Description
- There is no federally sponsored or research or development associated with this application.
- There is no joint research agreement associated with this application.
- (1) Field of the Invention
- The Stickle Seat is a walking stick with a foldable seat.
- (2) Description of the art including information disclosed under 37 CFR 1.97 & 1.98
- The art described in the drawings of the design and utility function illustrate the unique ability of the Stickle Seat invention using a foldable seat. We found 1 U.S. Pat. No. 4,684,090 that has a type of foldable seat however the folding mechanism is much different from our invention.
- The Stickle Seat is a walking stick or trekking pole that uses a foldable seat that is also removable.
- There are 4 drawings in total that describe and illustrate the design and function of the Stickle Seat. The stick or pole is in broken lines and is not a part of this application and is for illustration purposes only.
