Abstract

A method is disclosed for manufacturing soft shoes, wherein the vamp, the insole and the outsole of the soft shoe are combined integrally, so that the soft shoe has an integrally formed structure, thereby enhancing the aesthetic quality of the soft shoe, and thereby enhancing the lifetime of the soft shoe. In addition, the soft shoe has a protective paint layer coated around the peripheral surface of the insole and the outsole, so that the protective paint layer is distributed around the surface of the soft shoe evenly and smoothly.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing soft shoes, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing soft shoes, such as slippers, sandals or the like.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • A conventional soft shoe 7, such as one of a pair of slippers, sandals or the like, in accordance with the prior art shown in FIG. 6 comprises an insole 72, a vamp 70 mounted on the top face of the insole 72, and an outsole 74 mounted on the bottom face of the insole 72. However, the vamp 70, the insole 72 and the outsole 74 are separated from each other, thereby decreasing the aesthetic quality of the soft shoe 7. In addition, the connections between the vamp 70, the insole 72 and the outsole 74 are easily worn out or broken, thereby decreasing the lifetime of the soft shoe 7.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing soft shoes, comprising:
  • a) cutting a soft foamable material according to a determined size of a shoe to form a sheet shaped blank material;
  • b) cutting the sheet blank material into a profile of an insole having a plurality of holes for mounting a vamp to form a sheet shaped semi-product;
  • c) applying a bridging agent to perform a bridge doping treatment on a peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and an inner edge of each of the holes of the insole;
  • d) performing a consolidation doping treatment on the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and each of the holes of the insole;
  • e) doping a colored elastomeric paint on the peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes of the insole;
  • f) doping a colorless elastomeric paint on the peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes of the insole;
  • h) combining a vamp, the insole and an outsole of the sheet shaped semi-product to form a primary semi-product shoe;
  • i) grinding an edge of the primary semi-product shoe to form a secondary semi-product shoe having an arcuate and smooth edge;
  • j) applying a bridging agent to perform a bridge doping treatment on a surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
  • k) performing a consolidation doping treatment on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
  • m) doping a colorless elastomeric paint on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe to form a product shoe.
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing soft shoes, wherein the vamp, the insole and the outsole are combined integrally, so that the soft shoe has an integrally formed structure, thereby enhancing the aesthetic quality of the soft shoe, and thereby enhancing the lifetime of the soft shoe.
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing soft shoes, wherein the soft shoe has a protective paint layer coated around the peripheral surface of the insole and the outsole, so that the protective paint layer is distributed around the surface of the soft shoe evenly and smoothly.
  • A further objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing soft shoes, wherein the consumption of the used paint is reduced largely, and the manufacturing speed of the soft shoe is increased relatively.
  • Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a soft shoe in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded-perspective view of the soft shoe as shown in FIG. 1.
  • FIG. 3 is a partially perspective view of the soft shoe as shown in FIG. 1.
  • FIG. 4 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing the soft shoe as shown in FIG. 1.
  • FIG. 5 is a flow chart of the method for manufacturing the soft shoe as shown in FIG. 1.
  • FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a conventional soft shoe in accordance with the prior art.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1-3, a soft shoe 4, such as one of a pair of slippers, sandals or the like, in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises an insole 2 having a top face formed with a plurality of holes 5, a vamp 1 mounted on the top face of the insole 2 and having a plurality of legs 11 secured in the holes 5 of the insole 2, an outsole 3 mounted on a bottom face of the insole 2, a shoe material 6 mounted between the insole 2 and the outsole 3, and a protective paint layer 40 coated around a peripheral surface of the insole 2 and the outsole 3.
  • As shown in FIG. 3, the top face of the insole 2 is formed with a protruding portion 7 which is also encompassed by the protective paint layer 40.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1-4, a method for manufacturing the soft shoe 4 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps:
  • a) cutting a soft foamable material according to a determined size of a shoe to form a sheet shaped blank material;
  • b) cutting the sheet blank material into a profile of an insole 2 having a plurality of holes 5 for mounting a vamp 1 to form a sheet shaped semi-product;
  • c) applying a bridging agent to perform a bridge doping treatment on a peripheral surface of the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and an inner edge of each of the holes 5 of the insole 2;
  • d) performing a consolidation doping treatment on the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and each of the holes 5 of the insole 2;
  • e) doping a colored elastomeric paint on the peripheral surface of the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes 5 of the insole 2;
  • f) doping a colorless elastomeric paint on the peripheral surface of the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes 5 of the insole 2;
  • g) applying a relatively harder paint to perform a screen printing treatment on the peripheral surface of the insole 2 of the sheet-shaped semi-product to form an anti-slip pattern;
  • g1) forming a protruding portion 7 on the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product.
  • In the step c), the bridge doping treatment is performed by one time or several times. In addition, the doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer.
  • In the step d), the consolidation doping treatment is performed by one time or several times. In addition, the doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer. In the step d), the consolidation doping treatment uses a relatively harder paint. In addition, after the step d), a drying treatment is performed by an oven on the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and each of the holes 5 of the insole 2.
  • In the step e), the colored elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint and doped on the peripheral surface of the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes 5 of the insole 2 by one time or several times.
  • In the step f), the colorless elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint and doped on the peripheral surface of the insole 2 of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes 5 of the insole 2 by one time or several times.
  • In the step g), the screen printing treatment is performed by one time or several times.
  • In the step g1), a smaller shoe material 6 is bonded on the bottom face of the insole 2, so that the insole 2 is formed with the protruding portion 7.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1-5, the method for manufacturing the soft shoe 4 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises the following steps:
  • h) combining a vamp 1, the insole 2 and an outsole 3 of the sheet shaped semi-product to form a primary semi-product shoe;
  • i) grinding an edge of the primary semi-product shoe to form a secondary semi-product shoe having an arcuate and smooth edge;
  • j) applying a bridging agent to perform a bridge doping treatment on a surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
  • k) performing a consolidation doping treatment on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
  • l) doping a colored elastomeric paint on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
  • m) doping a colorless elastomeric paint on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe to form a product shoe 4.
  • In the step j), the bridge doping treatment is performed by one time or several times. In addition, the doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer.
  • In the step k), the consolidation doping treatment is performed by one time or several times. In addition, the doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer. In the step k), the consolidation doping treatment uses a relatively harder paint. In addition, after the step k), a drying treatment is performed by an oven on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe.
  • In the step l), the colored elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint and doped on the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe by one time or several times.
  • In the step m), the colorless elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint and doped on the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe by one time or several times.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the soft shoe 4 has a protective paint layer 40 coated around the peripheral surface of the insole 2 and the outsole 3.
  • Accordingly, the vamp 1, the insole 2 and the outsole 3 are combined integrally, so that the soft shoe 4 has an integrally formed structure, thereby enhancing the aesthetic quality of the soft shoe 4, and thereby enhancing the lifetime of the soft shoe 4. In addition, the soft shoe 4 has a protective paint layer 40 coated around the peripheral surface of the insole 2 and the outsole 3, so that the protective paint layer 40 is distributed around the surface of the soft shoe 4 evenly and smoothly. Further, the consumption of the used paint is reduced largely, and the manufacturing speed of the soft shoe 4 is increased relatively.
  • Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.

