Abstract
A noble metal piece 10 so formed that a metal having positive potentials 14 and a metal having negative potentials such as titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof 13 are arranged side by side to form an outer surface of the noble metal piece 10 and the noble metal pieces 10 so formed that a metal is subjected to ion plating with titanium or the oxide thereof, the nitride thereof or the carbide thereof, for example, titanium dioxide (TiO2) 13 are arranged in an adequate manner to be beaded with a piece of string 11 to finally form a noble metal chain 12. With such a structure, the present invention provides an accessory featured in making a good show as an accessory, raising static electricity due to a friction upon contacting the skin by a free movement, enabling ion supply to a surface of the body owing to a semiconductor action, and enabling a more effective generation of ion under sun violet ray resulting in producing high healing effect.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a minus ion generating accessory capable of facilitating a health maintenance and promoting a vitalization by wearing the accessory in the form of a necklace or a bracelet.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- Examples of the accessory relating to a health care for improving the circulation of the blood and for alleviating the stiff neck include ones which generate magnet or far infrared radiation as a weak energy. Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 10-295830 discloses a biologic ion regulation adhesive body composed of a metal having positive potentials and a metal having negative potentials, with the metals being formed into adhesive layers to finally form the integral adhesive body.
- Due to a metal structure having the ion generating function, the above stated biologic ion regulation adhesive body achieves an effective ion generation, and the obtained effect owing to the minus ion and a partial occurrence of a slight current will transfer an electrical stimulation given to a pore to autonomic nerve through neuron, thereby facilitating a recovery of a biologic function controlled by sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve, for example, by means of expanding a blood capillary of an affected part in order to increase blood flow.
- With the above stated adhesive body, it is difficult to effectively obtain a difference in potential between a positive potential and a negative potential and a good ion generating function since it is fixed on the skin. Further, such effect will be obtainable only at a position where the adhesive body was adhered. If a healing is required for a larger area, a larger adhesive body is necessary. The larger adhesive body may disturb a person from moving freely and will not look nice.
- A purpose of the present invention is to resolve the above stated drawbacks of the conventional art and to provide the accessory for generating minus ion which looks nice when wearing as an accessory, raises electrostatic by a friction due to a free movement of the accessory, enables an ion supply onto a surface of the body owing to a semiconductor action, and generates ion effectively under sun violet ray in order to obtain a good healing effect.
- To achieve the above purpose, according to the invention in
claim 1, the noble metal piece is so formed that the metal having positive potentials and the metal having negative potentials such as titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof, carbide thereof are arranged side by side to form an outer surface of the noble metal piece, and a plurality of such noble metal pieces are beaded together through a piece of string to form a noble metal chain. - A human body includes body fluid (water) by approximately 60 to 70% of the entire body and the body fluid includes electrolyte and nonelectrolyte in a blended manner. The electrolyte includes plus ion and minus ion which are balancing each other. Off-balance between these plus ions and minus ions tends to cause various diseases and illnesses. It is said that the ion distribution balance enclosing a cell has a close relationship with a neurofibril and therefore exerts a large affects on a return of health and a progress of disease for the entire body. These plus ion and minus ion exist through a cell film of which permeability changes depending on an electrical potential of the positive and negative potentials. The ion organically moves through the entire body on the basis of a certain rule. The movement of the ion is affected strongly by strength or a distribution of ion electrons between an inner environment and an outer environment of the body.
- According to an invention of
claim 1, the plurality of the noble metal pieces are beaded by the piece of the string to form the noble metal chain, in which each noble metal piece includes the metal having positive potentials and the metal having negative potentials which are arranged side by side to form the outer surface of the noble metal piece, and thereby the difference in potential therebetween causes minus ion from an anode side to stimulate the skin. An increased generation of minus ion can be facilitated by a combination of one or two of Au, Pt and Ag as a major metal having positive potentials with titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof as a major metal having negative potentials. Then, the noble metal chain is worn as noble metal accessory such as the necklace, the bracelet, a ring or the like, and thus the chain with minus ion always contacts the skin. - Further, the noble metal chain formed into the necklace, the bracelet or the like will move as the body moves to cause the static electricity due to the friction with the skin, which increases the generation of the minus ion from the anode side due to the difference in potential to produce better effect.
- Generally, tiredness invites an increase of lactic acid, an increase of plus ion, and off-balance of ion in the body. The present invention forces to control the off-balance of the ion from the outside by giving minus ion stimulation. (remedy of abnormal potential of a surface of the body by negative potential effect)
- A remedy of fluctuation of blood flow (1/f) will reduce pain.
