A vehicle comprising a steering post 5 having grooves, a slotted seat made to enage one or the other of the grooves, a platorm arranged below the seat, an upper and lower rear support connecting the platform to the seat, and a screw engaging a threaded bore in the uper section to raise or lower the 10 seat.
