Abstract

A personal hygiene, motion activated system which offers a streamline hand washing/cleaning system. The dual chambers, separated by an attached front dispensing tri-fold paper towel dispenser, provide an all-in-one touch free system. SaniPro Hand Care Center, provides a new benchmark for personal sanitation and rejuvenation, for both public and private bathroom and kitchen environments.

Description

SaniPro Hand Care Center, a 3 part hands free cleansing system consisting of two matching touch-free chambers attached together by a front dispensing tri-fold paper towel dispenser
SaniPro is a personal hygiene, motion activated system which offers a streamline hand washing/cleaning system. The dual chambers, separated by an attached front dispensing tri-fold paper towel dispenser, provide an all-in-one touch free system. SaniPro Hand Care Center provides a new benchmark for personal sanitation and rejuvenation, for both public and private bathroom and kitchen environments.
SaniPro is in its infancy stage. During my research I found sStatistics which show that in study after study it was determined that 15% of men never wash (thereeir hands?) and 7% of women, don't wash which leaves 78% of the study's population who basically rinse their hands even though the behavior they engaged in warrants washing. These are statistics determined as a result of public environment studies. Home studies are inconclusive, especially in homes where there are with children.
Leading companies in the hands-free bathroom product industry have demonstrated they understand the concepts and opportunities associated with next generation technology. SaniPro is a simple design concept developed to streamline hand cleaning, conserve water and eliminate standing water. Lastly, it is designed to virtually end dripping hands because the towel dispenser is brought into the SaniPro Hand Care System design.
This All-in-One touch free SaniPro Hand Sanitation Center is an easy and hygienic way to ensure the most efficient means of preventing the spread of germs. With its unique design, the combination of two previously invented cleaning tools redesigned to form one unique standalone component for an all in one hand sanitizing center, there-by eliminating standing water as well as the spread of bacteria and germs. The Touch Free dispenser automatically dispenses “Soap” or any other liquid sanitizing agent; each aids in the promotion of a healthy and hygienic environment. An additional benefit ladies will love is the added feature of the extra Touch Free dispenser which can contain lotion which makes it possible to dry and sanitize or moisturize in one continual motion. ‘While the hands free dispensers are great as standalone components, the paper towels center makes this a unique combination an ideal team. The style makes for an easy convenient access to the hand cleansing agents with no drippy water hazards or messes; one space saving combination of Clean, Dry, Moisturize/Sanitize in one stand alone component. What could be simpler?

FIG. 2. The center component; a basic square box, a front dispensing tri-fold paper towel holder is secured on each end by one of the liquid fill-able chambers. This assembly method makes this an all-in-one unit. The front dispensing tri-fold paper towel dispenser has a latch hoop closure.

FIG. 3. Anchoring base. All three elements are secured to the anchor base to ensure a level platform suitable for private and public bathrooms and kitchens.

DIMENSIONS

(Residential Design): Total Approximate dimensions: 15″ long×9½″ Tall×6″ Deep-Base for residential design is much smaller and is flush to the counter-top and serves as the anchor connector for the 3 components of the SaniPro Hand Care Center.

MATERIALS

Paper towel dispenser: uses Standard 3½″×9″ Tri-Fold Paper Towel
Chrome or Stainless Steel or Acrylic. Towel closure latches in back.
Soap and Lotion dispensers: Both Components
Infrared sensors housed in commercial grade Chrome or Stainless Steel. Batteries required for dispensers. Sample Drawing of designs included.

Residential Design—(NEW) With No New Matter.

FIG. 2. Counter Top Anchor Base: The Counter Top Anchor base secures the entire component to counter top. The entire unit is anchored to the counter top, placed directly behind water faucets. (Flushed or Beveled)
FIG. 3. Tri-fold Paper Towel Holder: Attached directly to (2) Touch Free Soap Dispenser; one on each side. Unlike the residential model this model extends below the counter and the dispensing slit is tighter. The top opens to allow for easy re-filling has a downward pitch to prevent water getting into the towel housing. Tri-fold Paper Towel Holder uses standard industrial 3″×9″ tri-fold paper towel.

Under Counter Filling Jars: Touch Free Soap Dispenser filler jar is secured to the counter that is filled from the top of the Touch Free Soap Dispenser or by unscrewing from touch free component. The bottle can be filled with soap, hand sanitizer or lotion. Recommend CLEAR Acrylic plastic for easy view of solution levels.

Additional Information:

The SaniPro Hand Sanitation Center when coupled with an automated water faucet saves water as it eliminates the cross contamination of germs and bacteria. This is the ideal conservation solution for new home construction, as well as commercial building construction. It saves water, it aides in the elimination of germs as well as eliminates standing water in public and private bathroom and kitchens.
The Residential Design is slightly more detailed and is design to be used with the current home bathroom designs. In addition, it is designed as a FREE standing component which does not require counter-top attachment.

Claims

What is claimed as being new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent of the U.S. is as follows:

1. The new and improved dual chamber hand cleansing system; touch free dispensers made with a light weight material suitable for home bathrooms and kitchen decor; front dispensing tri-fold paper towel dispenser of like material for personal hands cleaning and drying eliminates dripping water; thereby eliminating the spread of bacteria, and the cross contamination of germs, said system comprising:

the first chamber of this all-in-one infra-red touch free cylinder for hands cleansing agent, of materials listed,

the second attached component, a front dispensing tri-fold paper towel dispenser,

the third and final part of this system is equal in design and structure of the first chamber as described in claim 1, suitable for another agent of the user's choice; IE; cleansing agent, lotion or anti-bacterial cleanser

2. The new and improved touch free hand cleaning system that decreases surface bacteria in both public and private bathrooms and kitchens.

3. The new and improved use of a paper towel dispenser aides in the elimination of standing water on surface counter tops, sinks and floors, decreasing the spread and eliminates cross contamination of germs.

4. The new and improved integration of a cleaning system as described in claim 1, for both public and private bathroom and kitchen hand cleaning areas.

5. The new and enhanced method of water conservation systems for green as well as non green environments.
