Abstract
A swing-type removable toy includes a casing and a motor disposed in the casing. An output end of the motor is connected with a gear unit. The gear unit is further connected with a wheel unit. The wheel unit includes a driven gear, a wheel axle and two wheels. The driven wheel meshes with the gear unit. The wheel axle is inserted through the driven gear. The two wheels are coupled to two ends of the wheel axle. The two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle. When the wheel axle is turned, the toy is staggered to move by the two eccentric wheels. Compared to a traditional toy that is erect to move, the present invention can attract more consumers.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a drive structure of a toy, and more particularly, to a removable toy which is staggered by eccentric wheels to march.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A conventional power toy comprises a motor and a battery therein. When the motor is activated, the motor will drive the wheels of the toy to move. Most power toys only have the function to march and the toys are erect, so they are monotonous and cannot attract children. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a swing-type removable toy to improve unexciting motion of a conventional simply power toy. The removable toy uses eccentric wheels so that the casing of the toy is staggered to march. This can enhance the amusement of the power toy to attract more consumers to purchase the toys.
- In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the swing-type removable toy of the present invention comprises a casing and a motor disposed in the casing. An output end of the motor is connected with a gear unit. The gear unit is further connected with a wheel unit. The wheel unit comprises a driven gear, a wheel axle and two wheels. The driven wheel meshes with the gear unit. The wheel axle is inserted through the driven gear. The two wheels are coupled to two ends of the wheel axle. The two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle.
- The casing further comprises a positioning seat and a battery therein. The positioning seat is able to fix the battery and the motor.
- The bottom of the casing is provided with a bottom seat. The bottom seat has two grooves for the two wheels to insert therethrough. The two wheels extend out of the two grooves.
- The base is provided with a switch.
- The bottom seat further has two holes.
- The bottom seat is placed on a base. The base has two slots and two pillars. The two slots are for the two wheels to insert therethrough. The two pillars are inserted in the two holes so that the base and the casing are connected to the base steady.
- The casing is provided with magnets inside the front and rear of the casing.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded view according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the casing mounted on the base according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is a side sectional view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is another side sectional view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing swing movement of the preferred embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a plurality of connected casings to swing and move according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. - Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , the swing-type removable toy of the present invention comprises acasing 1, amotor 2, agear unit 3, a wheel unit 4, and abottom seat 5. - The
casing 1 is hollow and can be any desired shape. Thecasing 1 is provided withmagnets 11 inside the front and rear of thecasing 1. Thecasing 1 comprises apositioning seat 12 therein. Thepositioning seat 12 is provided with abattery 13. - The
motor 2 is disposed in thecasing 1. Preferably, themotor 2 is located in thepositioning seat 12. - The
gear unit 3 meshes with an output end of themotor 2. When themotor 2 is activated, thegear unit 3 will be driven by themotor 2. - The wheel unit 4 is located at the bottom of the
casing 1. The wheel unit 4 comprises a drivengear 41, awheel axle 42, and two 43, 44. The drivenwheels wheel 41 meshes with thegear unit 3. Thewheel axle 42 is inserted through the drivengear 41. The two 43, 44 are coupled to two ends of thewheels wheel axle 42. Particularly, the two 43, 44 are eccentric relative to thewheels wheel axle 42. - The
bottom seat 5 is located at the bottom of thecasing 1 under the wheel unit 4. Thebottom seat 5 has twogrooves 51 for the twowheels 43 44 to insert therethrough. The two 43, 44 extend out of the twowheels grooves 51. Thebottom seat 5 further has twoholes 52. - A switch 6 is mounted on the
base 5. - A
base 7 has twoslots 71 and twopillars 72. The twoslots 72 are for the two 43, 44 to insert therethrough. The twowheels pillars 72 are inserted in the twoholes 52, so that thebase 5 and thecasing 1 are connected to thebase 7 steady, as shown inFIG. 3 . - Referring to
FIG. 4 ,FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , when themotor 2 is activated, thegear unit 3 will be driven to turn the wheel unit 4. Because the two 43, 44 are eccentric relative to thewheels wheel axle 42, thecasing 1 is staggered to move by the interlaced two 43, 44 to enhance the amusement of the toy.wheels - As shown in
FIG. 7 , thecasing 1 is provided with themagnets 11 inside the front and rear of thecasing 1. A plurality ofcasings 1 is connected by themagnets 11 to move forward in a swing way, providing more fun. - Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
