  • FIGS. 4 and 5 are drawings showing a heat combination process of a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the other embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3 for a preferred embodiment of a container with filter 1 of the present invention, including a cup body 10, a filter layer 20 and a brewing material 30.
  • The cup body includes a circumferential wall 11 and a bottom portion 12 connected with an end of the circumferential wall 11 and is surroundingly formed with a receiving space 13 and an opening side 14, and the opening side 14 has an opening 15. More specifically, the cup body 10 has, for example, the annular circumferential wall 11, and two ends of the circumferential wall 11 include a first end face and a second end face. The cup body 10 is annularly tapered to be in a cone shape. The first end face has the opening 15, and the first end face can be formed with a cup verge 16 folded outward along a verge of the cup body 10. The second end face has the bottom portion 12. The cup body 10 can be made of material such as paper or plastic, for example, the cup body 10 can be made of a PE coated paper. The PE coated paper can be cut into a fan-shaped sheet and a round sheet, and the fan-shaped sheet and the round sheet can be stuck together to form the cup body 10 though heating. Preferably, the PE coated paper can provide good water-proof effect to prevent the cup body 10 from leaking, and the cup body 10 can have specific patterns through printing the patterns on the paper.
  • The filter layer 20 includes a connecting portion 21 annularly connected with the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 and a movable portion 22 concavely disposed toward the bottom portion 12 and movable. More specifically, the filter layer 20 can be made of a material such as PET, so the filter layer 20 can be fixedly disposed on the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 through hot melting the filter layer 20. The filter layer 20 can further be formed with a connecting material 23, and the filter layer 20 can be annularly connected with the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 via the connecting material 23. For example, the connecting material 23 can be a meltable plastic layer, so it is convenient to make the filter layer 20 fixedly disposed on the circumferential wall 11 through hot melting. The brewing material 30 is disposed between the bottom portion 12 and the filter layer 20. The movable portion 22 is disposed substantially along the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 and concavely toward the bottom portion 12, and the movable portion 22 substantially contacts the brewing material 30. More specifically, the movable portion 22 is disposed substantially along the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 and the bottom portion 12, and a movable distance is defined between a part of the movable portion 22 along the bottom portion 12 and the connecting portion 21 to allow the movable portion 22 to be close to the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 and the bottom portion 12 as much as possible. Preferably, a space between the filter layer 20 and the cup body 10 can be reduced; therefore, when the cup body 10 is piled upon another cup body 10, the cup body 10 can be tightly close to another cup body 10 in order to minimize the piled-up height of the cup bodies.
  • In this embodiment, the container with filter 1 is provided for, for example, brewing drinks with liquid, wherein the filter layer 20 can made of materials with minute filter holes such as a braided layer or a cloth layer. The brewing material 30 can be, for example, tea leaves. It is noted that the movable portion 22 of the filter layer 20 can provide enough space to the brewing material 30 to allow the brewing material 30 to expand after water is added. For example, when the brewing material 30 is saturated with water, the movable portion 22 is movable in accordance with the expansion of the brewing material 30; therefore, the brewing material 30 can expand completely and produce delicious beverage. In other possible embodiments, the brewing material can be coffee powder, juice brewing material, herbal medicine or instant soup material. During the process of transporting the cup bodies 10, the cup bodies 10 can be piled up and tightly close to each other as much as possible; therefore, a large number of the cup bodies 10 can be piled up to reduce the storage space and lower the cost of transportation.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 4 and 5 for a heat combination device 2 of the present invention provided for producing the container with filter 1 described above. The heat combination device 2 includes a main body 40. The main body 40 has an outer circumferential surface 41 and a bottom surface 42 connecting with the outer circumferential surface 41, and the outer circumferential surface 41 substantially corresponds to the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 of the cup body 10 in shape and dimension. An annular heating portion 50 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface 41 in a predetermined distance away from the bottom surface 42. More specifically, the main body 40 can be processed to make the main body 40 correspond to the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 of the cup body 10 in shape and dimension. The annular heating portion 50 disposed on the main body 40 can be an electric heating device which can generate heat through conduction of the electric current. Preferably, the annular heating portion 50 can be fixedly disposed on the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 of the cup body 10 through hot melting the filter layer 20 or the connecting material 23 and cooling them. Preferably, the annular heating portion 50 can be further formed with an outward expandable mechanism to allow the annular heating portion 50 to expand outward and abut against the filter layer 20 and the circumferential wall 11. In actual practice, the main body 40 presses the filter layer 20 into the cup body 10 to make the filter layer 20 substantially disposed on the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 and concavely toward the bottom portion 12. The connecting portion 21 is annularly connected with the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11 through hot melting the annular heating portion 50. It is noted that because the inner surface of the cup body 10 is covered with a water-proof layer (such as a PE coated film), and the annular heating portion 50 has a predetermined temperature to make the filter layer 20 annularly connected with the inner surface of the circumferential wall 11; therefore, the predetermined temperature is preferably lower than a melting point of the water-proof layer to prevent the water-proof layer from being melted and prevent the cup body 10 from being saturated.
  • It is noted that a movable brewing space of the movable portion 22 is changeable through adjusting the predetermined distance between the bottom surface 42 and the annular heating portion 50; that is, the movable distance between the part of the movable portion 22 along the bottom portion 12 and the connecting portion 21 is adjusted. For example, the increase of the predetermined distance allows the movable portion 22 to have larger the brewing space for the brewing material 30 (such as tea leaves) which expands easily.
  • In another embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the cup body 10 can be formed with two the filter layers 20 a, and the brewing material 30 can be disposed between two the filter layers 20 a. Preferably, one of the filter layers 20 a close to the bottom portion 12 has a shorter movable distance than the other filter layer 20 a does.
  • Given the above, a container with filter and heat combination device of the present invention is provided. When a large number of cup bodies are piled up, they can be tightly close to each other as much as possible, and the storage space and the cost of transportation can be saved. In addition, after water is added, the brewing material has enough brewing space to expand, and a user can enjoy a cup of delicious beverage.
  • Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purpose of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
