- a known shoe is often of poor ventilation due to the material used and may sometimes causes an uncomfortable feeling.
- a user's foot is often enclosed in the shoe for a substantial amount of time so that if the shoe is of poor ventilation, disease may easily caused on the foot.
- a large amount of material is lost during the process of cutting, jointing, and trimming. This causes an environmental issue and also increases the manufacture cost of shoes.
- an objective of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of integrally-formed shoe that is free of sewing arrangement, saves the material used for the improved structure of shoe, and saves manufacturing cost.

- a further object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of shoe, which is of wide application in various functional shoes, indoor shoes, and outdoors sports shoes according to different needs.
- Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of shoe, which has excellent elasticity so that the shoe, when worn on a wearer, is in close and compliant engagement with the wearer, just like a second skin, making the wearer feel comfortable when wearing the shoe.
- the present invention provides an improved structure of shoe, which comprises a first shoe body, which comprises a first opening; a second shoe body, which comprises a second opening; the first shoe body being receivable in the second shoe body and the first opening being combined with the second opening to form a shoe body combination having a third opening, the third opening being adapted to receive a foot of wearer therein, the shoe body combination being of a woven formation; and a support structure, which is coupled to the shoe body combination to support the shoe body combination.

- the shoe body combination comprises a counter, the counter being integrally formed with the shoe body combination.

