Abstract

A partial reinforcement packing structure includes wall portions and corner portions between adjacent two of the wall portions. The wall portions or the corner portions are provided with reinforcement strips. In the same conditions, a thin material replaces a thick material to meet the technical requirements of product packing. The present invention can ensure the strength of packing without increasing the entire thickness of packing, be in line with the concept of low-carbon environment, reduce production cost, and enhance comprehensive benefits.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a packing structure, and more particularly to a partial reinforcement packing structure.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • For transportation, storage and sale, products need packaging cartons, boxes or paper bags to wrap up the products. In particular, for fragile and precious products, the requirements for the strength of external packaging are higher. In order to enhance the compression resistance and burst index, the existing paper packaging materials usually increase the entire thickness, or the existing paper packaging materials are provided with protective corners or protective boards. This way results in excessive packaging, increasing raw material costs, logistics costs and investment costs, and does not meet the concept of low-carbon environmental. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve this problem.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of the present invention is to provide a partial reinforcement packing structure to ensure the strength of packing, without increasing the entire thickness of packing.
  • In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the partial reinforcement packing structure of the present invention comprises wall portions and corner portions formed between adjacent two of the wall portions. The wall portions or the corner portions are provided with reinforcement strips.
  • Preferably, the packing structure comprises a bottom wall, a top wall, and a side wall. The reinforcement strips extend from the bottom wall to the side wall and extend from the side wall to the top wall.
  • Preferably, the side wall includes a left side wall and a right side wall. The reinforcement strips includes a left reinforcement strip and a right reinforcement strip. The left reinforcement strip and the right reinforcement strip are disposed symmetrically. The left reinforcement strip extends from the bottom wall to the left side wall and extends from the left side wall to the top wall. The right reinforcement strip extends from the bottom wall to the right side wall and extends from the right side wall to the top wall.
  • Preferably, the side wall includes a front side wall and a rear side wall. The reinforcement strips includes a front reinforcement strip and a rear reinforcement strip. The front reinforcement strip and the rear reinforcement strip are disposed symmetrically. The rear reinforcement strip extends from a middle portion of the top wall to the rear side wall and extends from the rear side wall to the bottom wall. The front reinforcement strip extends from the middle portion of the top wall to the front side wall and extends from the front side wall to the bottom wall.
  • Preferably, the reinforcement strips are L-shaped reinforcement strips to match with the corner portions. Two sides of each L-shaped reinforcement strip are disposed on adjacent two of the wall portions of the corresponding corner portion.
  • Preferably, the wall portions are four side walls. The L-shaped reinforcement strips are disposed on four corner portions each formed between adjacent two of the wall portions.
  • Preferably, the packing structure adopts a sheet of cardboard or paper to form an integral cardboard box, carton, or paper bag through die cutting and folding.
  • Preferably, the reinforcement strips are adhered to the wall portions or the corner portions with glue or nails.
  • Preferably, two sides of each reinforcement strip are moved inward to form a raised portion at a central portion of each reinforcement strip, the raised portion and the portion to be moved inward are bound or secured with glue or nails.
  • The advantages of the present invention are as follows:
  • 1. The wall portions and the corner portions are provided with the reinforcement strips to ensure the strength of packing without increasing the thickness of packing, in line with the concept of low-carbon environment.
  • 2. According to different requirements of packing, the reinforcement strips extend from the bottom wall to the side wall and extend from the side wall to the top wall, so that the integrity of the packing structure is better and the packing structure has more strength.
  • 3. The L-shaped reinforcement strips are disposed on four corner portions each formed between adjacent two of the wall portions, such that the packing structure won't be compressed easily and has better strength.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • The present invention discloses a partial reinforcement packing structure to ensure the strength of packing without increasing the thickness of packing. The present invention comprises wall portions and corner portions formed between adjacent two of the wall portions. The wall portions or the corner portions are provided with reinforcement strips.
  • In the same conditions, a thin (or lower-weight) material replaces a thick (or high-weight) material to meet the technical requirements of product packing, lower production costs, and enhance comprehensive benefits.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, the packing structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a bottom wall 11, a top wall 12 and a side wall. The side wall includes a left side wall 13, a right side wall 14, a front side wall 15, and a rear side wall 16 which are integrally formed. The reinforcement strips extend from the bottom wall 11 to the side wall and extends from the side wall to the top wall 12. The reinforcement strips include a left reinforcement strip 31, a right reinforcement strip 32, a front reinforcement strip 33, and a rear reinforcement strip 34. The left reinforcement strip 31 and the right reinforcement strip 32 are disposed symmetrically. The front reinforcement strip 33 and the rear reinforcement strip 34 are disposed symmetrically. The left reinforcement strip 31 extends from the bottom wall 11 to the left side wall 13 and extends from the left side wall 13 to the top wall 12. The right reinforcement strip 32 extends from the bottom wall 11 to the right side wall 14 and extends from the right side wall 14 to the top wall 12. The rear reinforcement strip 34 extends from a middle portion of the top wall 12 to the rear side wall 16 and extends from the rear side wall 16 to the bottom wall 11. The front reinforcement strip 33 extends from the middle portion of the top wall 12 to the front side wall 15 and extends from the front side wall 15 to the bottom wall 11. The integrity of the packing structure is better. The packing structure has more strength to get significant compression resistance and burst index.
  • As shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 14, the reinforcement strips can be L-shaped reinforcement strips 35 to match with the corner portions 20. Two sides of each L-shaped reinforcement strip 35 are disposed on two adjacent wall portions of the corresponding corner portion 20. Preferably, the wall portions are four side walls including the left side wall 13, the right side wall 14, the front side wall 15, and the rear side wall 16. The L-shaped reinforcement strips 35 are disposed on four corner portions 20 each formed between adjacent two of the side walls, such that the packing structure won't be pressed easily in the height direction so as to provide better strength.
  • As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 13, the folding process of the reinforcement strip is described hereinafter. Two sides of a cardboard or a piece of paper are moved inward, and the central portion of the cardboard or the piece of paper is formed with a raised portion. The raised portion is compressed by the force, and the raised portion is adhered to the lower side of the cardboard or the piece of paper by means of glue or nails.
  • Preferably, the packing structure adopts a sheet of cardboard or paper to form an integral cardboard box, carton, or paper bag through die cutting and folding. The reinforcement strips are adhered to the wall portions or the corner portions by means of glue or nails. FIG. 5 and FIG. 12 are schematic views to show the unfolded configuration of the present invention. The reinforcement strips of the cardboard of the piece of water are first secured, and pressed longitudinally for cutting lines, and then cut transversely to form a box body. When folded, four sides of the middle portion of the box body constitute the left side wall 13, the right side wall 14, the front side wall 15, and the rear side wall 16 of the box, and then the tabs at the sides thereof are bent inward to form the bottom wall 11 and the top wall 12.
  • By using the present invention, such as cardboard boxes, the investment in the production line for three-layer cardboards or five-layer cardboards can be reduced at least 35%. In the same conditions, through the aforesaid reinforcement strips, a three-layer cardboard (or low-weight material) according to the packing requirements of different products can replace a five-layer cardboard (or high-weight material) used for the majority of small and medium boxes (cases) to meet the packing requirements of different products. On the premise that the packing material and size are constant, the present invention can significantly enhance the compression resistance and burst index of packing, alternatively, on the premise that the compression resistance and burst index of packing are constant, a thin material can replace a thick material. The present invention can avoid excessive packaging, reduce material waste, lower production costs, and enhance the comprehensive benefits.
  • Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims (9)

