FIGS. 4 and 5 are drawings showing a heat combination process of a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the other embodiment of the present invention. - Please refer to
FIGS. 1 to 3 for a preferred embodiment of a container withfilter 1 of the present invention, including acup body 10, afilter layer 20 and abrewing material 30. - The cup body includes a
circumferential wall 11 and abottom portion 12 connected with an end of thecircumferential wall 11 and is surroundingly formed with areceiving space 13 and anopening side 14, and theopening side 14 has anopening 15. More specifically, thecup body 10 has, for example, the annularcircumferential wall 11, and two ends of thecircumferential wall 11 include a first end face and a second end face. Thecup body 10 is annularly tapered to be in a cone shape. The first end face has the opening 15, and the first end face can be formed with acup verge 16 folded outward along a verge of thecup body 10. The second end face has thebottom portion 12. Thecup body 10 can be made of material such as paper or plastic, for example, thecup body 10 can be made of a PE coated paper. The PE coated paper can be cut into a fan-shaped sheet and a round sheet, and the fan-shaped sheet and the round sheet can be stuck together to form thecup body 10 though heating. Preferably, the PE coated paper can provide good water-proof effect to prevent thecup body 10 from leaking, and thecup body 10 can have specific patterns through printing the patterns on the paper. - The
filter layer 20 includes a connectingportion 21 annularly connected with the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 and amovable portion 22 concavely disposed toward thebottom portion 12 and movable. More specifically, thefilter layer 20 can be made of a material such as PET, so thefilter layer 20 can be fixedly disposed on the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 through hot melting thefilter layer 20. Thefilter layer 20 can further be formed with a connectingmaterial 23, and thefilter layer 20 can be annularly connected with the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 via the connectingmaterial 23. For example, the connectingmaterial 23 can be a meltable plastic layer, so it is convenient to make thefilter layer 20 fixedly disposed on thecircumferential wall 11 through hot melting. Thebrewing material 30 is disposed between thebottom portion 12 and thefilter layer 20. Themovable portion 22 is disposed substantially along the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 and concavely toward thebottom portion 12, and themovable portion 22 substantially contacts thebrewing material 30. More specifically, themovable portion 22 is disposed substantially along the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 and thebottom portion 12, and a movable distance is defined between a part of themovable portion 22 along thebottom portion 12 and the connectingportion 21 to allow themovable portion 22 to be close to the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 and thebottom portion 12 as much as possible. Preferably, a space between thefilter layer 20 and thecup body 10 can be reduced; therefore, when thecup body 10 is piled upon anothercup body 10, thecup body 10 can be tightly close to anothercup body 10 in order to minimize the piled-up height of the cup bodies. - In this embodiment, the container with
filter 1 is provided for, for example, brewing drinks with liquid, wherein thefilter layer 20 can made of materials with minute filter holes such as a braided layer or a cloth layer. Thebrewing material 30 can be, for example, tea leaves. It is noted that themovable portion 22 of thefilter layer 20 can provide enough space to thebrewing material 30 to allow thebrewing material 30 to expand after water is added. For example, when thebrewing material 30 is saturated with water, themovable portion 22 is movable in accordance with the expansion of thebrewing material 30; therefore, thebrewing material 30 can expand completely and produce delicious beverage. In other possible embodiments, the brewing material can be coffee powder, juice brewing material, herbal medicine or instant soup material. During the process of transporting thecup bodies 10, thecup bodies 10 can be piled up and tightly close to each other as much as possible; therefore, a large number of thecup bodies 10 can be piled up to reduce the storage space and lower the cost of transportation. - Please refer to

Anannular heating portion 50 is disposed on the outercircumferential surface 41 in a predetermined distance away from thebottom surface 42. More specifically, themain body 40 can be processed to make themain body 40 correspond to the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 of thecup body 10 in shape and dimension. Theannular heating portion 50 disposed on themain body 40 can be an electric heating device which can generate heat through conduction of the electric current. Preferably, theannular heating portion 50 can be fixedly disposed on the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 of thecup body 10 through hot melting thefilter layer 20 or the connectingmaterial 23 and cooling them. Preferably, theannular heating portion 50 can be further formed with an outward expandable mechanism to allow theannular heating portion 50 to expand outward and abut against thefilter layer 20 and thecircumferential wall 11. In actual practice, themain body 40 presses thefilter layer 20 into thecup body 10 to make thefilter layer 20 substantially disposed on the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 and concavely toward thebottom portion 12. The connectingportion 21 is annularly connected with the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11 through hot melting theannular heating portion 50. It is noted that because the inner surface of thecup body 10 is covered with a water-proof layer (such as a PE coated film), and theannular heating portion 50 has a predetermined temperature to make thefilter layer 20 annularly connected with the inner surface of thecircumferential wall 11; therefore, the predetermined temperature is preferably lower than a melting point of the water-proof layer to prevent the water-proof layer from being melted and prevent thecup body 10 from being saturated. - It is noted that a movable brewing space of the
movable portion 22 is changeable through adjusting the predetermined distance between thebottom surface 42 and theannular heating portion 50; that is, the movable distance between the part of themovable portion 22 along thebottom portion 12 and the connectingportion 21 is adjusted. For example, the increase of the predetermined distance allows themovable portion 22 to have larger the brewing space for the brewing material 30 (such as tea leaves) which expands easily. - In another embodiment shown in
FIG. 6 , thecup body 10 can be formed with two thefilter layers 20 a, and thebrewing material 30 can be disposed between two thefilter layers 20 a. Preferably, one of thefilter layers 20 a close to thebottom portion 12 has a shorter movable distance than theother filter layer 20 a does. - Given the above, a container with filter and heat combination device of the present invention is provided. When a large number of cup bodies are piled up, they can be tightly close to each other as much as possible, and the storage space and the cost of transportation can be saved. In addition, after water is added, the brewing material has enough brewing space to expand, and a user can enjoy a cup of delicious beverage.
- Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purpose of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
