Abstract

The invention relates to mineral processing, in particular, to disintegration of rock lumps containing particles of useful component in separated form or in rock aggregates. A method of disintegration of lump raw material comprises feeding into a limited space of working chamber, action on raw material in the bottom by destructive elements, disintegration of raw materials and imparting to its particles of centrifugal acceleration up to their collision with the side wall of working chamber and its lid, extraction of disintegrated raw material from the side opening in the working chamber and from its bottom part. The raw materials subjected to disintegration is also subjected to the action by rotating destructive elements located at different levels relative to the vertical plane which on the projection on horizontal plane form a ring destructive surface consisting of diametrically opposite upper level elements of crushing and lower level elements of grinding. Rotation of in-series located top-down two parallel rings and one disk elements, which are located above the ring destructive surface and are connected by radial blades, forms two air flows, one of which from the space of working chamber is directed into the space between the adjacent surfaces of ring elements toward the side wall of working chamber through a gap space between the wall of working chamber and rotating destructive elements and then, in the form of upward flow - into the space of working chamber, and the second flow of air from the space of working chamber together with the particles disintegrated raw material goes into the space between surfaces of ring and disk elements in the bottom part of working chamber for subsequent removal. Implementation of the disclosed method allows to increase the efficiency of enrichment of raw material with metallic inclusions in the wide range of its physical and mechanical properties.
