A special and important feature of the v invention is that the parts can be easily assembled without soldering or the use of special tools, and further, that the several parts are secured together a in proper .i'elations by the simple acts of assembling the same. In a holder of the character disclosed, relatively rotatable concentric tubular members having relatively inclined slots, a carrier guided in the inner tubular member and having a lug operating in said slots, said inner tubular member having a finger hold at one end providing an external shoulder and an outwardly turned flange at the opposite end, a casing surrounding the outer tubular member and en aging at its opposite ends the shoulder and the outwardly turned flange of the inner member, whereby the casing and inner member are rotatably secured together and held against longitudinal separation, the outer tubular member being formed. of spring material open at the opposite endand there provided with an outwardly flanged a casing heid relatively rotatably on sa d tubular guide between the head and flanged portions of the same, an internal helical member by said casing and a carrier within uide having an out-turned flange at v the tubular guide having a pin extendin through the slot in the guide into engagewiththe helical shoulder. 14. Hereby enters this disclaimer to that part of the claim in said specification which is in the following Words, to Wit: -9. In a holder of the character disclosed, relatively rotatable concentrically disposed tubular members having relatively inclined shoulders, the inner tubular member having a stop shoulder at one end engaged by the end of the outer tubular member to limit movement of said outer member in one direction, the opposite end of said inner tubular member being open and flanged outwardly over the adjoining end of the outer tubular member, whereby said outer tubular member is confined in relatively rotatable relation upon said inner tubular member and a carrier within the inner tubular member having a lug engaged with the angularly related shoulders of the two members, the outer tubular member being of a springy nature and a casing forced over said springy outer member to compress the same upon the inner tubular member and whereby said casing is frictionally secured upon the outer tubular member so) as to remain fixed thereto in the relative rotation of the inner and outer tubular mem ers.
