Abstract
A multi-layered packaging box with easy tearing structure includes a material box having: a seat; one lateral side of the seat having a breakable portion; a receiving space formed at a lower portion of the seat for receiving an object; an upper cover for covering the seat; a sealing film adhering on an upper portion of the upper cover; the sealing film having at least one tearing line; the sealing film including an easy tearing portion which can be torn away from the sealing film easily; and one end of the easy tearing portion adhering on the breakable portion. In above mentioned structure, the cover can be not used.
Description
- The present invention is a continuation in part (CIP) of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 13/157,306 which is assigned to the applicant of the present invention and therefore, the contents of the U.S. patent application Ser. No. 13/157,306 is incorporated into the present invention as a part of the present invention.
- The present invention relates to packaging of parts, and in particular to a multi-layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure.
- A prior art packing structure has a box formed by papers. The box has a receiving space. One side of the box has an opening which is communicated to the receiving space. In the receiving space, the connection area of two plates is formed with a supporting sheet for supporting a seat in the receiving space. However, the prior art is easy to be destroyed and thus it can not be reused.
- In prior arts, U.S. patent publication No. 20100176020 and U.S. Pat. No. 6,276,529 disclose two layered structures for packaging with perforated opening strip. However, this prior art structure cannot provide sufficient structural strength to the objects packaged therein, and it is difficult to detach the objects packaged therein without using any tool.
- Moreover, the prior art uses high frequency process. It is labor wasted. However, the detaching work is inconvenient. Therefore, there is an eager demand for a novel structure which can improve the prior art defects.
- Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box with easy tearing structure, wherein the user can break the breaking portion easily so as to tear away the sealing film and thus the upper cover is opened for taking out the element in the receiving space of the seat. Since the sealing film is adhesive, it can be used repeatedly. The box of the present invention is anti-electromagnetic, anti-dust and anti wet. Moreover, the friction effect can be avoided and the vibration is reduced.
- To achieve above object, the present invention provides a multi-layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure including a material box having: a seat; one lateral side of the seat having a breakable portion; a receiving space formed at a lower portion of the seat for receiving an object; an upper cover for covering the seat; a sealing film adhering on an upper portion of the upper cover; the sealing film having at least one tearing line; the sealing film including an easy tearing portion which can be torn away from the sealing film easily; and one end of the easy tearing portion adhering on the breakable portion. In above mentioned structure, the cover can be not used.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- A
material box 1 comprises: - A
seat 10 has a throughhole 12 at an upper portion of theseat 10. By the through hole, the box can be hung on an object. One lateral side of theseat 10 has abreakable portion 13. An inner edge of thebreakable portion 13 connecting to theseat 10 is formed with holes or is thinned so that thebreakable portion 13 can be broken from theseat 10. Preferably theseat 10 is made of hard plastics. - A
receiving space 14 is formed at a lower portion of theseat 10 for receiving other objects, such as an electronic element. - A
cover 11 as illustrated inFIG. 1A for covering theseat 10. InFIG. 1A , it is illustrated thecover 11 can directly cover theseat 10 from the upper side thereof, or as illustrated inFIG. 1B , thecover 11 is connected to theseat 10, and theconnecting area 100 of thecover 11 and theseat 10 is bendable. Thus, thecover 11 can be bent easily to cover theseat 10. Preferably, thecover 11 is made of soft plastics. Preferably, as thecover 11 covers theseat 10, thereceiving space 14 of theseat 10 is tightly sealed so as to tightly seal an object received in thereceiving space 14. Thecover 11 has twobuckles 50 which can be buckled into atrench 141 near edges of thereceiving space 14 so that thecover 11 can be tightly engaged to theseat 10. Thesealing film 3 is made of soft and easy-tearable film. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , and further referring toFIGS. 3A and 3B , whereFIG. 3A is an assembled view showing that the cover covers upon the box of the present invention; andFIG. 3B is another assembled view showing thefilm 3 covers upon the cover of the present invention. - It is illustrated that the present invention further comprise a
sealing film 3 which adheres on an upper side of thecover 11. The sealingfilm 3 has at least one tearingline 301 formed to be corresponding to the edges of the cover 11 (referring toFIG. 3B ). When thecover 11 is opened upwards, the sealingfilm 3 will be broken along the tearing line. The portion of the sealingfilm 3 originally adhering on thecover 11 still adheres on the cover and is separated from the other portion of the sealingfilm 3. Besides, the sealingfilm 3 includes an easy tearingportion 31 which can be torn away from the sealingfilm 3 easily. One end of the easy tearingportion 31 adheres on thebreakable portion 13. - With reference to
FIG. 4A , in operation, thebreakable portion 13 is torn away from theseat 10 easily. Since one end of the easy tearingportion 31 is adhered on thebreakable portion 13, when thebreakable portion 13 is taken away from theseat 10, it will drive the easy tearingportion 31 to tear away from the sealingfilm 3. Then, referring toFIG. 4B , an edge of theupper cover 11 exposes out and the user can open thecover 11 from theseat 10. Then a portion of the sealingfilm 3 on thecover 11 will tear away from the other portion of the sealingfilm 3 easily. As a result the user can take out the element located in the receivingspace 14 of theseat 10. - It should be noted, in the present invention the space of the receiving
space 14 is not confined to the shape illustrated in the drawing. Other shapes are permissible in the present invention, such as a round shape, a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape, etc. All these are within the scope of the present invention. - Advantages of this embodiment will be described herein. In the present invention, the user can break the breaking
