A method of prevention of scar-sclerotic changes in the postoperative period of patients with hydronephrosis comprises drugs introduction. 5 million units of G Mill. penicillin per 100.0 ml of saline droplet intravenous introduction over 20 minutes for 8-12 days and 5.0 ml of aktovegin per 10.0 ml of saline intravenous introduction, № 10 followed by transfer to tablet form, 2 tablets 2 times a day for 10 days are prescribed to the patient on the third day after operation with the repetition of the course if necessary.
