Abstract
Спосіб гіпотермії підшлункової залози при гострому інтерстиціальному панкреатиті, при якому під час лапароскопічного дренування сальникової сумки через окремий розріз в правому підребер'ї встановлюється силіконова трубка з перфоративними отворами діаметром 6 мм і через Вінсловів отвір заводиться в сальникову сумку і виводиться біля хвоста підшлункової залози через шлунково-ободову зв'язку на передню черевну стінку. Трубка під'єднується до інфузомата і через неї цілодобово вводиться охолоджений до 4 °C стерильний фізіологічний розчин.
