Abstract

An improvement of a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure mainly consists of a cover body, a rubber ring and a bottle head whereby the cover body is designed with a convex point at the horizontal bottom which diameter is smaller than that of the inner diameter of the bottle head, and a rubber ring is found at the vertical side edge of the cover body with a thinner diameter than that of the horizontal bottom; the rubber ring is found at the vertical side edge of the cover body stopping at the air passage in order to resist inverse pressure and to prevent air leaking; the bottle head is found at the top of the high-pressure steel bottle and a ring base is designed in the middle of the passage such that the cover body inside stops at the ring base by using the convex point, and an additional length is also left at the bottle head for sealing procedure. Hence, the present invention provides a very rapid air sealing procedure of N2O, O2 or other special gas.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an improvement of a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure, especially one improving a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure with a fast air-filling completed sealing procedure.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Commonly high-pressure steel bottle sealing structures mainly comprises of a hat covering structure directly welded to the steel bottle and an oil-sealing cover matched with an oil leak-proof or an O-Ring sealing structure stamped and filled into the steel bottle.
  • Therefore, much improvement is needed in the above-mentioned commonly used high-pressure steel bottle sealing structures in order to obtain a disposable high-pressure steel bottle with a low capital cost and high manufacturing quantity for more economical efficiency.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an improvement of a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure mainly consisting of a cover body, a rubber ring and a bottle head whereby the cover body is designed with a convex point at the horizontal bottom which diameter is smaller than that of the inner diameter of the bottle head, and a rubber ring is found at the vertical side edge of the cover body with a thinner diameter than that of the horizontal bottom.
  • The present invention relates to an improvement of a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure mainly consisting of a cover body, a rubber ring and a bottle head whereby the rubber ring is found at the vertical side edge of the cover body stopping at the air passage in order to resist inverse pressure and to prevent air leaking.
  • The present invention relates to an improvement of a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure mainly consisting of a cover body, a rubber ring and a bottle head whereby the bottle head is found at the top of the high-pressure steel bottle and a ring base is designed in the middle of the passage such that the cover body inside stops at the ring base by using the convex point, and an additional length is also left at the bottle head for sealing procedure.
  • A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 shows a combination of the high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure.
  • FIG. 2 shows a plan of the present invention before sealing procedure.
  • FIG. 3 shows a plan of the present invention after sealing procedure.
  • FIG. 4 shows a plan of the high-pressure steel bottle.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention of a high-pressure steel bottle can be used in food processing such as butter processed into a foam for convenient use in butter foam coffee, or butter processed into a paste for use in cake decorations. Hence, apart from requesting pureness of gas in the steel bottle, stable pressure is also important in order to attain a rapid and effective purpose.
  • With reference to FIG. 1 showing a combination of the high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure, the sealing structure of the high-pressure steel bottle 10 mainly consisting of a cover body 11, a rubber ring 12 and a bottle head 13 is shown in the two diagrams in different angles. The horizontal bottom 14 of the cover body 11 is designed with a convex point 15 stopping at the ring base 16 found at the middle of the passage of the bottle head 13.
  • With reference to FIG. 2 showing a plan of the present invention before sealing procedure, high-pressure gas 17 goes through the cover body 11 of the bottle head 13 containing rubber ring 12 into the air passage in-between to the steel bottle 10 which is than immediately sealed.
  • With reference to FIG. 3 showing a plan of the present invention after sealing procedure, the top of the bottle head 13 is curved inwardly to the top of the vertical side edge 18 of the cover body 11. The rubber ring 12 is compressed in-between the horizontal bottom 14 and the top of bottle head 13 and fills the air passage thus avoiding air-leaking and inverse flow of high-pressure gas 17.
  • With reference to FIG. 4 showing a plan of the high-pressure steel bottle, the high-pressure steel bottle 10 is a finished product containing high-pressure gas 17 and will not leak through bottle head 13 or cover body 11 before use. Hence, the present invention provides a very rapid sealing procedure of N2O, O2 or other special gas.
