Abstract
A method of solid waste utilization according to which solid wastes are milled, gasified in plasma gas generator, with removal of metal and slag, with afterburning with generators of plasma of afterburning chamber, with cooling and purification of gases obtained. Prior to gasification in plasma gas generator milled solid industrial wastes undergo thermo-chemical gasification in thermo-chemical gas generator with use of fuel. From the thermo-chemical gas generator wastes are moved to plasma gas generator for additional gasification. From the plasma gas generator metal and slag are removed, and pyrolytic gas is after-burned with generators of plasma of heating chamber. Gas is cooled, methanized, and after that it is decomposed into two flows one of which is supplied to thermo-chemical gas generator and the second one is separated into components with partial liquefaction. The consumption of electric energy is reduced.
