Abstract

A wipe dispenser designed with a contour shape to provide comfort and convenience by attaching dispenser belt clip or belt loop to user trousers for mobility. Compartments hold wipes secure with snap closure to protect wipe pack and insert wipe refills while dispenser is on the waist. Wide shaft window allow a fraction of wipe sheets to be pulled and leave at rest. During the instant demand of a wipe, small compartment open and close with the touch of a finger. The user can snap open small compartment and slide out a sheet(s), thereby providing the user with accessibility. Thus a considerably more versatile wipe dispenser is provided, that can be portable to provide more convenience whenever in need and more freedom of movement during work or recreation.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A wipe dispenser designed with a contour shape to provide comfort and convenience by attaching dispenser belt clip or belt loop to user trousers for mobility. Compartments hold wipes secure with snap closure to protect wipe pack and insert wipe refills while dispenser is on the waist. Wide shaft window allow a fraction of wipe sheets to be pulled and leave at rest. Small compartment open and close with the touch of a finger. During the instant demand of a wipe, the user can snap open small compartment and slide out a sheet(s), thereby providing the user with accessibility. Thus a considerably more versatile wipe dispenser is provided, that can be portable to provide more convenience whenever in need and more freedom of movement during work or recreation.
This invention relates to sanitizer wipes dispenser, specifically to miniaturize sanitizer wipes dispenser having means that allow users to become mobile. Sanitizer wipes dispenser are often bulky, which can deny there user comfort and accessibility. Sanitizer wipes dispensers accessibility, is largely a matter of being portable, providing the dispensers user within arms length of a sanitizer wipe and a matter of providing the user with adequate freedom to move. Most wipe dispensers provide portability in only a rather narrow range of different shapes. So, wipe dispenser manufacturers have long sought means of effectively adjusting the suitability of wipe dispensers to fit a wider range of handling. Some examples of sanitary dispensers/cases are seen in the following U.S. patents:
Huang, U.S. Pat. No. 7,028,840, illustrates a package and method for storing and dispensing wet wipes in a pop-up format. This product is big and bulky. Have to rely on pop-up format for dispensing which will cause inconvenience if springs for pop-up feature, malfunctions. Another problem is the product cannot be operated with one hand due to the size and the pop-up mechanism.
Yelton, U.S. Pat. No. 6,729,498, utilizes a unitary living hinge and a pop-up cover. This product uses springs to open wipe dispenser which can be an inconvenience if malfunction occurs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention is an improved wipe dispenser that is small in size with belt loop or belt clip on the back of the dispenser. These clips and loops give stability to the case when attached to user. A small compartment opens to encase a pack of wipes. The wipe compartment is snapped tightly to ensure that the pack of wipes, do not fall out. Another compartment is use to retrieve the wipes, which is air tight when snapped closed. Invention will come in assortment of colors.
Accordingly, several objects and advantages of the invention are to provide and improved wipe dispenser, to provide means of easy access, convenience for sanitary wipes during the time of need, to provide a dispenser that gives comfort while on the move, to provide a more user friendly, yet economical wipe dispenser. Still, further objects and advantages will become apparent from a study of the following description and the accompanying drawings.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring now to the drawing, FIG. 1 is a perspective view taken from the user's front view of the dispenser 18 constructed in accordance with the invention. Note that each compartment 13, 14, and 15 is snap 19, 20, 21 closed blocking air from entering the wipe dispenser 18. The back portion of the wipe dispenser 18 (not shown) has a belt clip 11 or belt loop 12, circumferentially mounted on compartment 13.
FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the dispenser, showing cradle compartment 14 open. Packs of wipes can now be placed in cradle compartment 14. The shaft window 16 portion of cradle compartment 14 allow the wipes to be pulled through.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the dispenser taken from the front, showing compartment 15 open. Pulling down shaft door 17 leaves an opening to the window 16 for wipes to be pulled and rest into small compartment 15.
FIG. 4 is a perspective right-side view of the dispenser showing all compartments 13, 14, and 15 closed. The back portion has a belt clip 11 that is used for snapping onto a belt.
FIG. 5 is a perspective right-side view of the dispenser of FIG. 2 showing the cradle compartment 14 opened to place packs of wipes in.
FIG. 6 is a perspective right-side view of the dispenser of FIG. 3 showing the small compartment 15 open and optional belt loop 12. At this stage all compartments are snapped together.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the wipe dispenser 18, taken from the back with belt clip 11 mounted to compartment 13.

Various details of design and construction may be modified without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:
In operation, the case is carried on person(s) hip. The user can, when desired, use belt clip claim 11 or belt loop 12 to secure the case to pants. When the case is attached to trousers, three compartments are able to open (FIGS. 6 and 7).
1. The cradle compartment of claim 14 snap 20 open away from compartment claim 13 allowing biodegradable packs of wipe sheets to be placed inside cradle compartment claim 14.
2. When small compartment claim 15 is snap 21 open away from cradle compartment claim 14, slide down the shaft door claim door 17 that is connected to cradle compartment claim 14, pull a fraction of the first biodegradable wipe sheet through the shaft window claim 16, lift shaft door claim 17 up to close shaft window claim 16. When the user wishes to dispense biodegradable wipe sheets from the case simply open small compartment claim 15 and simply slide desired amount of sheets out of the case, then close small compartment claim 15 to cradle compartment claim 14 by snapping them together, insulating the case and preventing the air from coming in contact with biodegradable wipe sheets.

Claims

1. In an wipe dispenser case, the combination of a plurality of a rectangular compartments is as fallow; comprising a main portion, an cradle portion, and small portion all interconnecting by snap member;

A snap assembly comprising an upper main snap member, an upper cradle snap member, and a upper small snap member means to support for closure and constructed and arrange to secure the compartments to guarantee insulation within compartment;

A plurality of snap members each fixed to a different one of the upper compartment portion; and

A plurality of joint members each extending at the bottom from end to the other of compartment portion;

2. The combination defined in claim 1, wherein the small portion opens angle away from the cradle portion whereby the main the compartment mount to belt clip.

3. The combination define in claim 2, wherein the main portion connecting to the middle portion are in form of a hallow rectangle shape and the inside thereof include space more in depth for storage.

4. An wipe dispenser case of claim 3 wherein said main portion comprising a downwardly opening clip adapted to receive mobility.

5. An wipe dispenser case of claim 2 wherein said small and cradle compartment comprises a jigsaw opening snap socket adopted to receive interlock connection when close.

6. An wipe dispenser case of claim 5 wherein said small portion further comprises means to prevent air from intruding into case when dispenser case is close.

7. An wipe dispenser case of claim 1 said compartments portion are mold from Copolymer, and vinyl material.

8. An wipe dispenser case comprising a plurality of compartments each including a upper snap member and a lower joint member s, the main and cradle portion similar in size, wherein the small portion is differentiate in the in the form of a rectangle having shorter sides, the main and cradle portion open and close interconnecting jigsaw snaps, wherein the cradle and small portion open and close interconnecting jigsaw snaps.

9. An wipe dispenser case of claim 8 further comprising small compartment assembly comprising upper snap member and lower joint member, and wherein the upper snap member interlock with the front cradle snap member, and the lower joint member is extended across the cradle portion, whereby the small portion can open and close.
