Abstract
The invention relates to the trapezium packing box made of the cardboard, which comprises a rectangular upper board, a rectangular bottom board, two relative rectangular side boards and two relative trapezium side boards; said upper board, said bottom board and said four side boards are connected together by respective tongues and engaging grooves and enclose the chamber therein. The present invention improves the space using rate and fits for packing non-quadrate goods such as irons.
Description
- The invention relates to the packing box.
- Traditional packing box is quadrate form, but packed goods such as iron are not quadrate. When non-quadrate goods are packed into quadrate box, the quadrate box has an untapped space. That will reduce considerable goods quantity of incasement and increase transport costs.
- The invention provides a trapezium packing box, which overcomes the disadvantages of lower space use ratio that non-quadrate goods are packed into quadrate box.
- Such object of the present invention will become apparent in the ensuing description:
- A packing box made of the cardboard, wherein said box is trapezium, which comprises a rectangular upper board, a rectangular bottom board, a first rectangular side board, a second rectangular side board, a first trapezium side board and a second trapezium side board; said upper board, said bottom board and said four side boards are connected together by respective tongues and engaging grooves and enclose chamber therein.
- Said first and second trapezium side boards are the isosceles trapezoid or right-angle trapezoid.
- Said upper board, said first rectangular side board, said bottom board and said second rectangular side board are connected with each other in turn by their creases; said first and second trapezium side board extend from the left and the right side of said first rectangular side board; said first trapezium side board and said second trapezium side board are connected to said first rectangular side board by their creases.
- Said second rectangular side board comprises a left side board and a right side board extending from its left side and its right side; said left side board and said right side board are connected to said second rectangular side board by creases.
- Said upper board comprises a first tongue and a first engaging groove; said second rectangular side board comprises a second tongue and a second engaging groove matched with the first tongue and the first engaging groove of said upper board; said first trapezium side board comprises a third tongue and a third engaging groove; the left side of said second rectangular side board comprises a fourth tongue and a fourth engaging groove matched with the third tongue and the third engaging groove of said first trapezium side board; said second trapezium side board comprises a fifth tongue and a fifth engaging groove; the right side of said second rectangular side board comprises a sixth tongue and a sixth engaging groove matched with the fifth tongue and the fifth engaging groove of said second trapezium side board.
- Said left side board and said right side board have the same figures with said first trapezium side board and said second trapezium side board respectively.
- Said first trapezium side board comprises a first shield board and said second trapezium side board comprises a second shield board; said first shield board is connected to said first trapezium side board by crease and said second shield board is connected to said second trapezium side board by crease.
- Said bottom board comprises a left wing board and a right wing board extending from its left side and its right side; said left wing board and said right wing board are connected to said bottom board by creases.
- The length of the upper side of said trapezium side boards is 60-120 mm, the length of the bottom side of said trapezium side boards is 130-180 mm and the distance between said upper side and said bottom side is 120-180 mm; the vertical distance between said two trapezium side boards is 200-400 mm.
- The length ratio of said upper side to said bottom side is 19:30.
- The included angle between the inclined side of said trapezium side board and said bottom side is 65°-74°.
- The length of the upper side of said trapezium side boards is 200-300 mm, the length of the bottom side of said trapezium side boards is 250-350 mm and the distance between said upper side and said bottom side is 120-180 mm; the vertical distance between said two trapezium side boards is 100-160 mm.
- As shown in above-mentioned descriptions compared with the existing technology, the invention has advantages as follows: The present invention improves the space using rate and fits for packing inclined goods such as irons
- 1. The present improves the space use ratio and fits for packing non-quadrate goods such as irons.
- 2. To compare with the quadrate box, the present invention has smaller spread area and lower cost.
- 3. The boards are connected together by respective tongues and engaging grooves without using glue. That can save costs and provide more environmental protection.

