lSe it known that'I, Florin W. OLssoma citizen ofthe United States, residing' at York, in the county of York and State of Pennsylvania, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Toy Vehicles, of which the followinga is a specification.

The frame structure includes in the preferred form a plate @sufficiently wide at its rear portion to form a seat, and having its forward portion constituting' a central forward extension b of its rearward portion and appreciably narrower than the same;`

The rearward end of each figure is connected by a bolt u thereon with an eccentric point on the corresponding' wheel 7'. With` these gures included in the toy when the latter is in motion the figures will move forwardly and backwardlyr and at the same time rock on the bearings g as their fulcra.y

So far as l am aware it is new in this art to provide a frame having.;` a top plate wide at the back and formed with a substantially central forward extension of the back portion and also havingrigid means depending from the back portion of the plate and an inverted substantially T-shaped rigid means depending from the extension, the arms of the T-shaped means extending beyond the extension of the plate so as t0 afford foot rests in convenient relation to the plate I portion formed with substantially vertical n lateral faces, wheel-including supports (as y', c-m-p) arranged in said frame structure and one being mounted in the deliending portion, and vertically moving figures' attached to the frame and having lateral ver,- tical faces opposed to and adapted to bear against said vertical lateral faces. A frame including a substantially horizontal plate forming a seat at its rear portion and having its forward portion a substantially central forward extension of the seat and narrower than the same, rigid means depending from the seat 'part of the' plate, a rigid substantially inverted T-shaped member depending from the extension, the arms of the T extending beyond the sides of the extension and forming foot-rests, in combination with wheel-supports arranged in said rigid depending means and member.:

In combination, a frame structure having a rigid depending forward portion wardly `and backwardly moving ligure resting on and having a sliding contact with said bearing, and fore and ,aft wheel supports depending fromthe frame and each includingv a wheel, said figure being pivotally V connected to an eccentric point on the wheel.

In combmation, a frame structure including a seat forming member and forward and rear rigid means depending from. said member, the former means having laterally projecting bearings on opposite sides thereof, forwardly and backwardly moving gnres resting on and having a sliding contactwith the respective bearings, and. fore and aft Wheel including supports.V arranged in the respective depending means, each figure being pivotally connected to an eccentric point ofthe wheel ofthe rear wheel support.
