Abstract
An anti-scrape plastic package box includes a plastic sheet, a connecting section, a figure layer and a cover layer. The plastic sheet has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The connecting section is a flap section extending from one end of the plastic sheet. The connecting section is adhered to the second surface of the other end of the plastic sheet. After adhered to the other end of the plastic sheet, the plastic sheet becomes a receptacle enclosing an internal space. The figure layer is disposed on the first surface of the plastic sheet. The cover layer is formed of a hardening agent painted on the outer face of the figure layer.
Description
- The present invention is related to a package box, and more particularly to an anti-scrape plastic package box printed with a figure.
- A conventional paper-made package box is made from a paper sheet having an adhering side. The adhering side is adhered to the other side of the paper sheet to form a receptacle having an internal space. The outer surface of the paper sheet is printed with a figure as an advertisement or a description of the commercial product packaged in the box. The adhering side is adhered to an inner face of the paper-made package box so as to achieve a beautiful appearance without affecting the demonstration of the figure.
-
FIGS. 1 and 2 show another type ofplastic package box 90 made from a transparentplastic sheet 91. One end of theplastic sheet 91 has anadhering side 92 which is adhered to the other end of theplastic sheet 91 to form a receptacle having an internal space. Theplastic sheet 91 is also printed with afigure 93 . The paint is uneasy to attach to the plastic material. In the case that thefigure 93 is printed on the outer surface of thepackage box 90, thefigure 93 tends to detach from the box to ruin the appearance when transferred, taken, etc. Therefore, theFIG. 93 must be printed on the inner face of thepackage box 90. Under such circumstance, in the case that theadhering side 92 is adhered to the inner face of thepackage box 90, theadhering side 92 is adhered on thefigure 93 . Due to the pulling force of the adhesive, thefigure 93 is apt to peel off from the inner face of thepackage box 90. As a result, theadhering side 92 tends to detach from the inner face. Therefore, the adheringside 92 needs to be adhered to the outer face of thepackage box 90. Accordingly, the outer face of thepackage box 90 is unsmooth. Therefore, such package box 90 has a poor appearance and is easy to scrape a user. Moreover, in the case that the outer face of theplastic package box 90 is scraped, thefigure 93 printed on the inner face will be fogged. - It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide an anti-scrape plastic package box which has an anti-scrape surface. Accordingly, the package box will not be abraded and can keep a good appearance.
- It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above anti-scrape plastic package box which has better structural strength and can be more safely used.
- According to the above objects, the anti-scrape plastic package box of the present invention includes a plastic sheet, a connecting section, a figure layer and a cover layer.
- The present invention can be best understood through the following description and accompanying drawings wherein:
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of a conventional plastic package box; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the conventional plastic package box; -
FIG. 3 is a perspective exploded view of the plastic package box of the present invention; and -
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the plastic package box of the present invention. - Please refer to
FIGS. 3 and 4 . The anti-scrapeplastic package box 1 of the present invention includes aplastic sheet 12, a connectingsection 14, afigure layer 16 and acover layer 18. - The
plastic sheet 12 has afirst surface 22 and asecond surface 24 opposite to each other. Theplastic sheet 12 can be made of PVC, PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PP or MILA material. - The connecting
section 14 is a flap section extending from one end of theplastic sheet 12. The connectingsection 14 is fixedly connected with thesecond surface 24 of the other end of theplastic sheet 12. After connected, theplastic sheet 12 becomes a receptacle enclosing an internal space in which an article can be contained. - The
figure layer 16 is printed on thefirst surface 22 of theplastic sheet 12. - The
cover layer 18 is formed of a hardening agent painted and adhered to the outer face of thefigure layer 16 for preventing thefigure layer 16 from being scraped or abraded. Thecover layer 18 is made of a compound of a PU material such as PU and an isocyanate material such as polyisocyanate, which are mixed and hardened to form the compound. - The
figure layer 16 is printed on thefirst surface 22 as necessary. Thefigure layer 16 can include colorful characters, pictures, etc. For example, thefigure 16 can be a commercially distinguishable drawing, a product description or a colorful beautifying picture for attracting consumers. - The outermost layer of the anti-scrape
plastic package box 1 of the present invention is the hardeningcover layer 18. The middle layer is thefigure layer 16, while the innermost layer is theplastic sheet 12. The outerhardening cover layer 18 serves to protect themiddle figure layer 16 and the innerplastic sheet 12. - According to the above arrangement, the anti-scrape
plastic package box 1 of the present invention has the following advantages: -
- 1. Under the protection of the
cover layer 18, thefigure layer 16 can be disposed on the outer face of thepackage box 1. The connectingsection 14 can be adhered to the inner face of thepackage box 1. Thepackage box 1 of the present invention has better structural strength and can be more safely used. - 2. The
cover layer 18 serves as an anti-scrape surface of thepackage box 1 so that thepackage box 1 will not be abraded and thepackage box 1 can keep a good appearance. - 3. The
plastic sheet 12 of the present invention can be alternatively made of nontransparent material. It is freer to choose the material of theplastic sheet 12 so that the cost for the material can be reduced.
- 1. Under the protection of the
- The
plastic sheet 12 of the present invention can form a cubic body. Alternatively, theplastic sheet 12 of the present invention can form a cylindrical body. - The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
