Abstract

The present invention relates to the labeling of textile articles and other fashion design articles and comprises of an act of marking and a process of marking and the like of such articles in which a marking element is employed, to reveal a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of such articles.

An object of the present invention is to designate, to display, to indicate, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, a specific value, financial and/or status, or any and all combination thereof, for a group of textile articles and other fashion design articles within the same price range, regardless of styles or designers.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to the field of textile labeling. More specifically, the present invention relates to an act of marking and a method of marking, at least a portion of, a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles, in which such a textile model insignia is to remain uncovered and visible, and in which such a textile model insignia is to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, some form of value, financial and/or status, or some form of classifications, or styles, or variations, or any and all combinations thereof, for the associated textile article or fashion design article.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Most textile articles and other fashion design articles include a label to indicate such information as the manufacturer, the distributor, trademark, logo, or care instructions for tending to such an article. Many of these labels are attached and bonded onto the textile articles and other fashion design articles in the neck, side, or waist area. Some trademarks and logos employ these labels to be attached and bonded onto the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles; some are attached and bonded directly onto such an article. There have been no known cases where a textile model insignia being employed as part of such aforementioned information, whether on the internal surface or on the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles.
Other products, such as motor vehicles and electronics equipments, have some type of model insignia to display on the external surface, which is uncovered and visible, to identify a model of a particular line of products. An implied advantage of such a display is to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, some form of value, financial and/or status, or some form of classifications, or styles, or variations, or any and all combinations thereof, for the associated line of products.
Like motor vehicles and electronics equipments and any other products in the market, textile articles and other fashion design articles do vary in values, in which some values are very expensive. On the other hand, unlike motor vehicles and electronics equipments, textile articles and other fashion design articles do not come with such a model insignia on the external surface of such textile articles and other fashion design articles to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, such a value, regardless what their costs are. In other words, when textile articles or other fashion design articles are worn, shown, displayed, uncovered, and/or visible, no model insignia as a model designation is displayed, uncovered, or visible to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, the status and value of the particular textile articles and fashion design articles. In general, it is not readily possible for the user to showoff the value of the textile article or a fashion design article being used. In order for an admirer of such a textile article or fashion design article to gain knowledge of the cost of such a textile article or fashion design article, he or she would have to know the information beforehand or would have to guess such information or would have to ask the wearer of such a textile article or fashion design article for such information. On the other hand, if the wearer wants to brag about the cost of the textile article or fashion design article, he or she would have to volunteer the information, perhaps doing so in a snobby fashion.
To solve this problem it has caused, it has been suggested to employ the textile model insignia of the present invention, whose construction is characterized by having such a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.
This new textile model insignia of the present invention has the advantages of providing a display of the value, financial and/or status, or some form of classifications, or styles, or variations, or any and all combinations thereof, for such a textile article or fashion design article. The textile model insignia of the present invention also creates a proud feeling in the textile article or fashion design article chosen by the user of such an article. This textile model insignia of the present invention can be used by one designer with a plurality of styles, which are within a certain price range or with various designers with many pluralities of styles, which are within a certain price range. All textile model insignias will be properly controlled by using a highly recognized identification to distinguish among various price ranges and among various designers. Each price range will be designated with a particular textile model insignia. A different version of textile model insignia may be assigned to each and every designer to differentiate one designer from another.
The textile model insignia according to the present invention has the advantages that were described above, plus others that can be readily observed from the detailed discussion of preparing the aforementioned textile model insignia. This provides an understanding of the characteristics previously explained, by simultaneously providing knowledge about several details which accompany the present invention. For such a purpose, drawings are provided only as samples and are not to limit the scope of this invention, since they represent practical examples of the textile model insignia of the present invention.
In the drawings, the figures only represent schematic attachments of a textile model insignia as seen from its exterior face.
Attachment of the textile model insignia to a textile article or fashion design article can be made by known mediums and according to the appended claims and according to the usual manufacturing methods, for obtaining its attachment to the corresponding product to which it may be applied.
It must be born in mind, in using the textile model insignia of the present invention, that it could be applied in all the variations that practical experience can advise, concerning shapes and dimensions, color variations, number of integrated pieces, materials used in the same and further accessory circumstances, so that it could be introduced in many modifications that result consistent with the essential results, since it remains all included in the spirit of the appended claims.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a display of a textile model insignia and a method of marking such a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles. Another object of the present invention is further to provide a display of a textile model insignia and a method of marking such a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, some form of value, financial and/or status, or some form of classifications, or styles, or variations, or any and all combinations thereof, of the particular textile article and fashion design article.
The object is given only by way of illustrative examples. Thus, other desirable objectives and advantages inherently achieved by the disclosed invention may occur or become apparent to those skilled in the art. The present invention is defined by the appended claims.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an act of marking a textile model insignia and a method of marking such a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles. The method comprises of a marking element wherein to include embroidery, dye, painting, clamping, stitching, sewing, stamping, pinning, adhesive, gluing, pressing, engraving, carving, burning, marking, drawing, sketching, heating, patching, or any and all manufacturing methods that would result with the same or similar effect(s) wherein to include attaching, mending, bonding, or binding to display, in this case, wherein to be a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles, in this case, wherein to include any and all clothing, swimwear, footwear, undergarment, headwear, sleepwear, eyewear, and fashion design accessories, and shall further explain wherein to include, dress shirts, polo shirts, pants, ties, jackets, shorts, gloves, mittens, dresses, bikinis, swimsuits, vests, scarves, suits, eye glass frames, sun glasses, raincoats, bathrobes, pajamas, umbrellas, sports bags, travel bags, luggage, briefcases, jeans, goggles, belts, trend coats, sweat shirts, sweat pants, gym suits, sweaters, sports coats, wallets, purses, handbags, totes, caps, hats, fragrance, colognes, perfumes, socks, shoes, boots, lingerie, jewelries, and any and all fashion design articles.
Further objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from a consideration of the following description and the appended claims when taken in connection with the previous discussion and the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The following is a detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, reference being made to the drawings in which the same reference numerals identify the same elements of structure in each of the several figures.
The present invention provides a display of a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto the external surface of textile articles and other fashion design articles.
It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the exact construction illustrated and described wherein, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims. It is also to be understood that the present invention is not only to the articles illustrated wherein, but the articles of this present invention are defined by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A textile model insignia and an act of marking such a textile model insignia and a method of marking such a textile model insignia and the like, comprising of:

