Abstract
The invention is related to a label mark configuration for bottle water contains a label which can wrap around the bottle body through the process adopting automatic packaging machine. The label contains a mark area and a copy layer covered with carbon powder film of dark color. The copy layer uses carbon powder film to laminate onto the back of the mark area by high frequency or hot melt lamination. Such mark configuration allows users to scribe the surface of the mark area, so the copy layer can peel off and transfer the script to the inner surface of the mark area. As a result, the mark area will show the desired symbol or pattern that can be used to distinguish from others.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The invention is related to packaging label on bottle water. Especially, it refers to the configuration of label mark on bottle water. The packaging label mainly has a mark area to facilitate the appearance of desired symbol or pattern and make the bottle water distinctively identifiable.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- The bottle body of bottle water is made of PET plastic. The bottle body is wrapped with a plastic film label of proper width. The label is printed with ingredients, product name, capacity, manufacturer, expiration date, trade mark . . . etc. and patterns. In a real event that bottle waters are usually provided in a large case, the bottle water of identical packaging is not easy to identify by user after it is open. For hygiene consideration, most people will discard the unfinished bottle water and result in a waste. Although some people try to put name or symbol on the plastic film label or tear a corner of the label to differentiate from others, it is still difficult to achieve the purpose of marking due to the waterproof nature of the label that ink does not adhere to the surface and the film toughness that tearing is difficult. The drawbacks are quite obvious. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a packaging label with simple marking configuration. This is the motivation of the invention.
- Since the packaging label of ordinary bottle water can only provide printed content like ingredients, product name, capacity, manufacturer, expiration date, trade mark . . . etc. and patterns without user self-marking function, the bottle is not distinguishable after it is open and this results in waste of unfinished water due to identification trouble. The inventor has accumulated many years of design experience and developed a label mark configuration of bottle water after thorough investigation, testing and improvement.
- The invention provides a label mark configuration of bottle water. The label is a strip with certain width in the form of wrapping film. It will wrap around the bottle body through the process adopting automatic packaging machine. The mentioned label mark configuration also includes a copy layer.
- The label has a mark area which is printed with light-color ink.
- The mentioned copy layer is covered with dark-color carbon powder film; besides, the copy layer is laminated with the carbon powder film onto the back of the mark area.
- In practice, the carbon powder film covering the copy layer is made from materials with peel and transfer printing function.
- In practice, the mentioned copy layer is adhered to the back of the mark area by high frequency or hot melt lamination.
- In practice, the carbon powder film covering the mentioned copy layer has dark-color surface.
- In practice, the mark area has light-color surface.
- Compared to current technology, the new label mark configuration refers to a mark area in an appropriate location on the label on the bottle body and the back of the mark area is laminated with a color-displaying copy layer. Such mark configuration allows users to scribe the surface of the mark area, so the copy layer can peel off and transfer the script to the inner surface of the mark area. As a result, the mark area will show the desired symbol or pattern that can be used to distinguish from others.
- The
label 10 that is wrapped around the bottle body 30 (as shown inFIG. 3 ) through the process adopting automatic packaging machine has characteristics: there are several mark areas 11 apart in proper distance on thelabel 10; each mark area 11 is printed with light-color ink (preferably milky white) and also contains acopy layer 20 that is covered with dark-color (red or black)carbon powder film 21; thecopy layer 20 has thecarbon powder film 21 facing the back of the mark area 11 and laminated onto the back of the mark area 11 by high frequency or hot melt lamination. Please refer toFIG. 3 for an embodiment of the label mark configuration for bottle water in the invention. As thelabel 10 tightly wraps around thebottle body 30 that is filled with water and has certain firmness, the user only needs to use sharp object (such as paper clip, pen tip or nail . . . etc.) to scribe symbol or pattern on the mark area 11 and to transfer the symbol or pattern from thecarbon powder film 21 on thecopy layer 20 to the inner side of the mark area 11. Since thecarbon powder film 21 on thecopy layer 20 is dark color (red or black) and the mark area 11 is light color (milky white), the mark area 11 can clearly show the desired symbol or pattern that can be used to distinguish from others. - The above disclosed figure and description is only for a preferred embodiment for the invention, the equivalent modification or application based on the invention by those who are familiar with the art, such as changing the transfer print carbon powder film material on the copy layer, shall be included in the scope of the invention.
