Having so described the present intention, its nature and how it operates to perform the desired eti ect of heating the Water of the conduit, I now declare that what I claim is:
1. In a heating apparatus, a boiler including a bottom provided with a heating chamber, an electric are producing device arranged in said chamber to heat said boiler.

2. In an appartus as claimed in claim 1, the provision of means for automatically ieg'ulating the electromagnetic means.
3. In a heating apparatus electrodes, relatively movable carriages supporting said electrodes, levers connected with said carriages, electromagnetic means for actuating said levers and carriages.
4. An apparatus as claimed in claim '1 characterized by the provision of an electric circuit including the producing devices and electromagnetic means, and thermosensitive means interposed in said circuit for controlling said devices and said means.
