Abstract

A combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair comprises a first bearing unit; a driving unit pivotally connected to the first bearing unit; and a second bearing unit pivotally connected to the driving unit. As the driving unit is moved, the second bearing unit will be driven toward the first bearing unit; so that the second bearing unit is mounted out of the first bearing unit. Therefore, as the chair is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair. As it is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair. [0001]
  • In the current life, chairs and tables are important furniture which are used almost everyday. In the modern life, no one can live without chairs or tables. However, in general, the chair and table are separated arranged. The chair is formed by a seat, a back, and a supporter, and the table is formed by a table surface and supporting legs. In general, the chairs and tables occupy a large space and thus the storage is space-consumed. [0002]
  • Therefore, in the prior art, foldable chairs and tables are developed for being stored conveniently. While all these designs are aimed at being stored. No any design is developed which can convert the original structure into another structure, such as convert a structure of chairs and a table into a long chair. However, such product has multiple functions and is convenient to the user. Furthermore, the space is used efficiently. [0003]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair. As the chair is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair. [0004]
  • To achieve above objects, the present invention provides combination structure of chairs and a table capable of being reassembled as a long chair, comprising a first bearing unit; a driving unit pivotally connected to the first bearing unit; and a second bearing unit pivotally connected to the driving unit. As the driving unit is moved, the second bearing unit will be driven toward the first bearing unit; so that the second bearing unit is mounted out of the first bearing unit. Therefore, as the chair is not used, it can be reassembled as a long chair. [0005]
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.[0006]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention. [0007]
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention. [0008]
  • FIGS. [0009] 3-1 and 3-2 are schematic views showing the operation the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing that the present invention has changed as a long chair.[0010]
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims. [0011]
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the perspective view and exploded perspective view of the present invention are illustrated. As shown in the figures, the structure of the present invention includes a first bearing [0012] unit 1, a driving unit 2 and a second bearing unit 3. Thereby, as the aforesaid driving unit 2 is moved, the second bearing unit 3 is driven to resist against the first bearing unit 1 so that the second bearing unit 3 runs across the first bearing unit 1. Therefore, as the chair is not used, it can be reassembled into a long chair.
  • The first bearing [0013] unit 1 has at least one leg frame 11. A connecting rod 12 is installed between the leg frames 11. One end of the leg frame 11 is formed with a though hole 111. A plurality of plates 13 are installed on the leg frame 11. One lateral side of the leg frame 11 is installed with a stopper 14.
  • The [0014] driving unit 2 is pivotally installed to the first bearing unit 1. The driving unit 2 has at least one supporting frame 21 having a sliding track 213. One end of the supporting frame 21 is installed with a first pivotal hole 211. Another end of the supporting frame 21 is installed with a second pivotal hole 212. A plurality of plates 22 are mounted on the supporting frame 21. The driving unit 2 has the first pivotal hole 211 with respect to the though hole 111 which is passed through by a pivotal piece 23 so that the driving unit 2 is pivotally connected to the first bearing unit 1.
  • The second bearing [0015] unit 3 is pivotally connected to the driving unit 2. The second bearing unit 3 has at least one supporter 31. A connecting rod 32 is mounted between supporting frames 31. One end of the supporter 31 is formed with an assembling hole 311. A sliding unit 33 is installed in an adjacent assembling hole 311. The sliding unit 33 is pivotally connected to the supporter 31 of the second bearing unit 3 through a pivotal unit 331. The supporter 31 is installed with a bearing portion 34 having a plurality of plates 35. The second bearing unit 3 has an assembling hole 311 with respect to the second pivotal hole 212 of the driving unit 2. A pivotal unit 36 passes through the pivotal hole 212 so that the second bearing unit 3 is pivotally connected to the driving unit 2. Furthermore, the sliding unit 33 will resist against the sliding track 213 of the supporting frame 21 of the driving unit 2. A pad 37 can be mounted between the assembling hole 311 of the second bearing unit 3 and the second pivotal hole 212 of the driving unit 2 for retaining the relative movement between the second bearing unit 3 and the driving unit 2 not to be affected by friction forces. Therefore, a chair can be changed as a long chair.
  • Referring to FIGS. [0016] 3-1, 3-2, and 4, the operation schematic views and perspective view of the present invention having been reassembled into a long chair are illustrated. As shown in the figures, when the chair of the present invention is folded as a long chair, it is only necessary to move the driving unit 2 toward the first bearing unit 1. Then the second bearing unit 3 of the driving unit 2 will be driven. By the sliding unit 33 to slide along the sliding track 213 of the supporting frame 21 of the driving unit 2 through a short distance, the second bearing unit 3 can be driven smoothly. When the driving unit 2 moves across the first bearing unit 1, the driving unit 2 will be stopped and supported by the stopper 14 so that the driving unit 2 will not move downwards. The driving unit 2 and the first bearing unit 1 are slightly inclined. A chair back is formed by the plate 22. As the driving unit 2 runs across the first bearing unit 1, the second bearing unit 3 is driven by the first bearing unit 1. When the driving unit 2 is positioned on the stopper 14, the second bearing unit 3 will be located out of the first bearing unit 1 and the second bearing unit 3 will run toward the first bearing unit 1. Therefore, the first bearing unit 1 and the second bearing unit 3 are installed as a chair pad by the plates 13 and 35. Therefore, the chair can be folded as a long chair illustrated in FIG. 4.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims. [0017]
