Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to toolboxes, and in particular to a toolbox with at least one exhibition section wherein exhibition sections are formed at an outer surface of the toolbox so that the user can identify the tool contained therein and the toolboxes can present a vivid and beautiful outlook.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Hand tools are widely used in homes or industry, even they are necessary in the life. Generally, there are many different kinds of hand tools being used. Thereby toolboxes are designed to store the hand tools orderly and the design of the hand boxes make the users can take the tools easily and conveniently. In the prior art, a toolbox is made by molding injection. An interior of the toolbox is formed with several spaces for receiving the tools. However the prior art toolbox has no indication at the outer surface of the box for indicating the tool received. Thereby the outlook of the box is dull and not vivid.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a toolboxes, and in particular to a toolbox with at least one exhibition section wherein exhibition sections are formed at an outer surface of the toolbox so that the user can identify the tool contained therein and the toolboxes can present a vivid and beautiful outlook.
  • To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a toolbox with at least one exhibition section for receiving the tools; the toolbox having a box body comprises at least one surface at an outer side of the box body installed with at least of exhibition section with predetermined shapes. The exhibition section is concave for receiving a drawing. A periphery of the exhibition section is formed with a recess for receiving a buckling portion of the drawing. Each exhibition section has a convex surface which is higher than the lateral surface of the box body; the drawing has a hollowed area; after assembly, the convex surface protrudes out from the hollowed area of the drawing so as to have three dimensional effect. Texts or characters or types or sizes are illustrated in the drawing so that the drawing has the effect of indicating the tools containing in the box.
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the toolbox with at least one exhibition section of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the toolbox with at least one exhibition section of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the toolbox with at least one exhibition section of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the toolbox with at least one exhibition section of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic view about the application of the toolbox with at least one exhibition section of the present invention.
  • FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the second embodiment of the toolbox with at least one exhibition section of the present invention.
  • FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 8 is a partial cross sectional view of the second embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 9 is a partial cross sectional view of the third embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the structure of the present invention is illustrated. The toolbox of the present invention has the following elements.
  • A box body 10 serves for receiving the hand tools, such as spanners, pliers, sockets, openers, and other small volume hand tools. However when using, these tools can be found and taken out quickly and easily. Above mentioned are known in the prior art and thus the details will not be described herein.
  • At least one surface at an outer side of the box body 10 is installed with at least of exhibition section 11 with predetermined shapes. In this embodiment, two exhibition sections 11 are illustrated. The exhibition sections 11 are symmetrically arranged. Each exhibition section 11 is concave slightly for receiving a drawing 12. The drawing 12 is tightly engaged to the exhibition section 11. The drawing 12 is replaceable. Other than presenting a beautiful outlook, the drawing 12 has the effect of indicating the tools containing in the box as texts or characters or types or sizes are illustrated in the drawing. Thereby users can know the tools in the box body 10.
  • In use of the present invention, the drawing 12 is replaceable. The indicated drawing 12 can be replaceable as desire of users. The drawing 12 can be used for looking or indication.
  • Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8, the second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Those identical to the first embodiment will not be described herein. Only those differences are described. Each exhibition section 11 has a convex surface 13 which is higher then the lateral surface of the box body 10. The drawing 12 has a hollowed area 15. After assembly, the convex surface 13 protrudes out from the hollowed area of the drawing 12 so as to have three dimensional effect (referring to FIG. 8).
  • A periphery of the exhibition section 11 has a recess 14. The recess can be formed as the box body 10 is formed. A periphery of the drawing 12 has a buckling portion 16 capable of being embedded into the recess 14 of the exhibition section 11. In assembly, the buckling portion 16 is placed into the recess 14 of the exhibition section 11.
  • With reference to FIG. 9, the third embodiment of the device for assembling a heat conductive tube of the present invention is illustrated. Those identical to the first embodiment will not be described herein. Only those differences are described. It is illustrated that three are five exhibition sections 11 which are arranged as a leaf.
  • In the present invention, the toolbox is formed by air blowing shaping technology.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
