Ais the bed-plate with aperture D C C, in which is inserted the vibrating lever B. Said lever has upon each side, at E, a short journal, Which may be passed into the openin g D, then forward and upward into the bearings O O. The journals are kept in their proper places by the part M of the lever B coming in contact with the surface on which the bed-plate is fastened. The vibrating lever B is so constructed in connection with the plate A that by placing the cord or line in the aperture H, then dra-Wing it into the Wedge-shaped aperture I, then through the opening J, the line will be pressed and held firmly at H. The parts K K of the vibrating` lever B are intended for and made of suitable shape and construction to be used as Wardrobe-hooks.
I claim as my invention- The combined line-holder and Wardrobe-hook, consisting of the socketed bed-plate A and the journaled vibrating hook B, With the aperture H and the inclined surface I for holding the line, all east in two parts, as shown and described, and for the purpose set forth.