- If titanium dioxide (TiO2) among the titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof is used, generation of minus ion due to photocatalytic reaction effect can be expected.
- The photocatalytic reaction due to the titanium dioxide (TiO2) is described hereinafter. Due to the absorption of light in titanium oxide, there are made two carriers such as an electron (e−) and a positive hole (h+), although these carriers are recombined immediately in the case of normal material, each carrier stays as they are in the case of the titanium dioxide photocatalyst, resulting in the generation of the minus ion.
- According to the invention in
claim 2, the noble metal piece is so formed that the noble metal is subjected to an ion plating with the titanium or the oxide thereof, the nitride thereof or the carbide thereof, and further subjected to a coating with a silicon resin film, and then the plurality of the noble metal pieces are beaded with the piece of string to finally form the noble metal chain. - According to the invention in
claim 2, the generation of minus ion is facilitated by the semiconductor action. The noble metal piece is so formed that the noble metal is subjected to the ion plating with titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof and then is coated with the silicon resin film, in which the silicon resin film as a P-type semiconductor thin film produces the semiconductor effect as shown inFIG. 4 when metal having negative potentials such as the titanium or the oxide thereof, the nitride thereof or the carbide thereof is combined with the silicon (Si) resin film. -
FIG. 5 illustrates a potential of a normal skin.FIG. 6 illustrates a potential of abnormal skin. In figures, 1 denotes a nerve, 2 denotes a cornified surface layer, 3 denotes an epidermis, 4 denotes a basement membrane and 5 denotes a corium. - When the noble metal piece as the P-type semiconductor thin film which produces the semiconductor effect is brought into contact with the abnormal skin, positive potentials are removed from the skin by means of the metal having negative potentials as shown in
FIG. 7 to only allow for negative potentials to flow. - Similar to the advantageous result produced by the invention in
claim 1, off-balance of the ion is forcedly controlled from the outside by giving stimulation of minus ion. (remedy of the abnormal potentials of the surface of the body owing to the negative potential effect) Also, pain can be effectively removed by the remedy of fluctuation of blood flow (1/f). - Further, similar to the advantageous result produced by the invention in
claim 1, the plurality of the noble metal pieces are beaded with the piece of string so as to rotate themselves, respectively. The noble metal chain formed into the necklace, the bracelet or the like moves as the body moves. The rotation of the pieces composing the chain and a movement of the entire chain synergize to generate the static electricity by the friction with the skin, which increases the generation of the minus ion from the anode side due to the difference in potential to produce better effect. - Further, the coating with the silicon (Si) resin film will provide a protection from the metal allergy or the like.
- According to the invention in
claim 3, the noble metal piece which is so formed that the metal having positive potentials and the metal having negative potentials such as titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof are arranged side by side to finally form the outer surface of the noble metal piece, and the plurality of the noble metal pieces, each of which is so formed that the noble metal is subjected to the ion plating with the titanium or the oxide thereof, the nitride thereof or the carbide thereof, and further subjected to the coating with the silicon (Si) resin film, are beaded in line through the piece of string to form the noble metal chain. - According to the invention in
claims 3, the noble metal piece having the actions as defined inclaim 1 and the noble metal piece having the actions as defined inclaim 2 are combined to facilitate more effective generation of the minus ion owing to the combined functions thereof. - According to the invention in
claim 4,in addition to the actions as defined inclaims 1 to 3, the noble metal pieces are not beaded with the piece of string in a fixing manner but are beaded in a freely rotatable manner. - According to the invention in
claim 4, the noble metal pieces which are beaded with the piece of string are freely rotatable, respectively, and when the noble metal pieces are formed into the noble metal chain such as the necklace, the bracelet or the like, the chain itself will move as the body moves as well. The rotation of the pieces composing the chain and the movement of the chain in its entirety synergistically act to generate the static electricity by the friction with the skin, which increases the generation of the minus ion from the anode side due to the difference in potential to produce better effect. - According to the invention in claims 5, in addition to
claim 4, the piece of string is made of a noble metal of a kind different from that forming the noble metal piece. - According to the invention in claim 5, in addition to the actions as stated above, since the piece of string is made of the noble metal of the kind different from that forming the noble metal piece, the difference in potential between the piece of string and the noble metal piece as well as between the noble metal for forming the piece of string and the titanium or the oxide thereof, the nitride thereof or the carbide thereof is caused to increase the generation of the minus ion from the anode side owing to the difference in potential.
