Abstract
An atomizer includes a base having a circuit board with an ultra-sonic generation device connected thereto and a middle part is connected to the base and has a chamber in which water or any desired liquid is received. A top part is connected to the middle part and has a guide tube. A casing is mounted to the base and has a positioning tube enclosing the guide tube. A nozzle is connected to the casing so that the water or the desired liquid is atomized by the ultra-sonic generation device and goes out from the nozzle. The base includes a music play device which can be connected with any audio device to produce music when using the atomizer.
Description
- The present invention relates to an atomizer including an anti-tilt device and music play function.
- A conventional facial treatment device such as a
facial steamer 70 is shown inFIG. 10 and generally includes aheater 71 and atank 72 is installed on theheater 71, acover 73 is mounted on thetank 72. Thetank 72 has water received therein which is heated by theheater 71 to generate steam which goes out from anoutlet 731 defined in thecover 73. The temperature of the steam expands the pores to easily remove the accumulated cosmetic material and grease therefrom so as to prevent acnes from developing and to obtain a clean facial condition. Some users put some medicine or drops of essential oil, the medicine or the essential oil is mixed with the steam to be applied on the user's face to reach desired purposes. However, the facial steamers are light and might fall down by any unintentional impact. Besides, it takes a period of time to steam the face and this will be a boring period of time for some users so that some users without patience just quit from using the facial steamers. - The present invention intends to provide an atomizer for generating small water particles and used as a facial treatment device, the atomizer is easily to be assembled and includes an anti-tilt device which automatically cuts off the circuit when the atomizer is tilted so as to avoid from short of circuit.
- Furthermore, the atomizer of the present invention includes a music play device which can be connected with an audio device to as to play music during using the atomizer.
- The present invention relates to an atomizer which comprises a base having a circuit board which includes an ultra-sonic generation device. A middle part is connected to the base and having a chamber for receiving water therein which can be atomized by the ultra-sonic generation device. A top part is connected to the middle part and has a guide tube which includes an outlet. A casing is mounted to the base and receives the middle part and the top part therein. The casing has a positioning tube and the outlet of the top part is in communication with the positioning tube. The atomized water particles go out from the outlet.
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

FIG. 5 shows how the anti-tilt device an the light emitting diodes in the legs work; -
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the nozzle; -
FIG. 7 shows an audio device is connected to the base of the present invention; -
FIG. 8 shows that a negative ion module is plugged in the receptacle in the base of the present invention; -
FIG. 9 shows another negative ion module is engaged with an engaging recess in the underside of the base, and -
FIG. 10 shows a conventional facial steamer. - Referring to
FIGS. 1, 2 , and 3A to 3D, the atomizer “A” of the present invention comprises abase 10 having aperipheral wall 11 and acircuit board 20 is received in thebase 10. Thecircuit board 20 includes an ultra-sonicgeneration device 21, a fan and other necessary parts. A plurality oflegs 12 are connected to an underside of thebase 10 and eachleg 12 includes alight emitting diode 13 which are electronically connected to thecircuit board 20. Ananti-tilt device 22 is connected to a center of the underside of thebase 10 and connected to thecircuit board 20. Further referring toFIGS. 4 and 5 , aswitch 221 extends from theanti-tilt device 22 and beyond thelegs 12 extending from the underside of thebase 10 such that when thebase 10 is tilted, theswitch 221 is not compressed by the floor where thebase 10 is put on and a circuit for thecircuit board 20 is cut off. - A
middle part 30 includes agroove 32 defined in an underside thereof so that theperipheral wall 11 is engaged with thegroove 32 to connect themiddle part 30 to thebase 10. Achamber 31 is defined in themiddle part 30 so as to receive water or desired liquid therein. For safety consideration, thecircuit board 20 includes alevel detection device 23 which detects the level of liquid received in thechamber 31 such that when the level of the water is below a desired position, the circuit is cut off. Themiddle part 30 includes a hollowtubular portion 35 which is mounted on the fan on the circuit board and encloses the fan. The hollowtubular portion 35 includes anopen top 351 so that the air flow goes out from theopen top 351. Themiddle part 30 includes ashoulder portion 33 extending inward from an inner periphery thereof and a plurality ofnotches 34 are defined in an upright wall above theshoulder portion 33. - A
top part 40 is rested on theshoulder portion 33 and includes a plurality ofprotrusions 42 which are engaged with thenotches 34 by rotating thetop part 40 an angle as shown inFIGS. 3A and 3B . Thetop part 40 includes aguide tube 41 which includes anoutlet 412. Theguide tube 41 of themiddle part 30 includes a plurality ofapertures 411 defined through a wall thereof. Theguide tube 41 extends from a top surface of thetop part 40 and aridge 43 which is located on the top surface of thetop part 40 and connected to theguide tube 41. - A