Claims (18)

1. A method for manufacturing soft shoes, comprising:
a) cutting a soft foamable material according to a determined size of a shoe to form a sheet shaped blank material;
b) cutting the sheet blank material into a profile of an insole having a plurality of holes for mounting a vamp to form a sheet shaped semi-product;
c) applying a bridging agent to perform a bridge doping treatment on a peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and an inner edge of each of the holes of the insole;
d) performing a consolidation doping treatment on the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and each of the holes of the insole;
e) doping a colored elastomeric paint on the peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes of the insole;
f) doping a colorless elastomeric paint on the peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and the inner edge of each of the holes of the insole;
h) combining a vamp, the insole and an outsole of the sheet shaped semi-product to form a primary semi-product shoe;
i) grinding an edge of the primary semi-product shoe to form a secondary semi-product shoe having an arcuate and smooth edge;
j) applying a bridging agent to perform a bridge doping treatment on a surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
k) performing a consolidation doping treatment on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe;
m) doping a colorless elastomeric paint on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe to form a product shoe.
2. The method in accordance with claim 1, after the step f) further comprising:
g) applying a relatively harder paint to perform a screen printing treatment on the peripheral surface of the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product to form an anti-slip pattern.
3. The method in accordance with claim 2, after the step g) further comprising:
g1) forming a protruding portion on the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product.
4. The method in accordance with claim 3, wherein in the step g1), a smaller shoe material is bonded on the bottom face of the insole, so that the insole is formed with the protruding portion.
5. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step c), doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer.
6. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step d), the doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer.
7. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step d), the consolidation doping treatment uses a relatively harder paint.
8. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein after the step d), a drying treatment is performed by an oven on the insole of the sheet shaped semi-product and each of the holes of the insole.
9. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step e), the colored elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint.
10. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step f), the colorless elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint.
11. The method in accordance with claim 1, after the step k) further comprising:
l) doping a colored elastomeric paint on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe.
12. The method in accordance with claim 11, wherein in the step l), is the colored elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint.
13. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step j), doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer.
14. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step k), the doping treatment is performed by a paint roller, a paint brush or a paint sprayer.
15. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step k), the consolidation doping treatment uses a relatively harder paint.
16. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein after the step k), a drying treatment is performed by an oven on the surface of the edge of the secondary semi-product shoe.
17. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein in the step m), the colorless elastomeric paint is a relatively softer paint.
18. The method in accordance with claim 1, wherein the product shoe has a protective paint layer coated around the peripheral surface of the insole and the outsole.
