Abstract
A manufacturing method and structure of hidden slide's slide unit, which the slide unit sets between upper and lower rail bars. The slide unit is made by long-plate-shaped substrate, which has the following steps: preliminary forming, pressure bending and rolling forming. First, preliminary forming and pressure bending can make substrate a prototype, then rolling forming can make substrate become a slide unit and the slide unit can be squeezed and concentrated. Therefore, the density of the slide unit structure is increased to enhance the strength of structure, which can avoid the slide be deformed, insure the operation quality of hidden slide can slide out smoothly, increase service life, decrease manufacturing cost, and have better economic benefit.
Description
- The present invention is manufacturing method and structure of a slide unit of a hidden rail, more especially to a manufacturing method and structure of the slide unit with high structural strength and stability.
- Manufacturing method and structure of hidden slide's slide unit, referring to
FIG. 6 , wherein aslide unit 30 is bent by machining, wherein the upper and lower slide unitsform slide portion 31 and asupport portion 32 is therebetween. Meanwhile, a panel leans onsupport portion 32 but only outside ofsupport portion 32, so the middle part ofsupport portion 32 does not have enough support. Besides, two slide portions only lean on outside ofsupport portion 32, which makesslide portion 31 thicker and thesupport portion 32 even weaker. More seriously, the drawer may be deformed and cracked easily when loading weight, and the whole structure's stability is further reduced. - Referring to
FIG. 7 , there is another slide unit structure in the market. Aslide unit 40 is integrally molded by pulling and casting, and has twosupport portions 41 andsupport portion 42. Theslide unit 40 has a stronger structure but the material and processing cost is high, which adversely affects the sales. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved slide unit structure to overcome the problems stated above. - To solve the problem stated above, the present invention provides a manufacturing method and structure of a slide unit of a hidden rail, wherein the slide unit is disposed between upper and lower rail bars. The slide unit is made by long-plate-shaped substrate, which has the following steps: preliminary forming, pressure bending and rolling forming. Wherein, preliminary forming make upper and lower substrate form bent portion, and middle of substrate form support rod, then pressure bending makes upper and lower bent portion bend opposite direction and form S shaped, moreover, it curves and lean on support rod to form closed arc. At last, rolling forming make substrate squeezed and increase the density of bent portion and support rod, it can enhance the strength of the whole slide unit, and make the part between bent portion and support portion smooth, thereby, it can makes two bent portions squeeze and form two slide portions, moreover, the support rod is squeezed and form support portion, then two outside of slide portion form two symmetric outer chutes and two slide portions forms inner chute inside, thereby, it constitutes a manufacturing method and structure of hidden slide's slide unit.
- Comparing to previous inventions, the slide unit of the present invention is made by following steps: preliminary forming, pressure bending and rolling forming. First, preliminary forming and pressure bending can make substrate a prototype, then rolling forming can make substrate become a slide unit and the slide unit can be squeezed and concentrated. Therefore, the density of the slide unit structure is increased to enhance the strength of structure, which can avoid the slide unit be deformed, ensure the operation quality of hidden slide that can slide out smoothly, increase service life, decrease manufacturing cost, and have better economic benefit.

It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.
- Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood to one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.

- In order to further understand the goal, characteristic and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following. Referring to
FIG. 1-2 , manufacturing method and structure of hidden slide's slide unit, which theslide unit 20 is made by long-plate-shaped substrate 201, which has the following steps: preliminary forming, pressure bending and rolling forming. Wherein, preliminary forming makes upper andlower substrate 201form bent portion 202 and middle of substrateform support rod 203. Second, pressure bending makes upper andlower bent portions 203 bend opposite direction and form S shaped, moreover, it curves and lean on support rod to form closed arc. At last, rolling forming makesubstrate 201 squeezed and increase the density ofbent portion 202 andsupport rod 203, it can enhance the strength of thewhole slide unit 20, and make the part betweenbent portion 202 andsupport portion 203 smooth, thereby, it can makes twobent portions 202 squeeze and form twoslide portions 21, moreover, thesupport rod 203 is squeezed and formsupport portion 22, then two outside ofslide portion 21 form two symmetricouter chutes 211 and twoslide portions 21 formsinner chute 212 inside, thereby, the slide unit is integrally molded, and correspond toupper rail bar 11 andlower rail bar 12 both ends has two large head-shaped slide portion 21, then form asupport portion 22 between twoslide portions 21, which this twoslide portions 21 set symmetrically twoouter chutes 211 outside, and inside of twoslide portions 21 extends tosupport portion 22 hasinner chute 212 to provide space forball 23. Moreover, it forms a smooth shape betweeninner chute 212 andsupport portion 22. - The structure of the composition of the actual use state, referring to
FIGS. 3-5 , theslide unit 20 sets betweenupper rail bar 10 andlower rail bar 11 ofhidden slide 10, which the twoslide units 20 provide twoslide portions 21 someballs 23 atouter chute 211 andinner chute 212. Two slide portions set betweenupper rail bar 10 andlower rail bar 11 ofhidden slide 10, which theupper rail bar 10 andlower rail bar 11 both have fixing 111 and 121, and bend inward forming limitingchannel 112 and 122 atportions 111 and 121. Thereby,fixing channel slide unit 20 can set at 111 and 121 of upper 11 andfixing channel lower rail bars 12, meanwhile, limiting theballs 23 atouter chute 211 roll inside 111, 121, and thefixing channel balls 23 atinner chute 212 will be covered by limiting 111, 122 ofportion 111,121, which thefixing channel balls 23 can also roll. Utilizingslide unit 20 andball 23 roll in upper 11 andlower rail bar 12, can make the slide pulling smoother. According to above-mentioned, it can compose a hidden slide structure. - The present invention is advantageous because the
slide unit 20 is made bysubstrate 201, which has the following steps: preliminary forming, pressure bending and rolling forming. First, preliminary forming and pressure bending can make substrate 201 a prototype, then rolling forming can makesubstrate 201 become aslide unit 20 and theslide unit 20 can be squeezed and concentrated. Therefore, the density of the slide unit structure is increased to enhance the strength of structure, which can avoid theslide unit 20 be deformed, insure the operation quality ofhidden slide 10 can slide out smoothly, increase service life, decrease manufacturing cost, and have better economic benefit. - Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
Claims (3)
1. A method of manufacturing a slide unit of a hidden rail comprising steps of: (i) preliminary forming, (ii) pressure bending and (iii) rolling forming,
wherein the step of preliminary forming includes steps of bending an upper end and lower end of a substrate to form a bent portion, and forming a supporting portion in a middle portion of the substrate,
wherein the step of pressure bending includes steps of shaping the bent portion to a reverse S shape, and forming the bent portion a closed arc closely attaching to the supporting portion,
wherein the step of rolling forming includes a step of squeezing the substrate to increase the density of bent portion and supporting portion to further enhance the strength of the slide unit,
wherein the two bent portions are squeezed to two sliding portions, and two outside portions of the sliding portions form two symmetric outer chutes, and two inner portions of the sliding portions form two inner chutes.
2. A method of manufacturing a slide unit of a hidden rail of claim 1 , wherein the slide unit is disposed between an upper and a lower rail bar, and the slide unit is integrally molded, and the slide unit has two sliding parts corresponding to the upper rail bar and lower rail bar, wherein a support part is formed between two slide parts, and two outer grooves are recessedly and symmetrically formed outside the slide parts, and two inner grooves inside the slide parts extending towards the supporting part.
3. A method of manufacturing a slide unit of a hidden rail of claim 1 , wherein, both the upper rail bar and lower rail bar have a channel, and one side of which bends inward to form a restricting portion.
