Abstract
A combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair comprises a first bearing unit; a driving unit pivotally connected to the first bearing unit; and a second bearing unit pivotally connected to the driving unit. As the driving unit is moved, the second bearing unit will be driven toward the first bearing unit; so that the second bearing unit is mounted out of the first bearing unit. Therefore, as the chair is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair.
Description
- The present invention relates to a combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair. As it is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair.
- In the current life, chairs and tables are important furniture which are used almost everyday. In the modern life, no one can live without chairs or tables. However, in general, the chair and table are separated arranged. The chair is formed by a seat, a back, and a supporter, and the table is formed by a table surface and supporting legs. In general, the chairs and tables occupy a large space and thus the storage is space-consumed.
- Therefore, in the prior art, foldable chairs and tables are developed for being stored conveniently. While all these designs are aimed at being stored. No any design is developed which can convert the original structure into another structure, such as convert a structure of chairs and a table into a long chair. However, such product has multiple functions and is convenient to the user. Furthermore, the space is used efficiently.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair. As the chair is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair, comprising a first bearing unit; a driving unit pivotally connected to the first bearing unit; and a second bearing unit pivotally connected to the driving unit. As the driving unit is moved, the second bearing unit will be driven toward the first bearing unit; so that the second bearing unit is mounted out of the first bearing unit. Therefore, as the chair is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.
- FIGS. 3-1 and 3-2 are schematic views showing the operation the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing that the present invention has changed as a long chair.
- In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the perspective view and exploded perspective view of the present invention are illustrated. As shown in the figures, the structure of the present invention includes a first bearing
unit 1, adriving unit 2 and a second bearingunit 3. Thereby, as theaforesaid driving unit 2 is moved, the second bearingunit 3 is driven to resist against the first bearingunit 1 so that the second bearingunit 3 runs across the first bearingunit 1. Therefore, as the chair is not used, it can be reassembled into a long chair. - The first bearing
unit 1 has at least oneleg frame 11. Aconnecting rod 12 is installed between theleg frames 11. One end of theleg frame 11 is formed with a though hole 111. A plurality ofplates 13 are installed on theleg frame 11. One lateral side of theleg frame 11 is installed with astopper 14. - The
driving unit 2 is pivotally installed to the first bearingunit 1. Thedriving unit 2 has at least one supportingframe 21 having asliding track 213. One end of the supportingframe 21 is installed with a firstpivotal hole 211. Another end of the supportingframe 21 is installed with a secondpivotal hole 212. A plurality ofplates 22 are mounted on the supportingframe 21. Thedriving unit 2 has the firstpivotal hole 211 with respect to the though hole 111 which is passed through by apivotal piece 23 so that thedriving unit 2 is pivotally connected to the first bearingunit 1. - The second bearing
unit 3 is pivotally connected to thedriving unit 2. The second bearingunit 3 has at least onesupporter 31. A connectingrod 32 is mounted between supportingframes 31. One end of thesupporter 31 is formed with an assemblinghole 311. Asliding unit 33 is installed in anadjacent assembling hole 311. The slidingunit 33 is pivotally connected to thesupporter 31 of the second bearingunit 3 through apivotal unit 331. Thesupporter 31 is installed with abearing portion 34 having a plurality ofplates 35. The second bearingunit 3 has an assemblinghole 311 with respect to the secondpivotal hole 212 of thedriving unit 2. Apivotal unit 36 passes through thepivotal hole 212 so that the second bearingunit 3 is pivotally connected to thedriving unit 2. Furthermore, the slidingunit 33 will resist against thesliding track 213 of the supportingframe 21 of thedriving unit 2. Apad 37 can be mounted between the assemblinghole 311 of the second bearingunit 3 and the secondpivotal hole 212 of thedriving unit 2 for retaining the relative movement between the second bearingunit 3 and thedriving unit 2 not to be affected by friction forces. Therefore, a chair can be changed as a long chair. - Referring to FIGS. 3-1, 3-2, and 4, the operation schematic views and perspective view of the present invention having been reassembled into a long chair are illustrated. As shown in the figures, when the chair of the present invention is folded as a long chair, it is only necessary to move the
driving unit 2 toward the first bearingunit 1. Then the second bearingunit 3 of thedriving unit 2 will be driven. By thesliding unit 33 to slide along thesliding track 213 of the supportingframe 21 of thedriving unit 2 through a short distance, the second bearingunit 3 can be driven smoothly. When thedriving unit 2 moves across the first bearingunit 1, thedriving unit 2 will be stopped and supported by thestopper 14 so that thedriving unit 2 will not move downwards. Thedriving unit 2 and the first bearingunit 1 are slightly inclined. A chair back is formed by theplate 22. As thedriving unit 2 runs across the first bearingunit 1, the second bearingunit 3 is driven by the first bearingunit 1. When thedriving unit 2 is positioned on thestopper 14, the second bearingunit 3 will be located out of the first bearingunit 1 and the second bearingunit 3 will run toward the first bearingunit 1. Therefore, the first bearingunit 1 and the second bearingunit 3 are installed as a chair pad by the 13 and 35. Therefore, the chair can be folded as a long chair illustrated in FIG. 4.plates - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
