In carrying out the-present improvement, I provide a supporting frame 1 for a pail, the said supporting frame being provided with upwardly projecting members which will now be described.

Supporting frame Attention is directed to the special construction of the supporting frame 1, in thatit comprises two parallel portions which are connected witheach other by suitable connecting rods 2. The front end of the frame 1 is curved upwardly and forwardly as shown at 3, and attached to the front end of this curved portion is a suitable caster arrangement 4 that carries relatively large wheels 5 that are provided with rubber tires 6. The rear endis constructed similar to the front end in that it has the rearwardly curved portion 7' that carries a caster Sand has a rubber tire wheel 9 attached to it. As stated;