- As stated above, the minus ion generating accessory according to the present invention makes a good showing since it works as an accessory and produces a good healing effect since the free movement of the accessory raises the static electricity due to the friction upon contacting with the skin, which results in inviting the effective generation of the ion.
- The minus ion generated by the accessory according to the present invention provides the advantageous result in neutralization and purification of oxidization of the body, relaxation and recovery from tiredness, and health enhancement and disease prevention.

FIG. 12 illustrates an action of another example of the noble metal piece of the minus ion generating accessory according to the present invention. - Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail.
FIG. 1 is the partial front view illustrating one embodiment of the minus ion generating accessory according to the present invention.FIG. 2 is the entire front view ofFIG. 1 .FIG. 3 is a front view of the noble metal piece when it is used in the accessory such as the necklace or bracelet. - In figures, 10 denotes the noble metal piece, which is beaded with the piece of
string 11 to form thechain 12. Thenoble metal piece 10 includes the surface of the metal havingpositive potentials 14 and the surface of the metal having negative potentials such as the titanium dioxide (TiO2) 13 which is the oxide of Ti, with the surfaces being arranged side by side to form the outer surface of the noble metal piece. As for the metal havingpositive potentials 14, one kind or two kinds are selected from a group of Au, Pt, Ag, gold (Au) alloy, platinum (Pt) alloy or silver (Ag) alloy. - The
noble metal piece 10 is manufactured in the following steps. For example, the hollowcylindrical body 20 is made of gold (Au) alloy as shown inFIG. 8 , and then is subjected to the ion plating with the titanium dioxide (TiO2) 13. The ion plating is a method in which a plating material is evaporated by plasma under reduced pressure, partially ionized to accelerate the ionization with the application of an electric field, such that a material to be plated is deposited with a large energy in order to obtain an improved adhesive ability and the film property. The ion plating is featured in that the compound which can not be made by means of wet plating process can be made, a close contact between a base metal and a film can be achieved, low temperature in the process can be realized, an accuracy of a dimension of the base metal can be kept, and no-pollution can be realized since the process does not involve toxic substance. - The entire noble metal piece (both surfaces of the inner periphery and the outer periphery) is coated with a coating film of the titanium dioxide (TiO2) 13 by the ion plating as described above. Then, the noble metal piece is subjected to a diamond bite to be polished to remove the coating film of the
titanium dioxide 13 as shown inFIGS. 9A and 9B . The portion where the coating film is removed exposes a surface of gold (Au) alloy which is a raw material of the noble metal. The exposed portion is a portion of the metal havingpositive potentials 14. - Subsequent to the foregoing, caps 16 made of the gold (Au) alloy is caulked on open surfaces of both ends to form a closed hollow body. The
caps 16 become portions of the metal havingpositive potentials 14. Thecaps 16 have holes at the centers thereof, respectively, through which the piece ofstring 11 passes. - With the above stated step, the
noble metal piece 10 which is so formed that the metal havingpositive potentials 14 and thetitanium dioxide 13 as the metal having negative potentials are arranged side by side to finally form the outer surface of thenoble metal piece 10. Thenoble metal piece 10 and asmall piece 17 made of uncoated gold (Au) alloy and shorter than thenoble metal piece 10 are arranged side by side to be beaded through the piece ofstring 11 so as to form thechain 12. The piece ofstring 11 may be made of noble metal, for example, platinum (Pt) alloy. Aclasp 18 is provided at an end of thechain 12 -
FIG. 10 illustrates a view showing thenoble metal piece 10 formed in such a manner as stated above. - There are the metal having positive potentials and the metal having negative potentials in view of the normal electrode potential of metals, and the electrochemical series of these metals is known as the Galvanic Series. The metals between a high potential and a low potential are exemplified as TiO2/TiO22++2.18V, Au/Au1++1.7V, Au/Au3++1.498V, Pt/Pt2++1.2V, Pd/Pd2++0.987V, Rh/Rh3++0.8V, Ag/Ag1++0.799V, Hg/Hg1++0.789V, MoO2/MoO22−+0.66V, Cu/Cu2++0.377V, Ti3+/TiO2++0.1V, Fe/Fe1+−0.036V, WO3/W−0.09V, Mo/Mo1+−0.2V, Ni/Ni1+−0.25V, Ga/Ga1+−0.45V, TiO2/Ti−0.85V, W/WO42−−1.05V, Zr/Zr4+−1.53V, Ti/Ti2+−1.628V, Al/Al1+−1.662V.
