This invention relates to improvements in cigarette and match dispensers, and has for one of its principal objects the provision of means for readly and efficiently dispensing matches, cigarettes and the like, to a useror customer, and has for one of its particular objects means for simultaneously presenting both a match and a cigarette for use.
One ot the important objects of this invention is to provide a combination match and cigarette dispenser wlrch can be convenicntly applied to an llltOll'lObllO. particularly the dash-board or similar portion thereof, and which dispenser can be oper ated by one hand, thereby making; the same convenient to the driver of the automobile or other vehicle without necess tating stoppage of the car for said purpose.
Other and further important objects oi the invention will be apparent from the disclosures in the accompanying drawings and following specification.
The invention, in a preferred form, is illustrated in the drawings and hereinafter more fully described.

As shown in the drawings:
The reference numeral indicates gem erally a case for the improved combination. cigarette and match dispenser of this inven tion, which case may be oi. any desired or convenient shape and provided with supporting brackets or the like 12 whereby the same can be readily and conveniently at tached to a wall, the dashboard of an auto-- mobile, or a similar object.
A slot 14 is provided in the top of the case adapted for the passage of a cigarette therethrough, and a corresponding; similar though smaller slot 16 is also provided in the top of the case adapted for the passage therethrough of a match.

Helical springs 30 are provided attached to the bottom of the ejecting member 20 and to the bottom of the case 10 so as to assist gravity in bringing the ejecting member to its lowermost position after a cigarette and match have been ejected.
As shown in Figure 5, the handle 22 may be provided with a project on 32, part oi? which comprises a real: sprang- 341 having a ledge or the like 36 attached to the under face thereof, which contacts with a suitable locking pin 38 mounted on the casing whereby the handle can be retained in its lowermost pos tion in order to afford the operator an opportunity to remove the match and cigarette. A stop 39 is provided shown in Figure 52, whereby the lowermost position oi the handle is positively fixed, that the ejector 20 will not project beyond the top of the casing '10.
lit will. be obvious that herein provided a ready suitable, and economical and con vonient means for dispensing both matches and cigarettes at the same time or any other similar or desired objects. Further, the device can be operated entirely with one hand, thereby making it particularly convenient for automobile drivers or the like. Again, the device is ornamental and can be made in various shapes and sizes, as desired or convenient.
