Abstract
Inflation kit, especially for inflating balloons, balls and the like, characterized in that it comprises: two opposing hollow interlocking bodies, one having at least one inlet for air coming from the outside and the other body having at least one outlet for air coming from the internal cavity defined by the two bodies; an extractable bellows inside the internal cavity defined by the two bodies, through which air can flow from the air inlet to the air outlet; a valve that can be coupled to the air outlet of one of the bodies; and lastly a deflated inflatable element housed inside the cavity defined by the two bodies.
Description
- The present application of Utility Patent intends to register the inflation kit, which is special for the balloons inflation balls and the like.
- More specifically, the kit allows inflation of inflatable products that may be part of the own kit, which results in a significant reduction of storage and transportation volumes of products to be inflated.
- In the current market are well known the vending machines of gift products or surprise goods, such as toys, miniature dolls, small balls, etc.
- In general, products sold in this kind of vending machines are arranged inside a spherical container. Essentially, containers comprises two casings facing each other, as capsules, which define an internal storage volume and that are coupled together by a simple closing of immediate and easy opening.
- Particularly, when the product to be sold is an inflatable element such as balloon or a ball, said element should be packed already inflated, reason for which, product volumes at the moment of storage and transportation, that is to say the spherical container, are considerable.
- In order the spherical container does not reach high volumes, the inflatable product should present reduced volumes, which limits the sale of products under this method.
- On the other hand, it is well know that inflatable products commercializing in an inflated state need a big space to be stored or transported, since the volume that each product occupies is significant.
- Also, in case any consumer wants to buy one or several deflated balls; this would have the drawback of not being able to do it directly with the retailer.
- The inflation kit subject purpose of the present registration, resolve drawbacks above mentioned, providing also other additional advantages that will be evident from the next description.
- For that purpose and more correctly, said kit comprises two bodies internally hollow facing each other and fit together, and one of the bodies has one inlet for air coming from outside and the other body having at least one air outlet coming from the internal cavity defined by the two bodies; it includes an extractable bellows located inside the internal cavity defined by the two bodies; through which air can flow from the air inlet to the air outlet, and a valve that can be coupled to the air outlet of one of the bodies.
- In such a way that, in a use condition the kit adapts to a conventional inflating device type spot.
- Additionally, the kit may include an inflatable element, like a balloon, ball or the like, that may be obtained deflated from the internal cavity defined by two bodies.
- In accordance with the above mentioned characteristics, both interlocking bodies have a noticeably cap form. In this way, the set of the kit in non operative conditions adopts a general spherical form suitable for being use in vending machines.
- One of the caps has an end part of diameter higher than the end part of the other cap, so that the coupling between both bodies facilitates a simple closing that makes easy the kit opening.
- The air intake of one of the bodies consist preferably of one intake hole at the center with respect to the central axe of the cap, while the air outlet consist of one outlet hole at the center of the same with respect to the central axe of the cap.
- The above mentioned air outlet has fixing means for coupling the valve.
- According to other invention characteristic, the bellows consist preferably of one tubular element, which is adjustable inside the two bodies in form of a cap. In fact, the bellows ends extend additionally over the internal circumference to form a firmer structure.
- Likewise, all kit components (two bodies, bellows, valve and inflatable element) are made of plastic material.
- Advantageously, and thanks to the above mentioned characteristics, it is obtained a kit of inflation for balloons, balls and the like of reduced dimensions that allows to inflate an inflatable element that may be included or not in the own kit.
- According to the foregoing, the distribution of balloons, balls and the like in a deflated state, results in a significant reduction of volume occupied by this kind of products in an inflated state, both in the storing and transportation.
- On the other hand, the kit is ideal in a second use as product to be offered in vending machines of gift products or similar products.
- Actually, its configuration, in a non-use condition, noticeably spherical allows the kit to form part of the range of products to be offered in vending machines, since the set may reach small volumes, in spite of the fact that the element to be inflated inside the same reaches big dimensions after inflated.
- To complete the description below and in order to help to understand better its characteristics, attached to the present descriptive memory it is a set of plans in which the figures, in an illustrative manner but not limited, represent the more important details of the invention.
- The
FIG. 1 is a raised view of the kit according to the present invention in a non-use condition. - The
FIG. 2 is a raised view of kit represented in the above mentioned figure in a use condition. - In front of the above mentioned figures and according to the numbers adopted, it is observed in the same a preferred embodiment although no limited of the invention, which consist of one inflation kit for inflating balloons, balls and the like.
- As it is showed in
FIG. 1 , the kit in a non-use condition comprises two bodies (1 and 2) internally hollow facing each other and fit together, and one of the bodies (1) has one inlet for air coming (6) from outside an the other body (2) has an air outlet (7) coming from the internal cavity defined by both bodies (1 and 2); and an extractable bellows (3) located inside the internal cavity defined by both bodies (1 and 2); an inflatable element (5) located inside the internal cavity defined by the two bodies (1 and 2), and a valve that can be coupled to the air outlet of one of the bodies (7) located in the internal cavity defined by both bodies (1 and 2). - Particularly, both bodies (1 and 2) show a noticeably cap form. And the coupling of the same is produced by a difference of diameters of end parts of both caps, and one of the caps has an end part of diameter higher than the end part of the other cap.
- The
FIG. 2 shows the invention kit in a use condition. For that purpose after taking apart bodies (1 and 2), the valve (4) and inflatable element (5) are removed. - The bellows (3) of tubular configuration is internally adjusted in each body (1 and 2) forming a conventional inflating device type spot.
- The valve (4) couple to the air outlet (7) of one of the bodies (2), and said valve (4) is inserted in an inflating hole of the inflatable element (5).
- By compression and expansion movements, and thanks to the inlet hole at the center of the cap axe, the inflatable element will be inflated (5).
- Details, forms, dimension and other accessory elements, as well as material used in the manufacturing of the invention kit could be replaced with other ones technically equivalent and which are subject to the invention essence and the area defined by the claims next detailed.