- The accessory according to the present invention contacts the body directly, such that practically suitable materials to be used are Au, Pt, Ag and Ti except for metals having a strong sensitization reaction and metals having toxicity against biologic body.
- The increased minus ion generation can be facilitated in such a manner that one of Au, Pt, Ag is used as the major metal having positive potentials to be combined with Ti or at least one of the oxides thereof, the nitride thereof or the carbide thereof as the major metal having negative potentials.
- According to a second embodiment of the present invention as shown in
FIG. 11 , the outer surface of thenoble metal pieces 10 is coated with the silicon (Si)resin coating film 19. In this case, the silicon resin is deposited by plasma. - According to the second embodiment, the generation of the minus ion is facilitated by the semiconductor action, and the
titanium dioxide 13 as the metal having negative potentials is combined with the silicon (Si)resin coating film 19 to force the silicon (Si)resin coating film 19 to work as the P-type semiconductor thin film for the sake of the semiconductor effect. In such a case, the metal havingpositive potentials 14 may not necessarily contribute to the generation of the minus ion. - Further, according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the
noble metal piece 10 according to the first embodiment and thenoble metal piece 10 with thesilicon resin film 19 according to the second embodiment are arranged side by side to be beaded with the piece ofstring 11 to finally form thechain 12. The pieces may be arranged in such a manner that one of the pieces is placed every one piece or every several pieces with regard to the other piece. - In the above stated embodiments, the
noble metal pieces 10 together with thecaps 16 andsmall pieces 17 are made of gold (Au) alloy for the sake of an example. Another embodiment may be adoptable that thenoble metal pieces 10 together with thecaps 16 and thesmall pieces 17 are made of another noble metal alloy such as platinum (Pt) alloy or the like. If thenoble metal pieces 10 together with thecaps 16 and thesmall pieces 17 are made of platinum (Pt) alloy, the piece ofstring 11 is to be made of gold alloy. - Further, in stead of the
titanium dioxide 13, titanium (Ti) or other titanium compounds such as titanium carbide (TiC), titanium nitride (TiN) and the like may be deposited by means of the ion plating. - The
titanium dioxide 13 coating thenoble metal piece 10 is in black or blue color, whereas the titanium (Ti) or the like can be colored in white or other colors. - According to still another embodiment, the
titanium dioxide 13, in stead of thenoble metal piece 10, is used as a core, with the silicon (Si)resin film 19 coated, as shown inFIG. 12 . - As stated above, the minus ion generating accessory according to the present invention is featured in making a good show since it is formed into the accessory, raising the static electricity caused by the friction due to the free movement upon contacting the skin, resulting in generating ion more effectively, and thus producing better healing effect.
- The advantageous result of the accessory having minus ion effect according to the present invention is neutralization and purification of oxidization of the body, relaxation and recovery from tiredness, and health enhancement and disease prevention.
Claims (5)
1. A minus ion generating accessory comprising a noble metal piece so formed that a metal having positive potentials and a metal having negative potentials such as titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof are arranged side by side to form an outer surface of the noble metal piece, wherein a plurality of the noble metal pieces are beaded with a piece of string to finally form a noble metal chain.
2. A minus ion generating accessory comprising a noble metal piece so formed that the noble metal is subjected to ion plating with titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof and is further coated with a silicon resin film, wherein a plurality of resulting noble metal pieces are beaded with a piece of string to finally form a noble metal chain.
3. A minus ion generating accessory, wherein a noble metal piece so formed that a metal having positive potentials and a metal having negative potentials such as titanium or oxide thereof, nitride thereof or carbide thereof are arranged side by side to form an outer surface of the noble metal piece and the noble metal piece so formed that a noble metal is subjected to ion plating with the titanium or the oxide thereof, the nitride thereof or carbide thereof, and further coated with a silicon resin film are arranged adequately side by side to be beaded with a piece of string to finally form a noble metal chain.
4. The minus ion generating accessory as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3 , wherein the noble metal piece is not fixed to the piece of string such that the noble metal piece itself can rotate freely.
5. The minus ion generating accessory as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the piece of string is made of the noble metal of a kind different from the noble metal forming the noble metal piece.
