the mountingprotrusion 16 of thecontainer body 10. - A lower end of the fixing
member 50 presses and fixes an upper surface of the steppedsill 324 of thepump support 32, and anaxial coupling groove 52 is formed on one side of the outer periphery of the fixingmember 50 so as to be fitted with theaxial protrusion 352 of thering button 35. - Hereinafter, a method of assembling the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly, which has the above configuration, will be described.
-
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a container body, the container lid, and the button member of the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention,FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line B-B and showing a state in which the button member of the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention is vertically mounted, andFIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line B-B and showing a state in which the button member of the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention is mounted on the container main body. - In order to assemble the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention, first, as shown in
FIG. 7 , thebutton member 40 is mounted in the buttonmember mounting groove 11 of thecontainer body 10, such that, the buttonmember blade portion 42 of thebutton member 40 is vertically fitted into theguide groove 13 formed inside thebutton member support 12 of thecontainer body 10. - At this time, the
coupling groove 44 of thebutton member 40 is coupled with thecoupling protrusion 14 of thecontainer body 10, in which the roundlower edge 46 of the buttonmember blade portion 42 smoothly rides over the inclinedupper surface 142 of thecoupling protrusion 14 to allow thecoupling groove 44 to be easily coupled with thecoupling protrusion 14 as shown inFIG. 8 , and once thecoupling groove 44 is coupled with thecoupling protrusion 14, thecoupling groove 44 is prevented from being separated from thecoupling protrusion 14 due to the angular lower surface 144 of thecoupling protrusion 14 as shown inFIG. 9 . - Next, the
inner container member 30 is assembled as shown inFIGS. 4 and 5 , in which thepush plate 311 is fitted into theinner container 31, the cosmetic material is injected into theinner container 31, thepump support 32 is coupled to the upper portion of theinner container 31, thepump 33 is installed on the upper portion of thepump support 32, thedistribution plate 34 is coupled to the upper portion of the up-downmovement member 336 of thepump 33, thering button 35 is mounted on the upper portion of thedistribution plate 34, and thedischarge plate 36 is seated on the upper portion of thering button 35 while being seated on the upper surface of thedistribution plate 34. - Next, the
inner container member 30 assembled as described above is inserted into thecontainer body 10 having one side hinge-coupled with thecontainer lid 20. - Finally, the fixing
member 50 is coupled to the upper portion of theinner container member 30, in which the fixingmember 50 has the mountinggroove 51 coupled to the mountingprotrusion 16 of thecontainer body 10, and has theaxial coupling groove 52 fitted with theaxial protrusion 352 of thering button 35, thereby completing the assembly of the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention. - Hereinafter, a method of using the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly, which is assembled as described above, will be described.
-
FIG. 10 is a plan view showing the container body, the container lid, and the button member of the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention, andFIG. 11 is a plan view showing a state in which the button member of the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention is pressed. - In order to use the compact container having the button member enabling the easy assembly according to the present invention, first, the
button member 40 is pressed to open thecontainer lid 20 from thecontainer body 10. - At this time, the button
member blade portion 42 of thebutton member 40 is spread rightward and leftward and horizontally moves while being pushed rightward and leftward in a state that thecoupling groove 44 is coupled with thecoupling protrusion 14, so that thebutton member 40 may move back and forth without fluctuating up and down. - Next, the
pressing portion 351 of thering button 35 or the upper surface of thedischarge plate 36 is pressed. - When the
pressing portion 351 is pressed, thering button 35 is tilted and moves downward, and thedistribution plate 34 mounted at a lower side of thering button 35 moves downward together with thering button 35. - In addition, when the
discharge plate 36 is directly pressed, thedistribution plate 34 coupled to thedischarge plate 36 is pressed and moves downward together with thedischarge plate 36, and the up-downmovement member 336 of thepump 33 coupled to thedistribution plate 34 moves downward. - The
piston 334 coupled to a lower side of the up-downmovement member 336 moves downward together with the up-downmovement member 336 by the downward movement of the up-downmovement member 336. At this time, since thepiston ring 335 makes close contact with the inner side surface of thecylinder 331, only thepiston 334 moves downward to generate a gap between thepiston 334 and thepiston ring 335, thereby forming a discharge passage for the cosmetic material. - Thereafter, when the up-down
movement member 336 is continuously pressed, thepiston ring 335 makes contact with the up-downmovement member 336 and moves downward together with thepiston 334, so that a volume inside thecylinder 331 is reduced. Accordingly, the cosmetic material accommodated in thecylinder 331 flows out between thepiston 334 and thepiston ring 335, passes through thedischarge passage 336 d of the up-downmovement member 336, passes through thecontent discharge path 342 of thedistribution plate 34, and is discharged through thedischarge hole 361 of thedischarge plate 36. - At the same time, the
suction valve plate 332 closes thecontent suction hole 338 formed in the bottom surface of thecylinder 331 by a discharge pressure in thecylinder 331. - Then, when the pressing of the
pressing portion 351 of thering button 35 or thedischarge plate 36 is released, due to the elasticity of theelastic member 337 for elastically supporting the up-downmovement member 336, the up-downmovement member 336 moves upward, and thepiston 334 coupled to the lower side of the up-downmovement member 336 moves upward. At this time, as anexpansion protrusion wheel 334 a formed on an outer side of the lower end of thepiston 334 pulls thepiston ring 335 upward, the gap between thepiston 334 and thepiston ring 335 is blocked, and thepiston 334 and thepiston ring 335 move upward together, so that the volume inside thecylinder 331 is increased, resulting ingeneration of a vacuum pressure. - As a
suction valve blade 332 a of thesuction valve plate 332 is lifted by the vacuum pressure generated inside thecylinder 331, thecontent suction hole 338 formed in the bottom surface of thecylinder 331 is opened, so that the cosmetic material accommodated in theinner container 31 is introduced into thecylinder 331 through thecontent suction hole 338 while thepush plate 311 installed in theinner container 31 moves upward. - As described above, although the compact container having the button member enabling easy assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention has been described for illustrative purposes, the present invention is not limited thereto. It is understood that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as disclosed in the appended claims.