- the first shoe body 10 is received in the second shoe body 20 to form the shoe body combination 40 in such a way that the first opening 106 corresponds to the second opening 206 so as to collectively define a third opening 406 .
- the third opening 406 receives the insertion of a foot of a wearer to allow the shoe to be worn on the wearer for walking.
- the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 are both of a woven formation comprising a plurality of meshes.
- the shoe body combination 40 that is formed by combing the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 shows excellent air permeability.
- the shoe body combination 40 is of a woven formation and thus it retains hygroscopicity and elasticity to provide a comfortable feeling of being well suited to the foot, enable complete enclosure of the foot of the wearer, and totally comply with the skin of the foot of the wearer to have an effect of second skin.
- the first rear section 108 of the first shoe body 10 can be of a height greater than that of the second rear section 208 of the second shoe body 20 , whereby when the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 are combined, the first rear section 108 projects outside the third opening 406 .
- the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 can be folded, in a downward direction, toward the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being folded toward the outside surface of the second shoe body 20 ), while a portion of the first rear section 108 is bonded to the second rear section 208 . Further, the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 can alternatively folded, in a downward direction, toward the inside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being folded towards the inside surface of the first shoe body 20 ), while a portion of the first rear section 108 is bonded to the second rear section 208 .
- the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 is folded between the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 of the shoe body combination 40 , whereby the projecting second rear section 208 is bent between the first rear section 108 and the second rear section 208 .
- the second rear section 208 of the second shoe body 20 is higher than the first rear section 108 of the first shoe body 10 , whereby after the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 are bonded together, the second rear section 208 projects beyond the third opening 406 of the shoe body combination 40 .
- the projecting portion of the second rear section 208 is folded toward the inside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely the inside surface of the third opening 406 ) to overlap the inside surface of the third opening 406 of the shoe body combination 40 .
- the projecting second rear section 208 can be folded toward the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely the outside surface of the second shoe body 20 ).
- the projecting portion of the second rear section 208 is folded between the first rear section 108 and the second rear section 208 of the shoe body combination 20 , namely a portion of the second rear section 208 is set between the first rear section 108 and the second rear section 208 . It is noted that the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 and/or the second rear section 208 can be folded to be positioned on the inside surface or the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 or between the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 of the shoe body combination 40 to improve the supporting force of the shoe body combination 40 .
- the improved shoe structure 1 further comprises at least one support structure 30 .
- the support structure 30 is coupled to the shoe body combination 40 to support the shoe body combination 40 and improve the strength of the shoe body combination 40 so as to prevent the shoe body combination 40 from being un-shapeable in the same way as socks do.
- the support structure 30 is provided on the inside surface 402 of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being inside the first shoe body 10 ) as shown in the left side of the shoe in FIG. 2 .
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the support structure 30 is interposed between the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 of the shoe body combination 40 .
- the support structure 30 can be made in the form of various patterns, characters, or signs and is attached to the outside surface 404 of the shoe body combination 40 , whereby the shoe body combination 40 may use the various configurations of the support structure 30 to support the shoe body combination 40 and also to improve aesthetic appearance of the improved shoe structure 1 .
- the support structure 30 is arranged on an inside surface (not shown), an outside surface (not shown) of a toe compartment 422 of a fore portion 423 of the shoe body combination 40 or both the inside surface and the outside surface of the toe compartment 422 are provided with the support structure 30 . As such, the support structure 30 may provide protection to the toe against damage caused by a downward impact or hit.
- the support structure 30 can be arranged on a flank 424 of the shoe body combination 40 to prevent the foot of the wearer from shifting laterally inside improved shoe structure 1 for reducing abrasion and protection of the foot from straining.
- the support structure 30 is provided on the rear section 408 of the shoe body combination 40 for protecting the heel of the wearer from injury when the foot is moving longitudinally in the improved shoe structure 1 .
- support structures 30 may be simultaneously provided on the inside surface 402 and the outside surface 404 of the whole the shoe body combination 40 and between the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 of the shoe body combination 40 .
- the arrangement of the support structure is not limited to what is described herein.
- FIG. 4 is an exploded view of an improved shoe structure that comprises an outsole structure, a tongue, a buckle, and a counter
- FIG. 5 is an exploded view, taken from on side, showing the improved shoe structure that comprises the outsole structure, the tongue, the buckle, and the counter.
- the improved shoe structure 1 is provided, ready for being put on the foot of a wearer.
- the improved shoe structure 1 is provided, on a bottom 414 thereof, with an outsole structure 50 , as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 .
- the outsole structure 50 is integrally formed with the shoe body combination 40 .
- the outsole structure 50 is bonded to the bottom 414 of the shoe body combination 40 by an adhesive layer (not shown).
- the improved shoe structure 1 may be provided with additional components for functionality.
- the improved shoe structure 1 further comprises a tongue 60 , which is arranged in the fore portion 423 of the shoe body combination 40 in such a way to expose a portion of the third opening 406 for protection of the back of the foot.
- the tongue 60 is integrally formed with the shoe body combination 40 .
- the tongue 60 is provided separate from the shoe body combination 40 .
- the tongue 60 can be made of a woven formation to provide air permeability when the shoe is worn by a wearer.
- the improved shoe structure 1 may further comprise a counter 70 , which is provided in the rear section 408 of the shoe body combination 40 and may be positioned on the inside surface 402 , the outside surface 404 , or both the inside surface 402 and outside surface 404 of the rear section 408 .
- Providing the counter 70 helps strengthening a hind portion 426 and also protects the heel of the wearer from damage caused by walking or exercising.
- a buckle 80 is provided at a location above the tongue 60 of the fore portion 423 of the shoe body combination 40 and adjacent to the third opening 406 .
- the buckle 80 can be integrally formed with the shoe body combination 40 .
- the buckle 80 may be bonded to the fore portion 423 by means of for example adhesive or silicon.
- the buckle 80 may be formed on the fore portion 423 of the shoe body combination 40 by knitting.
- the improved shoe structure 1 that comprises the shoe body combination 40 , the outsole structure 50 , the tongue 60 , the buckle 80 , and the counter 70 is obtained, as shown in FIG. 6 .
- the improved shoe structure 1 can be various combination of the shoe body combination 40 comprising the support structure 30 , the outsole structure 50 , the tongue 60 , the buckle 80 , and the counter 70 .
- the improved shoe structure 1 may be only the shoe body combination 40 comprising the support structure 30 .
- the improved shoe structure 1 can be the shoe body combination 40 comprising the support structure 30 and the outsole structure 50 .
- the improved shoe structure 1 can be the shoe body combination 40 comprising the support structure 30 , the tongue 60 , and the buckle 80 . In a further embodiment, the improved shoe structure 1 can be the shoe body combination 40 and the counter 70 . In a further embodiment, the improved shoe structure 1 can be the shoe body combination 40 comprising the support structure 30 , the outsole structure 50 , the tongue 60 , and the buckle 80 . In a further embodiment, the improved shoe structure 1 can be the shoe body combination 40 comprising the support structure 30 , the tongue 60 , the buckle 80 , and the counter 70 .
- the outsole structure 50 , the tongue 60 , the buckle 80 , and the counter 70 can be integrally formed with the shoe body combination 40 that comprises the support structure 30 or separately provided on the shoe body combination 40 .
- the improved shoe structure 1 according to the present invention can be used a mountain-hiking shoe, a water/ground dual-purpose shoe, various functional sports shoes, an outdoor shoe or an indoor shoe.