casing 50 is mounted to thebase 10 and receiving themiddle part 30 and thetop part 40 therein. Thecasing 50 has apositioning tube 52 which includes apositioning slot 53 and a plurality ofaxial slots 54. Theguide tube 41 is inserted into thepositioning tube 52 and theridge 43 is engaged with thepositioning slot 53. Thecasing 50 includes a tiltopen top 51 and thepositioning tube 52 located in the tiltopen top 51. Further referring toFIGS. 3C and 3D , anozzle 60 includes antilt bottom 611 which is cooperated with a tiltopen top 51 of thecasing 50 and aninsertion tube 63 extends from thetilt bottom 611 of thenozzle 60, theinsertion tube 63 is inserted into theguide tube 41 via theoutlet 412. Thenozzle 60 includes a throughhole 62. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , when the water in thechamber 31 of themiddle part 30 is atomized by theultra-sonic generation device 21, the small particles of the water is guided by the upward air flow generated by the fan and to out from thethrough hole 62 of thenozzle 60 via theoutlet 412. It is noted that thetop part 40 is connected to thecasing 50 and themiddle part 30 is fixed to thebase 10 by the manufacturers, so that the users simply assemble thenozzle 60 to thecasing 50 and assemble thecasing 50 with themiddle part 30. Once the atomizer “A” tilts, theanti-tilt device 22 is activated to cut the circuit off as shown inFIG. 5 . Thenozzle 64 can also be the type illustrated and includes a plurality of throughholes 641 as shown inFIG. 6 . - Referring to
FIG. 7 , the atomizer “A” includes a music play device received in the base 10 so that anaudio device 14 with aninterface 141 can be connected to the base and play music while in use.FIG. 8 shows that thebase 10 includes areceptacle 15 and anegative ion module 16 is plugged in thereceptacle 15.FIG. 9 shows that thebase 10 includes an engagingrecess 17 defined in an underside thereof and anegative ion module 18 is engaged with the engagingrecess 17. The negative ions assist the users to absorb the oxygen and expel carbon dioxide so as to keep more water to the user's skin. - While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (17)
1. An atomizer comprising:
a base having a circuit board received therein which includes an ultra-sonic generation device;
a middle part connected to the base and having a chamber defined therein;
a top part connected to the middle part and having a guide tube which includes an outlet, and
a casing mounted to the base and receiving the middle part and the top part therein, the casing having a positioning tube and the outlet of the top part being in communication with the positioning tube.
2. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base includes a peripheral wall and the middle part includes a groove defined in an underside thereof so that the peripheral wall is engaged with the groove.
3. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the circuit board includes a level detection device which detects the level of liquid received in the chamber.
4. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base includes legs on an underside thereof and each leg includes a light emitting diode which are electronically connected to the circuit board.
5. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an anti-tilt device is connected to a center of an underside of the base and connected to the circuit board, a switch extends from the anti-tilt device and beyond legs extending from the underside of the base such that when the base is tilted, the switch is not compressed and a circuit for the circuit board is cut off.

The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the middle part includes a shoulder portion and a plurality of notches are defined in an upright wall above the shoulder portion, the top part is rested on the shoulder portion and includes a plurality of protrusions which are engaged with the notches.
7. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the middle part includes a hollow tubular portion and the circuit board includes a fan connected thereon, the hollow tubular portion is mounted and encloses the fan, the hollow tubular portion includes an open top.
8. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the guide tube of the middle part includes a plurality of apertures defined through a wall thereof.
9. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the casing includes a tilt open top and the positioning tube located in the tilt open top.
10. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the positioning tube includes a positioning slot and a plurality of axial slots.
11. The atomizer as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the top part includes a ridge which is located on a top surface of the top part and connected to the guide tube, the guide tube is inserted into the positioning tube and the ridge is engaged with the positioning slot.
12. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a nozzle is connected to the guide tube of the top part and includes a through hole.
13. The atomizer as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the nozzle includes an tilt bottom which is cooperated with a tilt open top of the casing and an insertion tube extends from the tilt bottom of the nozzle, the insertion tube is inserted into the guide tube via the outlet.
14. The atomizer as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the nozzle includes a plurality of through holes.
15. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base includes a music play device.
16. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base includes a receptacle and a negative ion module is plugged in the receptacle.
17. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base includes an engaging recess defined in an underside thereof and a negative ion module is engaged with the engaging recess.
