There has thus been provided a simple and efiicient device of the kind described and for the purpose specified.-

It isobvious that'minor changes may be made in the form and construction of the invention without departing from the material spirit thereof. It is not, therefore, desired to confine the invention to the exact form herein shown and described, but it-is desired. to inelude all such as properly come within the scope claimed.

Having thus described the invention, what is claimed as new, is: p

1. The combination with an envelope; of a transparent strip secured at its edges to the face of the envelope to form a pocket, said strip having an opening therein provided with-reinforced edges, and an information slip positioned in said pocket to lie between the envelope and transparent strip the width of said information slip being less than said opening whereby it may be moved therethrough for withdrawal and replacement.

2. The combination with an envelope; of a transparent strip secured at its edges to the face of the envelope to form a pocket, said strip having an opening therein provided with nnderturned portions to form reinforced edges, and an information slip positioned in said pocket to liebetweenthe envelope and transparent strip the width of said information slip being less than said opening whereby it may be moved therethrough for withdrawal and replacement.

3. The combination with an envelope; of a transparent strip secured at its edges to the face of the envelope to form a pocket, said strip having an opening therein provided with reinforced edges, and an inforn'iation slip positioned in said pocket'to lie between the envelope and transparent strip the width of said information slip being less than said opening whereby it: may be moved therethrough for withdrawal and replacement, said strip having a second similar opening spaced from the first and having its greatest dimension less than the width of the informationslip,

4. The combination with an envelope; of a transparentstrip secured at its edges to the face ofthe envelope to form a pocket, said strip having an opening therein provided with underturned portions to form reinforced edg s, and an information. slip positioned in said pocket to lie between the'envelope and transparent strip the width of said ii'rformation' slip being less than said opening whereby it may be moved therethrough for withdrawal and replacement, said strip having a second similar opening spaced from the first and having its greatestdimension less than the width of theinforn'iation slip.

5. The combination with an envelope; of a transparent strip secured at its edges to the face ofthe envelope to; form a pocket, said strip having an opening therein provided with nnderturned portions to form reinforced edges, said strip further having certain outtnrned portions at the opening adhesively secured to the face of the strip, and an information slip positioned in said pocket to lie between the envelope and transparent strip the width of said information slip being less than said opening whereby it'may be moved therethrough for withdrawal and replacement.
