Abstract

The invention is directed to means for storing or transporting articles and, in particular, to packaging elements and packaging of articles connected using packaging elements into packaging for convenient storing and transporting, as well as to portable devices having dividing compartments for several items, for example, such as bottles. The essence of the invention: a method for packaging a set of bottles comprises stocking bottles with orientation of their bottlenecks with caps in one direction and connecting the stocked bottles by means of fixing them with packaging with grasping by the cap on each bottleneck, characterised in that the bottles are fixed within the packaging in the position of opening of the cap when the bottle is extracted from the packaging.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention is directed to means for storing or transporting articles, in particular, to packaging elements and packaging of articles connected using packaging elements in packaging for convenient storing and transporting, as well as to portable devices having dividing compartments for several items, for example, such as bottles.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Methods for packaging a set of bottles with their oriented stocking and packaging connection are known (see, e.g., RU No. 2114038, B 65D 71/00, 1998).
  • The closest prior art to the claimed method is a method for packaging a set of bottles comprising stocking the bottles when their bottlenecks with caps are oriented in one direction and connecting the stocked bottles by fixing them with packaging with grasping the cap on each bottleneck (RU No. 2102297, B 65 D 71/00, 1998).
  • DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
  • Implementing the known method involves preliminary removal of a bottle from packaging for its subsequent opening, which eventually results in increased labour 20 intensity in using the packaging, in particular, in retail sale.
  • The object to which the claimed invention is directed is providing a ready-to-use means for packaging of bottles, for example, with a cap on the bottleneck fastened by crown deformation.
  • The technical result which may be achieved by the use of the utility model consists in reducing labour intensity due to extracting a bottle with simultaneous opening of the cap.
  • The above technical result is achieved by a method for packaging a set of bottles comprising stocking bottles when their bottlenecks with caps are oriented in one direction and connecting the stocked bottles by fixing them with the package with grasping the cap on each bottleneck due to the fact that the bottles are fixed within the package in the position of opening the cap when extracting from the packaging.
  • The essence of the invention is clarified by drawings, wherein
  • FIG. 1 shown the general view of the packaging,
  • FIG. 2 shows section A-A of FIG. 1,
  • FIG. 3 shows a schematic section B-B of FIG. 1,
  • FIG. 4 shows section C-C of FIG. 2,
  • FIG. 5 shows a holder with elements in the position of fixing the bottleneck,
  • FIG. 6 shows the holder with elements in the position of extracting the bottleneck without opening the cap, and
  • FIG. 7 shows the holder with elements in the position of opening the cap.
  • Implementing the method exemplified by the technical solution and description of operation of the device mentioned on the drawings is performed as follows.
  • The packaging for implementing the method contains support part 1, handle 2 and at least two holders 3. Holders 3 have elements 4 and 5 capable of grasping bottle 6 by cap 7 of bottleneck 8. At least one of elements, in particular 4, of each holder 3 is in the form of a spanner protrusion 9 having jaw 10 and stop 11 for opening cap 7. To facilitate cap deformation, the support part may be made with windows 12. At least on of the elements, in particular 5, of each holder 3 is made elastically deformable. Packaging may have support part 1 of different shapes (rectangular, rhombic, polygonal, etc.) corresponding to the number and position of holders 3. Handle 2 may be made detachable, collapsible or in the form of an element of support part 1, for example, of a corresponding functional cut or protrusion.
  • In order to pack a set of bottles 6, they are stocked with orientation of bottlenecks 8 with caps 7 in one direction and connected by means of fixing with packaging with grasping by cap 7 on each bottleneck 8 by holders 3 on support part 1. Introducing bottleneck 8 with cap 6 into a gap between stop 11 and jaw 10 in the position of cap opening during extraction from packaging is provided due to deformation of element 5. In order to extract a bottle without opening cap 7, while deforming element 5, bottleneck 8 with cap 7 is retracted from the gap between stop 11 and jaw 10. In order to extract a bottle with opening of cap 7, the bottleneck with the stop of cap 7 is moved into protrusion 9 and it interacts with jaw 10.

Claims (1)

1. A method for packaging a set of bottles comprising stocking the bottles with orientation of their bottlenecks with caps in one direction and connection of the stocked bottles by means off their fixing with the packaging with grasping by the cap of each bottleneck, characterised in that the bottles are fixed within packaging in the position off opening of the cap when the bottle is extracted from the packaging.
