Each of the associated pairs ofsections 14 is removably coupled together such that each of the associated pairs ofsections 14 forms an associated one of a plurality ofmolds 16. Each of themolds 16 may be filled withsnow 18 thereby facilitating thesnow 18 to be shaped into a sphere. Each of themolds 18 has a unique size with respect to each other such that each of themolds 18 facilitates building asnowman 20. - Each of the
sections 12 comprises awall 22 that has anouter surface 24 and aperipheral edge 26. Theperipheral edge 26 has atop side 28, afirst mating side 30 and asecond mating side 32. Thewall 22 is curved between thefirst mating side 30 and thesecond mating side 32 such that thewall 22 forms a hemisphere. Thetop side 28 is arcuate between thefirst mating side 30 and thesecond mating side 32. - The associated pairs of
sections 14 include a first pair of thesections 34, a second pair of thesections 36 and a third pair of thesections 38. Thefirst mating side 30 of each of the first pair ofsections 34 is abutted together and thesecond mating side 32 of each of first pair ofsections 34 is abutted together. Thus, the first pair ofsections 34 forms a first one 40 of the associated plurality ofmolds 18. Thetop side 28 of each of the first pair ofsections 34 forms anopening 42 into thefirst mold 40 and thefirst mold 40 forms a sphere. - The
first mating side 30 of each of the second pair ofsections 36 is abutted together and thesecond mating side 32 of each of second pair ofsections 36 is abutted together. Thus, the second pair ofsections 36 forms a second one 44 of the associated plurality ofmolds 18. Thetop side 28 of each of the second pair ofsections 36 forms anopening 42 into thesecond mold 44 and thesecond mold 44 forms a sphere. - The
first mating side 30 of each of the third pair ofsections 38 is abutted together and thesecond mating side 32 of each of third pair ofsections 38 is abutted together. Thus, the third pair ofsections 38 forms a third one 46 of the associated plurality ofmolds 18. Thetop side 28 of each of the third pair ofsections 38 forms anopening 42 into thethird mold 46 and thethird mold 46 forms a sphere. Thesecond mold 44 has a diameter that is less than a diameter of thefirst mold 40 and thethird mold 46 has a diameter that is less than a diameter of thesecond mold 44. - Each of the first pair of
sections 34, the second pair ofsections 36 and the third pair ofsections 38 include a master one 48 of thesections 12 and a slave one 50 of thesections 12. Each of themaster sections 48 includes a first set ofclips 52. Each of the first set ofclips 52 is attached to theouter surface 24 corresponding to themaster section 48. The first set ofclips 52 are spaced apart from each other and each of the first set ofclips 52 is distributed along thefirst mating side 30 corresponding to themaster section 48. Each of the first set ofclips 52 engages theouter surface 24 corresponding to theslave section 50 such thatmaster section 48 is removably coupled to theslave section 50. - A second set of
clips 54 is provided and each of the second set ofclips 54 is attached to theouter surface 24 corresponding to themaster section 48. Each of the second set ofclips 54 is spaced apart from each other and distributed along thesecond mating side 32 corresponding to themaster section 48. Each of the second set ofclips 54 engages theouter surface 24 corresponding to theslave section 50 such thatmaster section 48 is removably coupled to theslave section 50. Afirst handle 56 is coupled to theouter surface 24 corresponding to themaster section 48 such that thefirst handle 56 may be gripped. Asecond handle 58 is coupled to theouter surface 24 corresponding to theslave section 50 such that thesecond handle 58 may be gripped. - In use, each of the first pair of
sections 34 are joined together to form thefirst mold 40, each of the second pair ofsections 36 are joined together to form thesecond mold 44 and each of the third pair ofsections 38 are jointed together to form thethird mold 46. Thesnow 18 is poured through the opening 42 in each of thefirst mold 40, thesecond mold 44 and thethird mold 46. The first pair ofsections 34 is uncoupled from each other and the resulting ball ofsnow 18 is used to define abottom 60 of thesnowman 20. The second pair ofsections 36 is uncoupled from each other and the resulting ball ofsnow 18 is used to define amiddle 62 of thesnowman 20. The third pair ofsections 38 is uncoupled from each other and the resulting ball ofsnow 18 is used to define atop 64 of thesnowman 20. - With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
- Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
