- the clipping portion 3 sets at one end of the circulate noumenon 21 .
- the clipping portion 3 can be protruded lateraling, forming an “L” shape with the circulating portion 2 .
- the clipping portion 3 can also extend horizontal and can also extend downward. The clipping portion 3 abuts oral cavity of the smoker.
- FIGS. 3-4 a smoking quitting device in accordance with a second embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
- supporting portion 1 of the smoking quitting device of the second embodiment includes an arc strip 11 and a rubber band 13 connected to two ends of the arc strip 11 .
- Smokers can set the arc strip 11 and rubber band 13 on head.
- Using method for detail is that putting the circulating portion 2 at a preset position of oral cavity and mouth, posting the arc strip 11 closely to the face, putting the rubber band 13 which is elastic on back head, then fastening the smoking quitting device by putting tension force to the arc strip 11 .
- shape of the supporting portion 2 is preferably a circular tube type.
- a smoking quitting device in accordance with a third embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. Different from the smoking quitting devices of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, air channel 22 of the third embodiment includes air damping element 23 therein.
- the air damping element 23 can be one of or several kinds of combination of long and narrow pipe section, curved pipe section or sponge.
- the smoker can adjust air flow through the air channel 22 during smoking. It helps the smoker adjusting the amount of smoke according to specific situation. For example, the smoker can achieve purpose of quitting addiction of smoking by gradually reduce the amount of smoke inhaled. Therefore, function of the smoking quitting device is more humanized.
- the air damping element 23 can imitate resistance of cigarette, then make resistance in the air channel 22 and a cigarette channel 24 more balanced and improve comfort of using and practicability of the smoking quitting device.
- Ways of adjusting the amount of smoke inhaled is different because of different materials of the air damping element 23 .
- the air damping element 23 can adjust its elastic level.
- the air damping element 23 can adjust diameter of somewhere of the long and narrow pipe section.
- the air damping element 23 can adjust curved angle of curved pipe, and adjust air resistance by setting lots of curved angle.
- a smoking quitting device in accordance with a forth embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
- circulate noumenon 21 of the forth embodiment includes a cigarette channel 24 .

- the smoking quitting device of this embodiment different from other embodiments, it increases the cigarette channel 24 parallel to the air channel 22 .
- the cigarette channel 25 includes a cigarette fastener 25 setting at a front end of the cigarette channel 24 , a cigarette can be fastened on the cigarette fastener 25 .
- a back end of the cigarette channel 24 is connecting a back end of the air channel 22 . Both the back end of the cigarette channel 24 and the back end of the air channel 22 connect to oral cavity of the smoker.
- a connection of the back end of the cigarette channel 24 and the back end of the air channel 22 includes a smoke oil filter structure 26 .
- the smoke oil filter structure 26 can be filter materials such as activated carbon to further reduce harmful substance of the smoke.
- a smoking quitting method includes steps:
- Cigarette includes sponge mouth and tobacco. Compared with communication with the outside space by the circulating portion 2 , airflow resistance of cigarette is much greater. During smoking, most of the content of inhalation is air, it reduces smoke of smoking. By reducing the amount of smoke per inhalation, purpose of quitting addiction of smoking can be achieved.
