T 0 aZZ whom it may concern Be it known that I, HARRY G. Nonwooi), a citizen of the United States, residing at Baltimore and State of Maryland, have inve tot eitain new and useful Improvements in TV heeled Toys, of which the following is a specification.

This invention reatcs to improvements in wheeled toys, and more particularly to that type of toy which is provided with a plurality of wheels having their peripheries formed with flat surfaces, instead of round.

One object of the invention is to provide a whee ed toy with a rocking device, said device b ing operated by means of the vibration or the up and down movement, due to the flat surfaces on the wheels of said toy.

Other objects will appear as the description proceeds.

Mounted upon the top of the platform 1, is a standard '7, which is provided with the bearing rod 8 in its upper end. Upon this rod 8 is pivotally mounted the parallel arms 9, be same being connected together at their outer ends by means of the pivot rods 10.

Figure toys 11, having bearings 12 are positioned on the rods 10, and are adapted to freely swing thereon.

A handle 13 or cord 14 may be attached to the platform 1, by which means the toy may be pulled along the floor.

it will be apparent that when the toy is pulled along the floor, that the figure toys 11 will rock back and forth on the axle or rod 8, due to the vibratory or up and down movement of the toy, caused by the peculiarly surfaced wheels as they bump along.

it will be understood that many minor changes in detail of construction may be resorted to without departure from the spirit of the invention.

Having thus described my invention, What claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States is:

l. A wheeled toy comprising wheels hav ing irregular peripheries, a platform car ried by said wheels, a standard on said platform, and a freely swinging rocker arm carried by said standard.
