Description
- The present invention relates generally to a practical and new technique in the realm of curtains, especially to a kind that can provide various installation methods with convenient installation solution.
- The main purpose of curtain in modern houses is to provide a cover and to protect ones privacy. Most of the curtains will be assembled an upper track fixed on the window to hold the curtain in order to provide a covering feature.
- However, the existing installation methods of the curtain are limited by the manufacturers. Therefore, the users must choose an installation method and curtain style that is suitable to their windows before they purchase them. Thus, it is very inconvenient to the users. Other than this, the circumstance of one style, one window is a big obstacle to the development of curtain. It also reduces its practicability and economical without the changes.
- The first purpose of inventing this utility model is to overcome the existing technical limitation and to provide an installation structure of curtain with simple design, easy assembly, and disassembly solution. The first purpose of inventing this utility model is to satisfy multi-ways of installation demands of the curtain.
- The first purpose of inventing this utility model is to improve the variety and decoration of the curtain.
- To reach these purposes mentioned above, the installation structure of the curtain including the upper track, the curtain cloth, and the top end of curtain cloth fixed in front lateral face of the Upper Track; the Upper Track is a long rod with an Installation Slot on the molded back lateral. Installation Slot follow fluently up to the Upper Track with a shaft design; the back end of several Holding Blocks carry a Spring Hook, which can be flexibly embedded to the Installation Slot of the Upper Track to form a mutual buckle, and can be installed to the window with the installation holes on the Holding Blocks.
- To reach the goals mentioned above, the installation structure of the curtain include: the top end of Curtain Cloth fixed in the front face of the Upper Track; the Upper Track is a long rod with an Installation Slot on the molded back lateral. Installation Slot follow fluently up to the Upper Track with a shaft design; the top end extension of the Curtain Cloth has a dropping Curtain Carrier. The dropping part of the Curtain Carrier can be embedded to Installation Slot over the top end of the Upper Track. The external lateral of the Installation Slot has Cramps which squeeze the embedding end of the Curtain Carrier to restrict two ends of the Curtain Carrier to form a cloth pipe. The middle Loops of the cloth pipe provide installation Loops for curtain Installation Rod. The mentioned cramp is a tuning piece and fixed in external lateral of the Installation Slot. One end is attached on the Upper Track with the pins; the other end is a movable end that can be turned with the pins. The length of shaft of the tuning piece is longer than the height of ends of the Installation Slot.
- To reach the goals mentioned above, the new model is also including the following structure: the top end of Curtain Cloth fixed in the front face of the Upper Track; the movable end of the upwards extended Cloth Straps of the top part of Curtain Cloth stride over the top of upper slot through the back lateral Loops of the upper slot, and the movable end of the Cloth Straps form knobs and clip to corresponding side of the Loops which form a hoop shape with the restriction from both ends of the Cloth Strap, and provide installation ways for the Installation Rod. The back lateral loop is fixed to the bottom face of the back lateral Installation Slot of the Upper Track.
- As the advanced technology mentioned above, users can use any installation methods, or choose two out of three installation methods, or the combination of three.
- This practical, new, effective design of the product realizes the solution of one window with multi-installation methods. For example: directly fix to with a holding piece, hanging with a rod. They are also convenient for users to buy and install with better practicality and economical.
- The other advantage of this utility model is its simple design and easy operation.
- The third advantage of this utility model is to its varieties and wide application and better decoration.

FIG. 9 is the back face of drawing 8. - The following is the further instruction of this new model with its drawings.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , this new model mainly includes theupper track 1 andcurtain cloth 2. The top end of the curtain cloth is adhesed to the front lateral face of theupper track 1. The back side of thecurtain cloth 2 has loop hooks for thepulling rope 5 to pull on. The one end of thepulling rope 5 is fixed to the bottom end of thecurtain cloth 2. Theupper track 1 is a long rod with an installation slot 11 on the molded back lateral. The installation slot 11 follows fluently up to theupper track 1 with a shaft design the bottom face of the installation slot 11 hasseveral loops 13. The external lateral of the installation slot 11 hascramps 12. Thecramps 12 is a movable device which is fixed to the external lateral of the installation slot 11. One end is fixed to theupper track 1 withpins 14. The other end is a movable end which can be turned around thepins 14. The length of shaft of the tuning piece is longer than the height of ends of the installation slot 11. Thecurtain cloth 2 has the droppingcurtain carrier 21 and several upwards extendedcloth straps 22. - Referring to the
FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, when theupper track 1 is installed with theholding block 3, the back end of theholding block 3 carries aspring hook 31, which can be flexibly embedded to the installation slot 11 of theupper track 1 to form a mutual buckle, and can be installed to the window with the installation holds on theholding block 3. Thecurtain carrier 21 has a function of decoration, and one end of thecloth straps 22 passes theloop 13 at the back side of theupper track 1 to strain and make thecloth straps 22 stride over theupper track 1 and closely attached to the top face of theupper track 1. When disassemble theholding block 3, pressurize thehook 31 and exit the Installation Slot 11. It is very convenient to install and disassemble. - Referring to the
FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 thecurtain carrier 21 is on the top end of thecurtain cloth 2, and combined to form a cloth pipe to match the installation of theinstallation rod 4. Now, the dropping end of thecurtain carrier 21 strides over the top ofupper track 1 and embedded to the installation slot. Thecramp 12 at the external side of the installation slot 11 pressurizes the embedding side of thecurtain carrier 2, which forms a cloth pipe, and provides installation ways for theinstallation rod 4. The cramp is a tuning piece and fixed in external lateral of the installation slot 11. One end is attached on theupper track 1 with the pins. The other end is a movable end that can be turned with the pins. The length of shaft of the tuning piece is longer than the height of ends of the installation slot 11. When the embedding end of thecurtain carrier 21 is embedded to the installation slot 11 of theupper track 1, thecramp 12 is turned and vertically stripes are placed over the two sides of the installation slot. Use the side of the installation slot 11 andcramp 12 to clip thecurtain carrier 21, and embed it to the top of the installation 11. To do this, you can make a long airproof bag, and put a reinforce bar to the airproof bag to increase the clip function. When disassembling, turn around thecramp 12, release thecurtain carrier 21, and take thecurtain carrier 21 out from the installation slot 11. The curtain carrier goes back to the original dropping status at the front side of the curtain as a decoration. And you can use the other two installation methods. - Referring to the
FIGS. 8 and 9 , these drawings are the schematic diagrams of the connection of thecloth strap 22 and theupper track 1. At this stage, the movable end of thecloth strap 22 strides over the top ofupper track 1 through the backlateral loops 13 of the upper slot, and the movable end of the cloth straps 22 form knobs and clip to corresponding side of theloops 13 which form a hoop shape with the restriction from both ends of thecloth strap 22, and provide installation ways for theinstallation rod 4. While not using it, pull the node ofcloth strap 22, and let the middle part of thecloth strap 22 attach to the surface of theupper track 1, and stretch to thecloth strap 22 to the back the curtain (see drawing 4, 5), thus it does affect the use of the curtain. - The attached drawings show the three-in-one combination structure (holding block installation, cloth pipe installation, cloth strap installation). Users can randomly choose the styles and installation methods, which it is very convenient for user to buy and use; certainly, you can choose a single installation method, or you can combine two installation methods according to your needs, in order to increase the varieties and practicability of the curtain.
