Abstract
A fixing plate structure for containers includes a fixing plate having a body. The body is formed in a polygon shape and has at least one through hole defined thereon, a plurality of slits radially and isometrically extending from an outer peripheral side of each of the at least one through hole, and plural tongues formed around the outer peripheral side of the each of the at least one through hole. Thereby, the fixing plate is used to fit and fix at least one container securely by ways of the at least one through hole.
Description
- The present invention relates to a fixing plate structure for containers which is used to fit and fix at least one container securely by ways of at least one through hole.
- Alcohol, beverages and other beverage containers are formed in a cylinder shape, so when the containers fall, they roll easily, thus breaking the containers made of glasses.
- To solve such a problem, a container rack is developed, but such a container rack cannot be fitted onto at least one container so as to fix the at least one container securely.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a fixing plate structure for containers which is used to fit and fix at least one container securely by ways of at least one through hole.
- To obtain the above objectives, a fixing plate structure for containers includes a fixing plate having a body.
- The body is formed in a polygon shape and has at least one through hole defined thereon, a plurality of slits radially and isometrically extending from an outer peripheral side of each of the at least one through hole, and plural tongues formed around the outer peripheral side of the each of the at least one through hole.
- The body has a folding line formed thereon so as to fold the fixing plate in half along the folding line, such that two of the at least one through hole correspond to each other.
- Slits and tongues of one of two through holes correspond to those of another of the two through holes after folding the fixing plate in half.
- The body is formed in a shape by selecting from a quadrangle, a pentagon, and a hexagon.
- The fixing plate is made of paper material so as to obtain flexibility.
- The fixing plate is made of plastic material so as to obtain flexibility.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a fixing plate structure for containers according to a first embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the operation of the fixing plate structure for the containers according to the first embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a fixing structure for containers according to a second embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a fixing plate being folded in half and fitted onto a container according to the second embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the fixing plate being fitted onto two containers according to the second embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a fixing plate structure for containers according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The fixing plate structure of the first embodiment comprises afixing plate 10 including abody 11 formed in a polygon shape. In this embodiment, thebody 11 is formed in a quadrangle shape. Thebody 11 has a throughhole 12 defined thereon, a plurality ofslits 13 radially and isometrically extending from an outer peripheral side of the throughhole 12, andplural tongues 14 formed around the outer peripheral side of the throughhole 12, wherein eachtongue 14 deforms as being pushed. Thefixing plate 10 is made of paper material or plastic material so as to obtain flexibility. -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the operation of the fixing plate structure for the containers according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Thefixing plate 10 is fitted on acontainer 20, and the plurality oftongues 14 deform so as to match with an outer diameter of aneck 22 of thecontainer 20. - To prevent the
container 20 from rolling, a width of thefixing plate 10 is at least more that an outer diameter of thecontainer 20. Thereby, thefixing plate 10 is fitted on theneck 22 or thecontainer 20 so as to support thecontainer 20, between thecontainer 20 and a tabletop forms an angle, and thefixing plate 10 is polygonal, so one of four outer peripheral sides of thefixing plate 10 abuts against the tabletop, thus fixing the container securely. -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a fixing structure for containers according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The fixing plate structure of the second embodiment comprises afixing plate 30 including abody 31, and an area of thebody 31 of the second embodiment is twice larger than that of thebody 11 of the first embodiment, wherein thebody 31 includes two throughholes 32 defined thereon, and a plurality ofslits 13 radially and isometrically extending from an outer peripheral side of each throughhole 32, andplural tongues 14 formed around the outer peripheral side of the each throughhole 32; wherein thebody 31 has afolding line 35 formed thereon so as to fold thefixing plate 30 in half along thefolding line 35, such that the two throughholes 32 correspond to each other. It is to be noted thatslits 33 andtongues 34 of one of the two throughholes 32 correspond to those of another of the two throughholes 32 after folding thefixing plate 30 in half. -
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the fixing plate being folded in half and fitted onto the containers according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Since theslits 33 and thetongues 34 of the one of the two throughholes 32 correspond to those of the another of the two throughholes 32 after folding thefixing plate 30 in half, gaps between thefixing plate 30 and at least onecontainer 20 decrease, thus stopping fluid dropping from an opening of each of the at least onecontainer 20. -
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the fixing plate being fitted onto two containers according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Thereby, the fixing plate of the present invention is used to fit and fix the at least one container securely by ways of at least one through hole. In addition, the fixing plate is portable easily. - While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
