Referring tofthe drawing in detail wherein similar reference numerals designate corresponding parts throughout the several views, the numeral. 6 indicates the attaching and supporting member for the fender, the

Ears 7 are formed in the supportingr member 6 and receive the apertuied ears S of the bearing plate 9 these latter ears being pivotally secured to the ears 7 by suitable'pins or bolts 10.