a textile article or a fashion design article;

a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, wherein a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of such a textile article and a fashion design article.

2. The textile model insignia of claim 1, further explains wherein a marking element is employed to reveal a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

3. The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the act of marking a textile model insignia and a method of marking such a textile model insignia to reveal, at least a portion of, a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, which is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “marking” wherein shall include any and all acts and processes and methods and the like with the use of any and all manufacturing methods in which a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “marking element” wherein shall include embroidery, dye, painting, clamping, stitching, sewing, stamping, pinning, adhesive, gluing, pressing, engraving, carving, burning, marking, drawing, sketching, heating, patching, and any and all usual manufacturing methods that would result with the same or similar effect(s) in which a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “label” wherein shall include the use of any and all media and materials in which such a textile model insignia is adapted to be attached and bonded onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

7. The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains when such a label is not being employed, such a textile model insignia would be adapted to be attached and bonded directly onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

8. The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “manufacturing methods” wherein shall include embroidery, dye, painting, clamping, stitching, sewing, stamping, pinning, adhesive, gluing, pressing, engraving, carving, burning, marking, drawing, sketching, heating, patching, attaching, mending, bonding, binding, and any and all usual manufacturing methods that would result with the same or similar effect(s) in which a textile model insignia, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, is adapted to be attached and bonded, with the use of a label or directly without the use of a label, onto any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles.

9. The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “external surface” wherein shall include any and all portions of any and all external surface area or areas of textile articles and other fashion design articles that remain(s) uncovered and visible.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said terms “model” and/or “model insignia” wherein shall include any and all image(s), phrase(s), sentence(s), symbol(s), letter(s), number(s), and any and all combinations thereof to indicate some type of a model designation or the same, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, for textile articles and other fashion design articles.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, further explains the said terms “model” and/or “model insignia” wherein shall include any and all image(s), phrase(s), sentence(s), symbol(s), letter(s), number(s), and any and all combinations thereof, other than the designer's brand and/or logo, to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, expressed or implied, a model of a textile article or a fashion design article or the like.

12. The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains a textile model insignia wherein may appear in various sizes, colors, shapes, and/or forms.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said terms “model” and/or “model insignia” wherein shall have an object to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, some form of value, financial and/or status, or some form of classification, or styles, or variations, or any and all combinations thereof, for the associated textile article or fashion design article.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said terms “model” and/or “model insignia” wherein shall have an object to designate, to display, to indicate, to mean, and the like, in part or in whole, express or implied, a specific value, financial and/or status, or a specific classification, or a specific variation, or any and all combinations thereof, for a group of textile articles and other fashion design articles with the same price range, regardless whether such textile articles and other fashion design articles share the same style or not and regardless whether such textile articles and other fashion design articles share the same designer or not.

15. The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “textile articles and other fashion design articles” wherein shall include any and all clothing, swimwear, footwear, undergarment, headwear, sleepwear, eyewear, and fashion design accessories.

The textile model insignia of claim 1, wherein further explains the said term “textile articles and other fashion design articles” wherein shall further explain to include dress shirts, polo shirts, pants, ties, jackets, shorts, gloves, mittens, dresses, bikinis, swimsuits, vests, scarves, suits, belts, trend coats, sweat shirts, sweat pants, gym suits, eye glass frames, sun glasses, raincoats, bathrobes, pajamas, umbrellas, sports bags, travel bags, luggage, briefcases, jeans, goggles, sweaters, sports coats, wallets, purses, handbags, totes, caps, hats, fragrance, colognes, perfumes, socks, shoes, boots, lingerie, and jewelries.
