This invention relates to combined bed ends and wardrobes, chifforobes, chest of drawers, medicine chests and the like and has for one of its objects the provision of a bed end of this character of simple and inexpensive construction adapted for use in the home, hospital or anywhere a saving of space is desirable.

Another object is to produce a device of the character described in which the maximum simplicity of constructionand operation is secured.

Other objects and advantages will appear as the nature of the improvements is better understood, the invention consisting substantially in the novel arrangement and co-relation of parts herein fully described, and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein similar reference characters are used to describe corresponding parts throughout the several views, and then finally pointed out and specifically defined andindicated in the appended claims. V

The disclosure made the basis of exemplifying the present inventive concept suggests a practical embodiment thereof, but the invention is not to be restricted to the exact details of this disclosure, and the latter, therefore, is to be understood from an illustrative, rather than a restrictive standpoint.

Instead of providing drawers I may if desired provide closetsinstead or may divide the casing so as to have a combined closet and wardrobe bed end.

From the foregoing it will be seen that I have provided a combined bed endand wardrobe or the like simple and efficient in construction and adapted for use in the home and hospital or wherever the saving of space is desirable.

Having described invention what I claim as new and desire to secure. by Letters Patent 1s:

o 1. A combined bed end and wardrobe, comprlsmg bed posts, a caslnghavlng a rear wall, inner slde wallsat right angles to the rear wall, outer angular side walls secured to the bed posts, and a tying member on the rear wall secured to the bed posts.

2. A combined bed end and wardrobe, comprising bed posts, a casing having a rear wall, inner side walls extending from the rear Wall, and outer side Walls extending from the forward end of the inner side Walls and securedto the bed posts.

3. A combined bed end and Wardrobe, comprising bed posts, a casing having a rear Wall, inner side Walls extending from the rear wall, outer side Walls extending from the inner side Walls and secured to the bed posts, and tying means extending from the rear Wall to the bed posts.
