- the objective of the present invention is to provide an electronic cigarette including a soft lamp cap, aiming at the above-mentioned drawbacks of existing technology that existing lamp cap is hard, cannot simulate the soft handle of real cigarettes, and may fall off from the cigarette rod.
- an electronic cigarette including a battery sleeve and a lamp cap mounted at one end of the battery sleeve, wherein, the lamp cap sleeved in the battery sleeve includes a contact surface, and at least one strip configured to increase friction is formed on the contact surface.

- An electronic cigarette including a soft lamp cap and being capable of effectively preventing the soft lamp cap from falling off is targeted invented.
- an electronic cigarette of a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a battery sleeve 10 and a lamp cap 20 , wherein, the lamp cap 20 is mounted at the end of the battery sleeve 10 .
- the battery sleeve 10 is a hollow cylinder, and can be made of plastic materials or metal materials.
- the battery sleeve 10 is made of plastic materials, such as polypropylene, polycarbonate, PVC, ABS resin, so as to simulate the soft feel of real cigarettes.
- the lamp cap 20 is soft, and, is particularly made of one or more of thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and rubber.
- the lamp cap 20 can also be made of other flexible materials such as silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, and so on.
- a light emitting diode (LED) lamp 30 is received in the battery sleeve 10 .
- the lamp cap 20 is semitransparent, so that light emitted by the LED 30 can pass through the lamp cap 20 . Understandably, the lamp cap 20 can also be entirely transparent, which makes the light passing through the lamp cap 20 be brighter, and simulates the feel of real cigarettes more effectively.
- the lamp cap 20 includes a connection body 210 and a cap body 220 , the connection body 210 extends along a bottom surface of the cap body 220 , and is sleeved in the battery sleeve 10 .
- the cap body 220 covers on the battery sleeve 10 .
- the lamp cap 20 includes a contact surface sleeved in the battery sleeve 10 , and at least one strip 212 configured to increase the friction of the contact surface protrudes from the contact surface, that is, the strip 212 is formed on an outer surface of the connection body 210 .
- the strip 212 is configured to increase the friction of the outer surface of the connection body 210 .
- an inner wall of battery sleeve 10 and the strip 212 formed on the lamp cap 10 form interference fit.
- the pre-tightening force increases, so that the connection of the lamp cap 20 and the battery sleeve 10 is much tighter, and the lamp cap 20 is prevented from loosing or falling from the battery sleeve 10 , thereby enhancing users' experience.
- the number of strip 212 it can be just one or more.
- the connection body 210 defines a ventilation hole 230 near the side of the cap body, this ventilation hole 230 communicates with atmosphere, so that the electronic cigarette forms a flow loop.
- the strips 212 are formed at a radial direction of the outer surface of the connection body 210 , and the strips 212 are loops, that is, annular protuberances formed on an outer surface of the connection body 210 and equidistantly separated from each other. In this situation, a cross section of each of the strips is wave-shaped.
- the strips 212 are formed at an axial direction of the outer surface of the connection body 210 , that is, the strips 212 are formed parallel to a central axis direction of the outer surface of the connection body 210 , and can be equidistant or not.
- connection body 210 and the cap body 220 are made in an integral forming, which is easy to be processed, and the overall effect thereof is good.
- the battery sleeve 10 and the lamp cap 20 are connected with snap-fit.
- the battery sleeve 10 defines a groove (not shown) in a position corresponding to the strips 212 , and the strips 212 and the groove are connected together by snap-fit, and thus the battery sleeve 10 and the lamp cap 20 are fixedly connected with each other.
- the invention of electronic cigarette uses flexible materials such as rubber, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to make soft lamp cap 20 , and the contact surface of the lamp cap 20 sleeved in the battery sleeve 10 form the strips 212 configured to increase the friction of the contact surface.
- the lamp cap 20 and the battery sleeve 10 are fixedly connected with each other by interference fit, which effectively avoids the lamp cap 20 falling of from soft battery sleeve 10 , and simulates the soft feel of real cigarettes. Thus, users' experience is enhanced.