portion 3 easily so as to tear away the sealing film and thus the upper cover is opened for taking out the element in the receiving space of theseat 10. Since the sealing film is adhesive, it can be used repeatedly. The box of the present invention is anti-electromagnetic, anti-dust and anti wet. Moreover, the friction effect can be avoided and the vibration is reduced. - Referring to
FIGS. 5A and 5B , another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, those identical to the former embodiment are identified with the same number and the details will not be further described herein. Other those different from the former embodiment are described herein. - A

film 3 adheres on an upper surface of the receivingspace 14. The sealingfilm 3 has at least one tearingline 301 which is positioned to be corresponding to the edges of the receiving space. When a portion of the sealing film covering the receiving space is torn away, the sealingfilm 3 will be broken along the tearingline 301 and thus is separated from the other portion of the sealing film. The sealing film includes an easy tearingportion 31 which can be torn away from the other portion of the sealing film easily, and one end of the easy tearingportion 31 adhering on thebreakable portion 13. Usually, the easy tearingportion 31 is confined by two tearing lines as illustrated in the drawings. - When the
breakable portion 13 is torn upwards, the sealingfilm 3 will be broken along the easy tearingportion 31. The portion of the sealingfilm 3 originally adhering on theseat 10 still adheres thereon. Then the portion of thesearing film 3 covering the receivingspace 14 can be torn away along the boundary thereof. - Advantages about this embodiment will be described herein. In the present invention, the user can break the breaking
portion 3 easily so as to tear away the sealing film and thus receiving space is opened for taking out the element therein. Since the sealing film is adhesive, it can be used repeatedly. The box of the present invention is anti-electromagnetic, anti-dust and anti wet. Moreover, the friction effect can be avoided and the vibration is reduced. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (11)
1. A three-layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure, comprising:
a seat; a lateral side of the seat having a breakable portion; a receiving space being formed at a lower portion of the seat for receiving an object;
a cover covering an upper surface of the seat; no through hole being formed in the cover; as the cover covering the seat, the receiving space of the seat being sealed so that an object received in the receiving space is tightly sealed in the receiving space;
a sealing film adhering on an upper surface of the cover; the sealing film having at least one tearing line which are positioned to be corresponding to at least one edge of the upper cover; when the cover is opened from the upper surface of the seat, the sealing film adhering to the cover will be broken along the tearing line so that some predetermined portions of the sealing film still adhering on the cover and other portions of the sealing film being separated from the predetermined portion of the sealing film; the sealing film including an easy tearing portion which can be torn away from the other portion of the sealing film easily; and one end of the easy tearing portion adhering on the breakable portion;
wherein in operation, the breakable portion is torn away from the seat easily; since one end of the easy tearing portion is adhered on the breakable portion, the easy tearing portion is torn away from the sealing film, and then an edge of the cover exposes out and the user can open the cover from the upper surface of the seat; then a portion of the sealing film on the upper cover will tear away from the other portion of the sealing film easily; and as a result the part in the receiving space can be taken out easily.
2. The three layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the seat has a through hole at an upper portion of the seat; by the through hole, the box can be hung on an object.
3. The three layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an edge of the breakable portion connecting to the seat is formed with holes or is thinned so that the breakable portion can be broken from the seat.
4. The three layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover is not connected from the seat.
5. The three layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover is connected to the seat and the connecting area of the cover and the seat is bendable.
6. The three layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover has two buckles which can be buckled into a trench near edges of the receiving space so that the cover is engagable to the seat.
7. The three layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sealing film is made of soft and easy-tearable film and the seat is made of hard plastics.
8. A two layered packaging box with an easy tearing structure, comprising:
a seat; a lateral side of the seat having a breakable portion; a receiving space being formed at a lower portion of the seat for receiving an object;
a sealing film adhering on an upper surface of the receiving space; the sealing film having at least one tearing line which are positioned to be corresponding to at least one edge of the receiving space; when a portion of the sealing film covering the receiving space is torn away along the tearing line, the sealing film will be broken along the tearing line and thus is separated from the other portion of the sealing film; the sealing film including an easy tearing portion which can be torn away from the other portion of the sealing film easily, and one end of the easy tearing portion adhering on the breakable portion; and wherein when the breakable portion is torn upwards, the sealing film breaks along the easy tearing portion; the portion of the sealing film originally adhering on the seat still adheres thereon; then the portion of the searing film covering the receiving space can be torn away.
9. The two layered packaging box with easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the seat has a through hole at an upper portion of the seat; by the through hole, the box can be hung on an object.
10. The two layered packaging box with easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein an edge of the breakable portion connecting to the seat is formed with holes or is thinned so that the breakable portion can be broken from the seat.
11. The two layered packaging box with easy tearing structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the easy tearing portion is confined by two tearing lines.