What is claimed is:
1. A partial reinforcement packing structure, comprising wall portions and corner portions formed between adjacent two of the wall portions, the wall portions or the corner portions being provided with reinforcement strips.
2. The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the packing structure comprises a bottom wall, a top wall and a side wall, the reinforcement strips extending from the bottom wall to the side wall and extending from the side wall to the top wall.
3. The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the side wall includes a left side wall and a right side wall, the reinforcement strips including a left reinforcement strip and a right reinforcement strip, the left reinforcement strip and the right reinforcement strip being disposed symmetrically, the left reinforcement strip extending from the bottom wall to the left side wall and extending from the left side wall to the top wall, the right reinforcement strip extending from the bottom wall to the right side wall and extending from the right side wall to the top wall.

The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the side wall includes a front side wall and a rear side wall, the reinforcement strips including a front reinforcement strip and a rear reinforcement strip, the front reinforcement strip and the rear reinforcement strip being disposed symmetrically, the rear reinforcement strip extending from a middle portion of the top wall to the rear side wall and extending from the rear side wall to the bottom wall, the front reinforcement strip extending from the middle portion of the top wall to the front side wall and extending from the front side wall to the bottom wall.

The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcement strips are L-shaped reinforcement strips to match with the corner portions, two sides of each L-shaped reinforcement strip being disposed on adjacent two of the wall portions of the corresponding corner portion.
6. The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein the wall portions are four side walls, the L-shaped reinforcement strips being disposed on four corner portions each formed between adjacent two of the wall portions.
7. The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the packing structure adopts a sheet of cardboard or paper to form an integral cardboard box, carton, or paper bag through die cutting and folding.
8. The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcement strips are adhered to the wall portions or the corner portions with glue or nails.
9. The partial reinforcement packing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sides of each reinforcement strip are moved inward to form a raised portion at a central portion of each reinforcement strip, the raised portion and the portion to be moved inward being bound and secured with glue or nails.