FIG. 5 is a structure diagram when the trapezium packing boxes of embodiment three of the invention are encased into outer box. - Taking an example of iron packing box, the invention will be further described.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a packing box, which forms as trapezium and is made of a cardboard, comprising a rectangularupper board 11, arectangular bottom board 12, a firstrectangular side board 13, a secondrectangular side board 14, a firsttrapezium side board 15 and a secondtrapezium side board 16; the rectangularupper board 11, therectangular bottom board 12, the firstrectangular side board 13, the secondrectangular side board 14, the firsttrapezium side board 15 and the secondtrapezium side board 16 are connected together by respective tongues and engaging grooves. The firsttrapezium side board 15 and the secondtrapezium side board 16 are right-angle trapezoids. - The
upper board 11, the firstrectangular side board 13, thebottom board 12 and the secondrectangular side board 14 are connected with each other in turn by their creases. The firstrectangular side board 13 comprises a firsttrapezium side board 15 and a secondtrapezium side board 16 extending from its left side and its right side. The firsttrapezium side board 15 and the secondtrapezium side board 16 are connected to the firstrectangular side board 13 by their creases. - The second
rectangular side board 14 comprises aleft side board 141 and aright side board 142 extending from its left side and its right side; theleft side board 141 and theright side board 142 are connected to the secondrectangular side board 14 by their creases. - The
upper board 11 has afirst tongue 111 and a firstengaging groove 112; the secondrectangular side board 14 has a secondengaging groove 144 and asecond tongue 143 matched with thefirst tongue 111 and first engaginggroove 112 of theupper board 11; the firsttrapezium side board 15 has athird tongue 151 and a thirdengaging groove 152; the left side of the secondrectangular side board 14 has a fourthengaging groove 146 and afourth tongue 145 matched with thethird tongue 151 and the thirdengaging groove 152 of the firsttrapezium side board 15; the secondtrapezium side board 16 has anfifth tongue 161 and a fifthengaging groove 162; the right side of the secondrectangular side board 14 has ansixth tongue 147 and a sixthengaging groove 148 matched with the fifthengaging groove 162 and thefifth tongue 161 of the secondtrapezium side board 16. - The
bottom board 12 comprises aleft wing board 121 and aright wing board 122 extending from its left side and its right side; theleft wing board 121 and theright wing board 122 are connected to thelower board 12 by creases. - The first
trapezium side board 15 comprises afirst shield board 153 and the secondtrapezium side board 16 comprises asecond shield boards 163; thefirst shield boards 153 and thesecond shield board 163 are connected to the firsttrapezium side board 15 and the secondtrapezium side board 16 by creases. - As shown in
FIGS. 3 , 4 and 5, according to table one as bellow, it is obvious that the invention can increase considerable goods quantity of incasement. -

Claims (12)
1. A packing box made of the cardboard, wherein said box form is a trapezium, and comprises a rectangular upper board, a rectangular bottom board, a first rectangular sideboard, a second rectangular side boards, a first trapezium side board and a second trapezium side board; said upper board, said bottom board and said four side boards are connected together by respective tongues and engaging grooves and enclose chamber therein.
2. The packing box according to claim 1 , wherein said first and second trapezium side boards are the isosceles trapezoid or the right-angle trapezoid.
3. The packing box according to claims 1 , wherein said upper board, said first rectangular side board, said bottom board and said second rectangular side board are connected with each other in turn by their creases; said first and second trapezium side board extend from the left and the right side of said first rectangular side board; said first trapezium side board and said second trapezium side board are connected to said first rectangular side board by their creases.
4. The packing box according to claim 1 , wherein said second rectangular side board comprises a left side board and a right side board extending from its left and right side; said left side board and said right side board are connected to said second rectangular side board by creases.
5. The packing box according to claim 1 , wherein said upper board comprises a first tongue and a first engaging groove; said second rectangular side board comprises a second tongue and a second engaging groove matched with the first tongue and the first engaging groove of said upper board; said first trapezium side board comprises a third tongue and a third engaging groove; the left side of said second rectangular side board comprises a fourth tongue and a fourth engaging groove matched with the third tongue and the third engaging groove of said first trapezium side board; said second trapezium side board comprises a fifth tongue and a fifth engaging groove; the right side of said second rectangular side board comprises a sixth tongue and a sixth engaging groove matched with the fifth tongue and the fifth engaging groove of said second trapezium side board.
6. The packing box according to claim 4 , said left side board and said right side board have the same figures with said first trapezium side board and said second trapezium side board respectively.
7. The packing box according to claims 1 , wherein said first trapezium side board comprises a first shield board and said second trapezium side board comprises a second shield board; said first shield board is connected to said first trapezium side board by crease and said second shield board is connected to said second trapezium side board by creases.
8. The packing box according to claims 1 , wherein said bottom board comprises a left wing board and a right wing board extending from its left side and its right side, wherein said left wing board and said right wing board are connected to said bottom board by creases.
9. The packing box according to claims 1 , wherein the length of the upper side of said trapezium side boards is 60-120 mm, and the length of the bottom side of said trapezium side boards is 130-180 mm and the distance between said upper side and said bottom side is 120-180 mm; the vertical distance between said two trapezium side boards is 200-400 mm.
10. The packing box according to claim 9 , wherein the length ratio of said upper side to said bottom side is 19:30.
11. The packing box according to claim 10 , wherein the included angle between the inclined side of said trapezium side board and said bottom side is 65°-74°.
12. The packing box according to claims 1 , wherein the length of the upper side of said trapezium side boards is 200-300 mm, the length of the bottom side of said trapezium side boards is 250-350 mm and the distance between said upper side and said bottom side is 120-180 mm; the vertical distance between said two trapezium side boards is 100-160 mm.
