My invention relates to a holder. What I claim isf 1. In a holder for the purpose set forth, a hanger in the form of a resilient bar having an inherent part forming an upwardly inclined continuous intermediate portion and a pair of spaced inherent parts disposed at an angle to and depending from the ends of said intermediate portion, the pair of parts of said bar forming upper and lower vertically disposed continuous end portions, an upstanding clamping structure including an inner and an outer section, said lower end portion being secured to the outer side of the upper portion of the inner section of said structure, an adjustable slide mounted on said intermediate portion, a binding screw carried by the slide for fixing it in its adjusted position, said upper end portion being formed with an opening, and a flexible member including a lengthwise adjustable suspension portion having its length adjusted by said slide, said member being fixed at its upper end to said screw and extending through the said apertured upper end portion and adapted to be connected to an object to be suspended thereby.

In a holder for the purpose set forth, a hanger in the form of a resilient bar having an inherent part providing an upwardly inclined continuous intermediate portion and a pair of spaced inherent parts disposed at an angle to and depending from the ends of said intermediate portion, said pair of depending parts forming upper and lower vertically disposed end portions, said upper end portion being provided with an opening, an inner upstanding clamping element including a vertically disposed straight upper portion and a lower clamping portion, means for securing the said lower end portion of the hanger against the outer face of the said vertical portion of said element, an outer upstanding clamping element having an upper angle-shaped vertical portion abutting the inner face of the said other vertical portion and merging into a lower clamping portion, a bolt extending through said vertical portions for anchoring said clamping elements to a support, said straight vertical portion of said inner element and said lower end portion of the hanger having coacting means for preventing the turning of the bolt said elements, an adjustable slide on said intermediate portion, a binding screw carried by the slide for fixing it in its adjusted position, and a flexible member including a lengthwise adjust able suspension portion adjustable by said slide, 15
said member being fixed at its upper end to said screw, extending through said upper end portion of the hanger and adapted to suspend an article connected thereto.
3. In a holder resilient inclined hanger formed with an upper and a lower vertically disposed end portion extending at an angle to the remaining portion of the hanger, an adjustable slide mounted on said remaining portion, for maintaining it in its adjusted position, said upper end portion being formed with an opening, a vertically disposed clamping structure, means for securing the said lower end portion of the hanger to the outer face of the inner side of said clamping structure, and a flexible member including a lengthwise adjustable suspension portion, said member extending through the opening in said upper end portion of the hanger, fixedly secured at its inner end to said screw and adapted to suspend an article from its other end.
